Never buy a bed from these people – Brought a bed set from Malaga store a year and a half ago full stop can no longer use bed as slats have all bent and walked. Poor after sales service. If there is a problem, expect it not to be fixed – I purchased a lounge suite from Pine Discount Furniture. It was delivered damaged on arrival. I contacted Pine Discount Furniture via email and phone. They would only provide a repair of the damaged goods and not replacement with an undamaged lounge suite. service ranging from damaged goods on delivery, to not being able to pick up goods from the store, to being told the goods are no longer available after having made a payment. There are some good bargains to be had but be aware that if there is a problem it is likely it will not be sorted.

Disgusting Customer Service - spend your money elsewhere – We recently purchased some furniture from the Kenwick store and paid the full amount so we could take it home that day. we looked at the receipt of purchase we noticed they had put our receipt as a deposit despite it being paid in full. In their T&C's it states that if you fail to pick up the item you forfeit the deposit and the item and as i learnt later they've done this a few times to customers to delay them from picking up items. I spoke to customer service and it was just a waste of time, we have never been spoken to like that. If you wish to get verbally abused for no reason, call their customer service. It was finally our complaint to Consumer Affairs that helped us get our furniture. Honestly your money and time is better spent elsewhere.

don’t do it here, you need to go back to the shop in Malaga. I said it’s 30 km from me. They said sorry can’t help you. So I came to Malaga to pick up something else, and I remembered what they told me. I went to the shop and told them that I was promised a mattress protector if I put a good review on. They said oh have you put the the review on , I said I was told that I could do it here in the store at the same time. The salesperson said no we need to see it physically, then we will give it to you. You can put the review now and come back after 24 hours. So in short, if they make false promises , don’t fall in that trap. For a $25 mattress protector, they wanted me to drive 30kms 3 times.

Helpful Staff and Reasonable quality – The store was easy to navigate, nice and open display room with prices listed. Lots of other customers soon entered the store and we had to wait a little while once our decision was made to be able to purchase it. However the staff were considerate and let us know we were on their radar, not forgotten, which I greatly appreciated. Good customer service overall, thanks James. Also thanks to the delivery man.

There was a reasonable range of bed frames to choose from. We went with simple wood frame. It looks good and was simple to put together, though instructions could be more detailed. However the support beam in the middle of the frame does not seem sturdy and easily moves out of position causing the middle of the bed to dip and we have to crawl under the bed to try and push the legs back in place. The bedside tables came in one piece already together and I am most happy with those. Would not purchase the bed frame again though (Lowell).

budget was. The resulting mattress I decided on was only $450 (before $200 discount for being part of a suite package) and has ended up being far more comfortable than the very expensive deluxe mattress I purchased elsewhere a few years ago.

Delivery was organised for the following Saturday when the driver messaged me ahead with a time frame they would arrive at, and did so.

Setting up all the furniture was time consuming but not difficult - i am a middle aged woman and did it on my own. It is a queen size suite.

Quality of the furniture is excellent, especially for the very reasonable price. i will go back to Pine Discount for any future furniture.

miscommunication and their mistake I will not be receiving my products. The customer service lady was not sympathetic and horrible to deal with. I would like a call from upper management to discuss this further. I do not recommend the online store to anyone!

Quality furniture and great mattresses – I've bought from this store on 3 occasions now. The sales consultant, Lila was excellent. He explained the colour was actually brown not grey which changed our mind. He then explained we could think about it and if we give id details now we could order it on the phone, as it is a long way from our home this suited us. It was due to his information and not being pushy together with the ease of the overall transaction which ended with us completing the transaction. We are now very happy with our purchase.
