Plenti Car Loan

Plenti were extremely helpful with great staff support and assistance throughout my loan application. This is my second Tesla loan (the first was paid out in advance of time allowed) with Plenti who are reliable and trustworthy with everything they tell loan applicants and those who are provided with loans. I highly recommend direct dealings with Plenti rather than through third party brokers.

Just terrific, no issues with online loan application. Fast efficient, clear and precise when conveying information. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

The process was fantastically easy and appreciated the positive outcome. I would like to know however, if anyone actually gets the interest rates advertised as I have an exceptional credit rating, am a repeat customer and still ended up with an interest rate higher than I expected. Applied for a car loan via Plenti. They just sent me an email staying loan was declined. They never gave any reason, they never took any additional information and never made an attempt to see what ways the loan could be approved, like adding another person to the loan etc. You credit score gets affected and ultimately they decline your loan. Not worth going to them I feel. Bad experience.

Bad experience – Applied for a an Ev car loan was declined and just given a reply in a generic email advising me to contact Equifax for more information on my credit file !! I got an Excellent credit score report when I contacted Equifax

Plenti bumped the rates as Tesla delayed the delivery of the EV – Tesla delayed the car and as a preferred finance provider I choose Plenti but now the game starts.. Plenti bumped the rates as the car was not delivered on time.. Whose fault was it?? I think its mine as i selected Tesla and Plenti as financer.. Highly disappointed with the service of both - Tesla and Plenti.. Please stay away from both of them.....

My experience with Plenti was fantastic. I secured an extremely competitive interest rate, the assessment was fair and the information requested from me seemed very reasonable. Brandon’s communication throughout the process was exceptional - quite possibly the best service I have come across in a very long time, in not ever! Consultant Tas, I want to congratulate her on her 10/10 customer service during a very daunting time applying for finance for a new car. The process is rather simple and easy. There was a little rough period through the process. However Tas's quick thinking and problem solving the out come has been amazing. I'm also a repeat customer. Who was given a way better interest rates then car yards.

Company Is very easy to deal with it can all be done online. I had a few questions along the way so used both Chat and Phone calls and found all the staff helpful and quick in answering. The had very competitive rates and would definitely use them again

with completing their paperwork (all done digital), but when I phoned Plenti to get some assistance they kindly walked me through what I needed to do. I have since recommended Plenti to friends and family and they are equally happy with their service.

Wow Wow Wow – Honestly these guys are fantastic, entered all my details didn’t have to submit any documents as they just checked my bank details through a secure link. Loan approved and disbursed all within 24hours. Everytime I called each person 8 dealt with was so helpful and answered all my questions with ease. If you want a no fuss car loan with an easy approval process I would defiantly try Plenti.

Shame on you – Multiple phone calls made, and yet no one manage to rectify the issues until it went to the complaints area. It took two weeks to finalise the transaction and in the meantime the owner of the vehicle wanted to sell it to someone else. You put me in an embarrassing situation. Shame on you!
