WHY IS IT WORKING WITH SOUND BUT NO PICTURE?
Mine did this to. Try scrolling through the different picture modes. If that doesn't work then I just went into settings & reset the whole thing. It means you'll have to program the channels in again though.
No power on tv and this is the 2nd tv in under 3 years why
Hi when purchased I could download Netflix and YouTube, but then YouTube wouldn’t work. Netflix was fine, so I upgraded system, now YouTube works but Netflix is not compatible for this device. Netflix was before system upgrade?
My Polaroid only has Android 4.4 and is not compatible with netflix or free tv. Tempo advised not possible to upgrade the Android system. Therefore should get a replacement model as it is not a Smart TV. Too lazy to take it further, got a chromecast instead

what version of netfliks to install? I have installed youtube works great ........ then I finally found netflix 4.16 which installs ok buuuuut now youtube is very laggy
Tv was working, then it switched it self off, and light whent off , it had a habet of terning it self off when you just tern it on in the mornning ,i swiched it of at the wall and on light nuthing , can you help

I have my Polaroid TT PU - 6516 UHD a bit more than 2 years. It was everything Ok till yesterday as I have turned on TV with remote control and..TV made a 1 second lasting noisy crash and is dead since then. I guess something has happen with an interior power supply, placed in the TV board inside. How I can fix it? I have called JB -Hfi shop where I bought that TV but they refused to help.

Just purchased Polaroid 55" smart TV but trying to load foxtel now and it's not loading. Is this TV compatible?

Foxtel have notified me that the TV itself is NOT compatible however you need a box to make it work.
What do you mean "load foxtel"? Didn't you plug the box in? Your "antenna " point should go into the foxtel box, them HDMI cable from foxtel box to HDMI point in TV.

We bought this tv today and it won’t let us choose a language. Any ideas?
Hi there ,just tried to change language on my tv , it gives you the option to Chang the language in the menu setup for on screen display and spoken, but it didn’t change the sound , but it does say in the manual that it will only be adjustable if there is a signal with that language ..why don’t you try ringing this number 1300886649 ,have your model number ready ,they were very helpfull when I rang ,,, I hope you can resolve it .
P/s I am still very happy with this TV
