Completed a pest control treatment with 12month guarantee. Pests back in three months and refused to re treat without a $350 payment. Total scam. Stay away from this mob

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS, LYING, SCHEMING SCAMMERS – STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY They give you one price on request and another once they arrive at the job! They say they guarantee it for three months when in fact it is only for 2 weeks. When you ask to address continued problems they refuse to support. PLEASE do not waste your money on these people. This company is a scam – They sprayed my home but the bugs and insects increased. After I called them they refused to re-treat it and suggested I should get chemicals from Bunnings and do it myself.

Bad and ripped off! – Txt for carpet clean and spot clean, promptly replied. Do not use this company! – They put mice stations! The problem was clearly rats! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ALSO TRADE UNDER OTHER NAMES. When I called to complain, they simply hang up on me.

We are also considering reporting them to the police as we have been warned that they have threatened to murder other customers with similar complaints in past. For your family safety and to protect your finances, please do not engage with this company. BAD SERVICE! – Had them spray Bed Bugs and they came back the next day! When we complained to them they refused to come back and rectify the problem or help, instead they then wanted us to pay again!!!

When I questioned this, he became angry, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable—especially since I was alone at home with my three young children. I paid just to get him out of my house. He then gave me an invoice for only $150 and told me to tell the company that was all he charged if they asked.

I immediately raised my concerns with the company through phone calls, emails, and screenshots. I was passed around and no one got back to me. I called every day until I finally received an email stating that this was apparently their standard procedure, which felt like a scam. Thankfully, my bank refunded the $130, but I lost the $150.

To top it off, the actual carpet cleaning was horrendous. The smell was worse than before, and the carpet wasn’t even cleaned properly. This whole experience was unprofessional and shady from start to finish. Please stay away from this company—they are scammers and I wouldn’t trust them with anything.

Pest control – Worst worst experience ever. We called for pest control. One guy came and he took $305 for pest control when they said 250 before. He used no any precautions like gloves, boots, apron nothing. And finished it in 10 minutes. Now, it's same. Didn't worked at all. We tried to call them again and again. wanted the inside and outside pest control done, “the person on the phone mistaken the quote”. First, that’s NOT what I was told on the phone. Second, the service/treatment has NOT worked according to their policies and procedures, guarantee. We still have active spiders and cockroaches and not dead ones. Our doors and windows are always closed. I tried to reach the company to make a complaint. I was given an email address and another phone number. So far nothing happened. They sent me an email requesting photos of the infestation. I replied stating that “I did not have time to take picts of it as I was more concerned to get rid of it and de-escalate my children’s arachnophobia panic attack”. I would have to access the rubbish collection company to have picts of the dead ones for them. It’s an absurd requirement. I’m now going to make an official complaint to ACCC and fair work. Please do not call for their service!!!!

BIGGEST CROOKS – BIGGEST CROOKS!!! Do not use this business!! Asked for a dead bird to be removed .. Got smacked with $1450 bill. Apparently rodent pellets above a garage is $550 alone!!! I did not even have a rodent issue. all I wanted was a dead bird removed.

They are crooks, do not us them – I wanted three carpets cleaned, they charged me $240. I even paid an extra $60 for one rug to have Anti Bacterial and deodorised. DO NOT HAVE THESE COWBOYS IN YOUR HOME – Sadly, I read the reviews too late. These cowboys have totally destroyed my $3500 couch because of their total lack of knowledge, professionalism and using the wrong chemicals. They refuse to accept responsibility and my request for a refund refused.

Extremely dissapointed – We booked these guys to clean carpet in 2 small rooms, we were quoted $120 over the phone, when the guy turned up 1& half hours late he charged us $132, we payed & left him alone to do the job which he said would take half an hour, the day after we got a call from the landlord saying nothing was done and the carpets hadn't been touched, we'll be asking for a refund. Zero stars to this outfit. I wish I read reviews before hand. Don't use folks.

tried to charge us for 2 possum cages (each $400, although on the phone they told us each consecutive cage will be $300) and for mice treatment (which we don't need!). On the phone we have been quoted $380-400, on arrival it became $400+$40 GST+ Card surcharge= $453.20. He had to use our bate (apple) for the possum because he had none with him. A day later we found the apple out of the cage and eaten. The cage is to day remains empty. Multiple phone calls to the company and discussions and STILL! they do not send a technician out to fix the problem, they do not return your money either.

This is the worst of the worst I have seen to date. The company call service will have the same line for you prepared: " We will call you back when we can confirm with a technician." And guess what- that never happens! It's been now almost 3 weeks with no changes! The company is operated by Indian nationals with one of them stating today his name was [Name Removed]. I mean-seriously!

I should not forget to mention the abuse on the phone from one of their service team members as well.

Scammed – I booked a possum control service with Alpha Pest Control and agreed a price of $285. Alpha sent a young Indian lad from Pioneer Maintenance Services who demonstrated that he was inexperienced. He had to ring the office to ask a question about possum release. our property to identify where the possums were gaining entry to the roof space. The only service we got was a possum cage placed in the roof space. He had the cheek to ask us for food to place in the trap! He presented the bill of $300 a higher price than was quoted and then added a further $30 for gst. We were duped! In hindsight I should have checked their website before allowing them to enter my home. Their site doesn’t give info about pest control it only gives info about corporate cleaning and maintenance services. This would have alerted me to the fact that they are probably not licensed pest controllers or have any experience in this field. This was evident when they sent a young inexperienced lad to our home. We also observed from his vehicle that there were documents on his seat that related to “cleaning” - a bit shifty. Note: They are not related to Pioneer Pest Control who is are a different company.

Advice to others - when ringing around for quotes if you get what seems an Indian call centre please avoid using the service. All of the pest control companies I phoned for quotes were all answered by Indian people. Not a guess, but a fact. Nothing wrong with Indians, just an observation. It’s best to find a local company in your area that has true expertise and knowledge in possum handling. Maybe ring your local Council to ask for recommendations.
