Yummy and reliable – Great service and delicious pizzas. Been using the one in Mt Gravatt for about a year and they haven been reliable and yummy. The deliver drivers are always polite and courteous too
Ordering a delivery – I was unable to order a pizza as I couldn't hear the person on the other end of the phone and that couldn't hear me and as soon as I spoke louder so they could hear me I was accused of yelling at the person behind the counter a 16 year old girl who has no phone skills as all as of mature middle aged man who just wanted to order a pizza and… Read more
suffering with a fraction tibia at this point in time unable to getting anywhere to buy food I was greatly disappointed and p*ssed off even to speak to the manager and on and on informing them that I was going to take my business elsewhere from now on they inform me that they didn't want my business so everyone who ordered from pizza capers should stop ordering from pizza capers as they don't care about their customers at all and they're teachers aren't that good anyway
Pizza Capers Annerley are terrible!! – Pizza Capers Amberley is terrible. Had two bad pizzas before but third time very unlucky. Delivery was meant to be 45 minutes and was 1.5 hours. Pizzas were COLD and packed in one of those heating packs with the ice cream. Who does that? Prawn pizza had hardly any prawns but worse, they were prawn halves. The lemon slice couldn't have been any… Read more
smaller either. Alfunghi pizza had barely any mushroom. Not sure it had much of anything. Never, ever again.

My husband and I were sick all day on the toilet !!! Upon calling the manger refused to give us a refund even with photo evidence he was rude abrupt and not helpful we will never ever order from them again I have reported to the restaurants complaint commission Show details
Food poisoning from disgusting, over priced rubbish – I am writing this review from my bed wondering when I'm going to have to go to the bathroom again after my 2nd and final experience with Pizza Capers (Deagon). I will be reporting them to the health authorities and they should be closed down. The size of the pizza (small? You mean, miniscule!!?) Is disgraceful. I've never, ever, EVER seen a pizza… Read more
so small. And for a large sized price. But if you want large you have to pay an extra $4-$7!!. The low quality ingredients or simply, no ingredients despite paying for them ($2 for rocket!??) is beyond robbery, and the inconsistency is baffling. The first time I ordered a pizza,I was shocked at how small it was, and that it didn't have rocket on, but it was delicious. So I ordered the same again (large) and a pizza with prawns and a whole bunch of other ingredients for my boyfriend. (This pizza had a some yellow sauce squeezed liberally on top. WHY????? Gross man. If you make proper pizzas there's no reason to ruin it with rubbish that is not authentic. Make that sort of thing optional. Urgh. )was as ordered through doordash and was supposed to take 34 minutes. After about 45 minutes I got a message to say pizza capers was running late (how long does ittake to make a pizza the size of a saucer???) Then the doordasher called me from the restaurant 15 mins later, to say that the restaurant had messed up my order and sent it to someone I had called the restaurant to request fresh rocket and basil and to make sure there was NO GARLIC OR ONION (I am highly intolerant, and ask for no base sauce, cheese and herbs. Simple. I did it the first time I ordered and they got it right - even though they didn't put the fresh rocket on that I paid an extra $2 for. They offered to put it on this time, and the person who answered was very helfpul..she did say, however, that she didn't always have fresh basil... if you don't have fresh basil then don't a).advertise that you do and have it as an option and b) charge for it!! Even if you don't have it!!! Inconsistency is unacceptable and stupid). So when the dasher called he said that the restaurant was quickly remaking my order. He arrived 17 minutes later so they must've rushed, put the pizzas in on too high for too short, so they weren't cooked properly, got burnt but then were cool on the inside so looked like leather when they arrived. I'm theorising because it would take 17 minutes just to get to my house. It was 9pm.and it was just after 7 when I placed the order!! I tarted my morning off with an extra long trip to the toilet and gradually felt worse and worse until I began vomitting. I've reported this to doordash and will be reporting this to QLD health department. I've kept the leftover pizza in case it needs to be tested. I believe this restaurant is breaching food health and safely guidelines, cutting corners. My pizza didn't taste as though it had garlic or onion and my tastebuds and nose are pretty good. So I'm sure they listened to this. However, it they cut corners when cooking the pizzas (being in a rush), and because they pizzas weren't hot when they arrived, bacteria may have started to grow which would explain the symptoms. $50 for 2 gross pizzas that have made us sick, and to wait for them for over 75 minutes, and have a rush job and probably not cooked properly could lead to litigation.. I am going to have to go to hospital if this doesn't subside and I am exhausted from throwing up, feel hidious and my throat is sore. Someone said they refused to take responsibility for causing them to get sick by putting onions on the pizza. I will escalate this as far, high and wide as need be to make sure they are held access accountable. Oh, and I tried to call them but nobody answers the phone. I have requested a refund from doordash and pizza capers needs to cop the loss. I seriously hope the health department gets to the bottom of this. It's disgraceful.
Disappointed – I ordered several dishes last night in Maroochydore. The disappointing one was the chicken and pesto pasta. Not fresh and definitely not real chicken but the look, texture and taste of a cheap reconstituted chicken loaf! Flavourless and yuk! Show details

Excellent gluten free pizza! – Because of my food intolerence to gluten, diary, onion and garlic, I seldom get a good pizza. Today, Australia Day, Chelmer Pizza Capers produced the best pizza I have ever eaten. Thank you Nader, for adding extra toppings to replace the unsafe ones, making it particularly delicious and safe. We shall return. Show details

Staff make the store - Kallangur – Always have been a pizza capers fan but tonight the staff far exceeded my expectations of the above and beyond. I wasnt aware the store had already closed by 9pm however although arriving 10mins after this. the team still took my order and were also genuinely positive on the process to make it feel like I wasnt a burden. Kallangur store - 5 stars… Read more

Terrible – Ordered 3 thin base pizzas. One was thin base only. All three were tasteless. Got extra pepperoni on the pepperoni. They had to have forgot it as there was barely any on it let alone extra! Also the spaghetti bolognaise was horrible. The garlic pizza was dried out. Also horrible. The only decent thing was the wings. By the way I have never written… Read more
a bad review. Normally I just don’t go back if I don’t like something, but this was truly off the charts in the wrong way.
Wet Pizza – The pizza was delivered and the base was so wet the pizza box was falling apart. Sloppy! Topping was good. I called deagon pizza capers, their response was what do you want me to do. WTH.

topping disaster – Tonight the 15/06/2023, we brought a large supreme pizza from their Deagon store, and the topping was lovely BUT, the topping was 30 to 40 mm away from the outside. It might save them money but it means that we will not go back again as so much of the crust was thrown out because it had nothing on it. Show details

Poor service cold pizza – We’ve been customers for years but your service has been going downhill for a while. Tonight we waited 2 hours for cold overcooked pizza. I’m sorry but you need to do much better Show details
Gave it another chance, but no – Pizza capers offer a big choice but over our last few home delivered pizzas, delivered at increasing intervals because the memory fades of the last one, the pizza has been undercooked. You can eat a layer of uncooked dough under an interesting topping but it could be so much better. Show details
Chips half cooked – Seriously though. How hard is it to cook a portion of chips. If ya going to charge 5 bucks for a small portion of chips, at least cook ‘‘em long enough so they ain’t half raw and old like the ones I got. 2nd time in a row I’ve got old half cooked rubbery chips. Glad I’ve got an air fryer. Cheers yo! Show details
The decline of pizza – I've been ordering pizza capers for years. It was always a little more expensive but worth it for the quality of fresh ingredients and different flavour toppings. And they always tasted less greasy than other commercial pizza companies. Now though... My latest order was terrible. It took over 1 hour to deliver (estimate was 35 mintues), the… Read more
Karaage chicken pizza I ordered simply had grilled chicken on it with very little flavour and did not resemble how the pizza is supposed to be served; the bases were overcooked, crusty and oily, and they somehow screwed up garlic bread. To top it off, I have spent my evening dashing back and forth to the loo. Last time I will ever buy pizza capers. The whole lot has gone in the bin. Such a waste.
At Pizza Capers, $22 for what? – We have brought a pizza from Pizza Capers at Deagon about 4 times now, and this is the last time we will do it. Reasons are. 1).. We pay $22 for a large thin base pizza for the two of us. The toppings are minimal and we are left feeling hungry, plus the fillings start about 3cm from the outside, which means that a 2 to 3cm area ALL round the… Read more
pizza is devoid of any fillings at all. I have to say that I think that there was a very small sprinkling of cheese on it in some areas. 2).. We always have one half with a different topping to the other half, but it is never right and they do not seem to care, no offer of a reduced price one or anything, which would have been wise to do after that happening a couple of times. 3).. We have realised that with how sparse the toppings are that we would be far better off to get a frozen pizza from a supermarket costing us anything from $4,00 to $8,00, eg, a 500g meat lovers pizza is about $4.00, and you can add more on if you like, PLUS, as you will just pick some frozen pizzas up with your groceries, it means that you don’t have to use petrol to go to the pizza place. 4).. PLUS, we realised tonight that the place is in need of a very good clean. 5).. BUT, they did have a tasty sauce on it tonight.
What has happened to Pizza Capers?! – What's happened to Pizza Capers?! Sad and disappointed :( Pizza Capers used to be my favourite pizza, was a little dearer than some competitors, but was worth it because the toppings were fresh, generous and the topping options were interesting and exciting.. Hadn't tried a flavour I didn't like. Spring Hill was my local store but that went… Read more
down-hill, now Annerley is my local store and though the staff are friendly, the quality is just awful. Even the pizza dough seems different, the toppings are dry and sad, they taste like cheap rubbish and ironically the prices have gone up. Taste no better than the box they come in, there's no colour, nothing appealing about them whatsoever. I'm going back to making pizza on the BBQ at home, half the price and tastes like something. Such a shame
Disgusting customer service Maroochydore – Why advertise pizza deals online and when ordering in store charge incorrectly and overcharge? We went to Maroochydore store When we were waiting to be served the young people behind in the cook area were telling each other to F*** off this happened a few times. When I confronted the girl at the counter about being wrongly overcharged and the… Read more
pizzas having the wrong ingredients she was smirking at me when speaking of the issues and said a sarcastic tone well i will give you some money. I explained to the girl how rude she was being and she just walked off. Another young person came over and offer a drink- maybe offer to refund me the money you overcharged me for your crap pizza and train your staff on proper customer skills… overpriced for terrible pizza
Terrible customer service, all attempts to contact them have been ignored – Ordered from The Gap QLD. They took my order and took my money, then cancelled the order without reason, and the money was still held. Leaving me unable to order with anyone else. They were still accepting orders well after my order was cancelled and nobody has bothered to contact me back since this happened. I wouldn't even consider ordering from… Read more
any Pizza Capers after this, they are so much more expensive than Domino's and it's been impossible to get in touch with anyone other than by calling the staff in store, who are all very young and unable to help

Disappointing Pizza – Have ordered pizza from Maroochydore Store on 2 separate occasions, both were very disappointing. Pizza crust was lacking in taste and texture. Toppings were minimal and presentation was very poor. Would not recommend Pizza Capers to anyone. Show details

Pizza Capers Annerley Brisbane Got it wrong again! – Few months ago I ordered and paid for a pizza with extra prawns. Pizza came with no prawns, so I thought OK so their out of prawns. But a little more of another topping would of been nice. Then today I ordered a BBQ Bonanza with a few extra toppings and yeah it had all the toppings but no BBQ sauce, just some yellowy hot sauce which ruined the… Read more

PIZZA CAPERS ANNERLEY BRISBANE ARE GOOD but a little expensive and if they keep messing up my order I'll have to go elsewhere.
What a rip off, one pizza $17 and it fed my fish, it was so small. Disgraceful for them to even serve this crap – Pizza was so small my hand covered it and it cost $17 pick up. FFF. What is happening , greed , desperation . So disappointed that they see this as normal . Must be dumb , in management . Show details
Very underwhelming – Had pizza delivered, ordered large Bonanza. Added mushroom, onion and olive as extras... was Size of a REGULAR, NO Olives, No Flavour , dry and rubbery ...COST$35.........Very Disappointed.. Delivery person was Pleasent. Show details
