Shaun was super quick to respond and absolutely went above and beyond to try and organise things for us when we had a hot water emergency over a weekend. Everything was sorted and installed first thing Monday morning and communication was great. Would definitely reach out to Shaun in the future!

problems (there were a few!) and talked me through the process. He was professional and ensured I had a water supply in a timely manner. He then contacted me with updates regarding the progress of supplies that had to be ordered. Glen arrived a few days later to complete the work. He was friendly and professional. All round the plumbers were supportive and professional. The overall cost was a bit of concern, but Josh and Glen worked to find cost effective solutions. The work was completed to high standard. I also appreciated that they offered to provide me with a letter for my water company to offset some of the costs related to wasted water and to help with insurance claims. I have not yet received the letters, but it has been less than a week since the work has been completed.

downstairs bathroom shower base and onto the carpet outside the bathroom. Rather stinky. It turned out that is was a blockage at the very bottom of our steep property near our fence line. He gave me alternatives on how we could have it repaired. Once we decided which way to go he arranged to have a crew of workers do the job. Wow talk about making things happen. Shaun had arranged to have his team fix the problem over the next three days . I was very impressed with the way all of them worked doing their bit of the job, and the fact that they cleaned up after themselves each time. I was kept informed of what would happen and when it would happen. On the strength of what was done here, I would highly recommend Shaun and his team for any plumbing repairs. I'm quite dumbfounded – Contacted me saying he's from the real estate. Turned out he wasn't from the real estate. I don't know how he got my details. Im really shocked.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – These so called plumbers are taught how to “sell”. They will tell you anything to get you to agree on a job. And then lie and deny anything they have said. We were charged three times the amount any other plumber would charge. When we had another plumber look at their “work” they found only half of the quoted job was complete. This company is dishonest. They are aggressive. And your worst nightmare. Do not use them EVER

before agreeing to them coming to your property. Check the cost of replacement unit before agreeing or signing anything. Understand that there may be removal costs, replacement slabs etc. Get a second quote. And do not sign anything before receiving an itemised invoice. Don’t wait for it to be emailed to you. Your council may remove hot water services for free with hard garbage. Ours does. Also, if they tell you there is a gas leak, or you need replacement pipes, get a second opinion. Do not pay a deposit before any work is completed.

Fantastic work and service provided. The plumbers were knowledgeable and had a great work ethic. They kept me well informed on the progress of the job which made the entire process smooth.

I cannot thank Shaun enough for his exceptional service. Any type of plumbing issues look no further. He is prompt, reasonably priced and there are no hidden costs. service … Ended up being 2 blocked drains on the property after a lot of hard work trying to clear the laundry drain Sean’s team discovered the original clay piping had totally collapsed underground so Sean and the team did a total underfloor laundry and kitchen pipe rediversion all the work was done in 6 hours. I have had occasion to use Shaun and his team on 2 separate occasions. First to remedy damage done to old pipes by a massive plane tree and its roots, and second to repair faulty work done by previous trades people.
