to Covid-19, and are not the fault of Pocketronics. The product is working well, however, the summarised (1 page) Owner's Manual did not correctly explain the installation of the handset to the relevant unit I already have. However, to overcome this I obtained a complete Owner's Manual from the internet. I am very happy with Pocketronics and will do business with them again.

The best handset on the market – On Tuesday 14th April 2020 I purchased a Uniden XDECT 8305 EXTRA HANDSET for $62. I was extremely happy with it because I can use this in the kitchen when I move into my unit in September 2020. Very rude, condescending and unhelpful – I recently purchased a cordless phone from Pocketronics via Catch and it has stopped working. The phone has not had very much use as I use my mobile for most calls. I naturally asked for a refund which was refused. not working. I considered it to be unfair when I had a faulty phone that I should have to go to the bother and expense of returning it. I then received a very rude email back stating 'Did you NOT read the instructions? It's free to return this phone! postage is free!" There was not a mention of free post in the original email. The situation is still not resolved and will not be dealing with Pocketronics in the future.

Cheap garbage – They don't answer the phone, bought a tablet and it stopped working after a week. Piece of cheap garage and I can't organise a refund since they don't answer the phone.

DON'T ANSWER MY CALLS – My Pendo doesn't switch on properly. I took it to Europe and couldn't use it. Came back and asked for a refund, have left a number of messages....not returning my calls. send my unit back and then ignore the refund rules or calling back to let you know what is going on. This has been going on since May and it is now end of October. Be careful with them. [Name Removed] that owns the business told me I shouldn't complain because my item was cheap...what has that got to do with it when you've paid your money and it's not in working order? What kind of attitude is that? I found them rude and very unhelpful....they'll never call you back and claim they're too busy. Most of the time nobody is around to help. This is how they avoid your calls. Buy your computers from elsewhere. It will save you a lot of headaches. Also, they still have my Pendo and won't return it...so not only will they not give a refund, they'll also not send it back so they can re-sell it again. Keep away from them.

Best Costumer Service! – So i payed for an item an thought i didn't need it then as i cancel like 1 hour later the sent back and then i ask a question about the item and it was intent reply and i got 1 year warranty and the item was so cheap for what it was and i got in in les then 3 days and in great condition !!! 5 stars!!! Do not buy from pocketronics – Bought a Pendo Pad 7 inch described as very good condition ex demo. While the item did arrive in working order it was very heavily marked on the back, some light scratches on the screen but the big issue was a black plastic shaving about 5mm long sandwiched in the screen assembly this was big enough to make whole words unreadable when viewing… Read more

text. Seller refused to refund saying this was covered in the "spotless or near spotless screen" description and refuse to refund. Also when I left negative feedback on ebay describing my experience seller responded by lying that "refund was offered". Do not buy, no integrity, it is sellers like this that give online buying a bad name.

All good with the purchase of my phone – I have found the item to be exactly as described and working properly, the delivery was super fast, and the after sales service re advice on adding handsets was excellent. I would recommend Pocketronics to everyone!

Faulty Xbox360 Kinect – received faulty Xbox connect console, sent back and replacement sent. Replacement still fault. Do yourself a favour and purchase from retailer. Crap seconds. Hundreds of dollars spent on games with no console

Great Seller!! A++ Amazing Customer Service! – I was a little wary because some of the reviews but went for it anyway. I've now gotten my Samsung Mobile, TV, Modem and Cordless Phone from these guys and I've never had an issue! They have lots of refurbished products and brand new product so make sure you read the description before you buy, but if you're looking for a great deal look no further! YES!! AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE FOR SURE!! Worst Seller on eBay, – Bought a new, unused modem on their eBay store. When it arrived in the mail, It was USED and FAULTY - Packaging was ripped and the ports were exposed, it also came with user name and password of the previous owner when logged onto netgear's site PPPoE section to set it up, and the device wouldn't register my information. ebay, they rang and told me to send it back. Did that, one of their staff member rang again told me it is working for them. I said it was not new, it was a used device and TPG and I couldn't get it to work over the phone after an hour. Bought another Modem immediately after that from a store and it was working straight away. This guy [Name removed] finally said they would refund me the purchase price but I had to pay $10 to cover the cost of them sending it to me. I said on the listing the postage was FREE thus I was not going to pay for that. Also there's nothing written in the listing saying who should bear the cost of sending the item to a customer should a refund occur. I also spent $10.05 to send their faulty item back via AUSPOST. Then he was getting impatient and tried to spin the story and said I did not record my set up process on video or did not have a record of the phone convo with TPG so I have no evidence suggesting their modem was not working. Then he just told me to email them and hang up.

No written response has ever been received from them after I wrote to them 4 times via ebay and email. It had been 10 days and finally I requested eBay to step in and eBay refunded me the full purchase price on their behalf. Terrible people to deal with!!!! DO NOT BUY NOTHING from these people.

Now to see if they do back their products - and they do – Have had a tradie set of CB handhelds for about a month. They are now proving to be faulty. Let's see how they respond to my complaint. Within 24 hours of notifying Pocketronics I was telephoned and given detailed (yet simple) instructions on how to reset the units to factory settings. Problem solved.

I am satisfied with the response but the problem should not have arisen (hence 4 stars). At least I now know how to resolve it if it recurs.

Avoid like the plague – Costs me half the price of the unit that is faulty for them to say that it's my fault without any recourse of replacement or refund. Sounds unethical. Should of spent another $10 at got a new off the shelf phone from K Mart than a factory second that failed after 6 months of little use.

Steer clear of this company - faulty products and ZERO customer service – I purchased a triple landline handset from this company in December 2013 and around 4 months later, we lost all audio on one of the handsets. emailing again I was repeatedly told to refer to the user manual and that it was something "I" was doing. I'm pretty tech-savvy and have no problems with other, more complicated gadgets, computers, multifunction printers, etc, but in the end was told they "Didn't know what to say". One by one the other two handsets failed to the point I ended up buying a different brand from a different seller and the new ones have been faultless. Upon contacting Pocketronics last week, asking for a refund due to the handsets being faulty, not only was I IGNORED, when I tried to email them again, their server blocked me. They blocked me - a customer - from contacting them.

In short, DO NOT buy from Pocketronics. I've never received such appalling 'service' from any company and it seems I'm not the first and won't be the last, unless this advice, and that of others, is heeded.

Terrible! Worst experience – Had the worst customer service with them. Ordered a landline phone through eBay . Got it Delivered but within a month had problems. say that I don't need a replacement but a refund. A week later I get a msg saying that my parcel is on the way. I msg them saying I didn't want a replacement but a refund. They say not to accept the parcel but return to sender. I do that and still don't get a refund. I call to say I need to be compensated for the postage since the item was faulty and the guy says he will arrange for a manager to call me but no one calls.

2 weeks later I msg them saying I need the refund and they reply saying that they will charge me for the postage since it has been sent back ! Numerous msgs later they agree to refund the cost of the phone and then nothing happens. I msg them after. a week and a half and the manager replies saying my transaction is too old (to bother to

look up )and I have left a negative feedback and they want to take it off. They will refund but will charge me $9 for postage!!!

These guys want to rip off the customer but want a positive feedback

Pocketronics Review – I ordered an iphone 4s with 64gb from pocketronics in may, 2013 for 755 and didn't really know much about them. I was a little bit worried that it may not arrive, anyhow I ordered on Monday and recieved it on Thursday :) I couldn't find much online about them, but they always answered the phone.
