I want to know why next door can control my f****** air conditioner and I want to know now
Why is it blowing hot air
Is this machine too powerful to keep a little bit over 25sqare meter room cool?And does this machine have a evaporative self cooling system?Also known as a self automatic draining system?There are portable air conditioners out there where you never have to empty the water tank especially on extreme very hot and humid days as well as heatwaves.Is this machine one of them?Regards,Greg.
Would be good if the company replied re these queries.....On the plus side It does get rid of the condensation moisture via an evaporator tray. This has never overflowed on hot days. It isn't too powerful because it isn't a recirculating system. As a consumer I would say that is doesn't cool the whole of any room because it is a single duct (exhaust) type of cooler. It will cool the immediate area of the A/C outlet, and at the same time pump hot air out of the room via the exhaust outlet, but this will drop the pressure in the room. The unit isn't a two vent unit so Incoming warm air comes in either from the doorway, the ceiling, the walls or the windows, whichever is least sealed. The air has to come in from somewhere. It's just physics. The unit is forever trying to overcome this warm air that is entering the room because it is a single vent unit. It doesn't cope if the external air is hot, and will just run continuously with the compressor going if you try and set the thermostat more than 5 degrees less than outside temperature.

What does FE or FL stand for on display on aircon
Hi .. my aircon blows warm air most of the time, but switches to cool for about 3 minutes every 20. I have ensured filters are clean and tank is empty. Any suggestions? Thank you.
I've got the exact same issue, really hoping that somebody here has an answer.
Never had an issue with the pc44 but got it with pc58 check your length of your exhauts pipe ..have got 2 units now and the pc58 is more susceptible of overheating due to having a much bigger compressor...depending on the age of it these machines build up with gunk on the inside of the filter..like the filter doesn't stop all of it the dust
I bought my unit a couple of months ago and from day 1 it's made this strange intermittent noise kind of like cough. There also seems to be no discernible difference between the fan speeds and it pumps a lot of hot air out off where the exhaust attaches to the unit at the back
I just bought polocool 6kw 20,000 btu and mine makes that same intermittent, thud, cough noise. I have emailed polocool and waiting for a response. And whenever i unplug drain, heaps of water comes out, even though they say it never needs emptying re Mist technology. Feeling extremely angry at the moment. I cannot stand the thud, cough, whatever noise it is. The exhaust is not a very secure attachment to the air con unit.
My air conditioner blows cold air for about five minutes it then starts to shake then starts to blow hot air for twenty minutes then goes cold again for a short while
