System broke down after 4 years still under warranty. Several calls and 3 months later I have still not received a call back. Intact my calls just go straight to message bank and no replies. Ended up paying another company to fix the issues. Poor electrical work and the inverter had faulted was the cause.. once they have your money they don't care about honouring their warranty or word. We signed a contract with Pioneer solar on the 10/11/25, paid them a $1700 deposit. 2 1/2 months later had no contact so called them, told how busy they were and they would get back. Called half a dozen more times, no better. Its been 24 weeks and still no Solar/Battery system. Have started a complaint process. Do not recommend Pioneer Solar. Show details

I bought a solar system that was comprised by solar panels, two inverters and a battery from them. The installed the system wrong and is not working properly. months I been trying by phone and email to get someone on the line to come and fix the system. No replies from them. Took the money and ran. I had to escalate to Customer Affairs Victoria and still no luck. I will have to go down the legal route to try and get my money back.

In a market with many solar installation companies there is no reason to choose this one. They are the worst and you are setting up your self for many years of pain. Do not do it.

WATER DAMAGED ROOF – Due to poor installation water has damaged inside ceiling of house causing extensive damage. My 25kw battery and inverter was installed by 2 lovely electrician , who were on time, cleaned up after themselves, removed the rubbish and explained everything to me, even my dog loved them. The job looks perfect and neat. They did forget the bollard and said they will have it installed this Monday. I even had the EWR submitted by the electricians by a confirmation email by Ergon on the 15/4/26. One day after installation. Two days late a lovely gentleman, named Rahul, called me to see if all went ok. He really didn't have to do that. The job was completed on the 14//4/26. Thats 7 weeks from start to finish, really 6 week because i stuffed up week. All and all it was one of the best experience I've had when dealing with a company. Everything was co-ordinated well. A very professional team. I did a lot of research and there are many doggie companies out there.. If you live in and around Bundaberg, go with Terry - 0429720400, you wont be disappointed.

the t’s before going ahead, and the salesman aware that I wanted the system to be as invisible as possible, that the brackets and rails are shiny stainless whilst the panel frames are black. And yes it is noticeable. Also a house near by looks to have no brackets visible. Is that a better method? I will speak to the salesman about this so it may benefit others.

Initial consultation – Spoke with Shannon Moss at length today. Very helpful and knowledgeable about solar products.Decided to proceed with a 6.65 kilowatt system.
