Plenti Car Loan

Applied for a car loan via Plenti. They just sent me an email staying loan was declined. They never gave any reason, they never took any additional information and never made an attempt to see what ways the loan could be approved, like adding another person to the loan etc. You credit score gets affected and ultimately they decline your loan. Wow Wow Wow – Honestly these guys are fantastic, entered all my details didn’t have to submit any documents as they just checked my bank details through a secure link. Loan approved and disbursed all within 24hours. Everytime I called each person 8 dealt with was so helpful and answered all my questions with ease. Bad experience – Applied for a an Ev car loan was declined and just given a reply in a generic email advising me to contact Equifax for more information on my credit file !! I got an Excellent credit score report when I contacted Equifax

Plenti bumped the rates as Tesla delayed the delivery of the EV – Tesla delayed the car and as a preferred finance provider I choose Plenti but now the game starts.. Plenti bumped the rates as the car was not delivered on time.. Whose fault was it?? I think its mine as i selected Tesla and Plenti as financer.. Shame on you – Multiple phone calls made, and yet no one manage to rectify the issues until it went to the complaints area. It took two weeks to finalise the transaction and in the meantime the owner of the vehicle wanted to sell it to someone else. You put me in an embarrassing situation. Shame on you!

Teething problems quickly resolved – Great customer service despite being bombarded with the same email about 4/5 times within an hour at one point...was compensated for by troubles. settlement completed – The rates available are very competitive. However the communication is limited and often late in the day which delays response and review of new documents that have been requested. I had to make several telephone calls to chase things up but fortunately you have a call back system which avoids long waits on hold. Show details
