Pine Discount Furniture Online store

Appalled by the customer service and lack of internal communication – My online order was organised with the sales team to be delivered to and collected from the Port Kennedy store 4 weeks ago confirmed by email and advised I would be contacted when ready to collect. I contacted the store a few days ago as I had not yet been contacted only to find out it permanently closed last weekend. Due to internal miscommunication and their mistake I will not be receiving my products. The customer service lady was not sympathetic and horrible to deal with. I would like a call from upper management to discuss this further. I do not recommend the online store to anyone!

Fantastic Products & Help – Working for a not-for-profit organisation we rely on quality and reliability, with not only our purchases but the staff we liaise with. We contacted Kate for a large order, and from the start she was more than helpful and easy to deal with. Pine Discount had a fast turn around for delivery, and everything was delivered in perfect condition.

Two items were out of stock at the time but we were notified straight away and happy to wait.

We will definitely return to shop with Pine Discount on a regular basis.

New furniture. I would give this place a half star if i could – Two days of moving and excited to get my new couch and bed. That's where the excitement ends. Couch part was bent so couldn't slide it in to the fixed slot. Went to put bed together and the bed food was split so couldn't screw it in. Staff member was great and gave me a contact number. Finally heard back from them and have Maintenace man coming 6 days later apparently with a hammer to knock the couch bit in. Sorry but I paid over $1000 for this and I would expect " I'm sorry we will replace that faulty bit". This won't be my last post and I am guessing it won't be my only call to either head office or a current affair. Do not order from this company. It's wonky and its basically lego crap in cheap wood. Oh and another thing...the lady who called me back suggested I put masking tape around the split bed foot in order to keep it in place and stop it splitting further. Hmmmmmm.
