Absolute rubbish with absolutely NO support from Robot My Life. I have made over 10 requests by phone and email, for warranty help, all of which remain unanswered. Follow-up · I'm still waiting on a responds. Skimmer robot. Pool Bot S100 not working after 6 weeks. Why did it fail, because it is a poor product, charging process is from the solar panels on the skimmer and it failed. The debris basket failed has holes in the mesh.
Absolute rubbish, we are on our third one, the retailer has been great however the service from the distributor is terrible, the concept is great but the product is unreliable, with "on/off" switch failure on two and sensor failure on another. Show details

Works great – Works greatIt works very well, picks grass clippings that get blown in when we are mowing around pool. Had a bit of trouble with the app but is working fine now. Would be nice to get a charger with it, that’s the only downfall, even just the cable for it. Solar panel works well for charging it up.

into the pool. Now I just leave the pool bot to do its job. The pool bot is easy to put in and out of the pool. Simple to empty the basket. And being solar powered I don’t have to worry about plugging it in to charge. I would happily recommend this to anyone who has a pool.

Update: I returned my S100 surface skimmer & it was eventually replaced free of charge. That one failed after 3 months. I again returned it under warranty & got the run around & promises to escalate my complaint. Calls went to message bank & never returned. It’s impossible to talk to a human & I have not had the second unit replaced as of May 2026. I think they may have blocked my number & emails go unanswered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This is a scammy business, do not purchase from them!
Follow-up · After more months after they asked us to finally return the faulty skimmer and robot they did after a long time and many many requests for updates told us we would receive replacement machines, since that day months ago they have not replaced the items or communicated to our requests for updates, to this date this company has got our items and not replaced them or will even communicate, so very disappointing and nothing short of a scam.

warranty period so I reached out Robotmylife via email. I didn’t get a response so I rang the number and got to speak to a robot . A booking reference was created. A week later I got an email asking me to troubleshoot and send a video . I followed all steps. No response for a week so made another call Monday morning. I now have six ‘ job tickets’ reference numbers and emails saying they will be back in touch asap. Apparently my request has been prioritised. The customer service is definitely suboptimal. The skimmer was great while it lasted
Follow-up · Troubleshooting was easy, the pool bot relatively silent when moving around the pool. Received a replacement after lodging a complaint with consumer protection.

issued with a ticket, I still have not heard from them. When you call the number on their website, you are greeted by a very friendly bot, who will issue you with a ticket number. I now have 3 ticket numbers and a promise that my request will be escalated. I have not heard from anyone from Robot My Life.
I urge anyone considering purchasing from them to reconsider - if you have issues with your product, it seems you may as well just throw it in the bin because the company doesn't seem to care at all once they receive the money from your purchase.

has worked for about 6 weeks and now also stopped working (but with very different fault to the first) . So not looking forward to having a fight about ‘support’ for this unit but I will as it simply cost too much to just walk away. Now I’ve seen so many other reviews for this model failing. And the customer service at to bottle is appalling- AVOID!!!!!

pool clean. It is especially good at catching grass clippings, floating leaves and the occasional frog or spider. I have found the best way to use the S100 is to leave it in the pool 24 hours a day. It will keep cleaning until the battery runs low at night then start cleaning again the next day as soon there is enough light to charge the battery. All you need to do is empty it.

Works well – Great pool skimming robot. Just moves across the top of the pool capturing almost all of the floating debris. Just make sure it isn't running when your pool filter is on as it may have trouble battling the current. Show details

Perfect addition! – Very effective to remove floating bamboo leaves, insects and other floating debris. Silent, solar powered so no maintenance besides emptying the basket once in a while (easy). Very satisfied!
Wasted money – My previous review of this product was great. BUT … After about 18 months it died and we decided to replace it with a new one. The new one arrived and never worked. I spent months trying to get in touch with someone to get a replacement. I have never heard back or had any communication from robot my life and both poolbots have gone in the bin. Total trash – Very poor product. Total lies about the sensors, it has none, just bits of plastic that look the part, but do absolutely nothing. No smart features, Bluetooth connection is sub par, they definitely lie about a lot of things. Dont waste your time, spend a few 100 more and get a real one. Show details
Great product – Once you turn it on you only need to touch it again to empty the basket. Picks up fine hairs as well as leaves and solar panel has meant I haven't had to charge since opening out of box.
