My policy was at a good value since I was been with them for more than 2 years. with me. It took me over 5 months to have my car back and until now there was not a clear information been given from power torque what was been replaced or repaired on my car. And my policy has been unreasonably gone up(claim not on my fault) with no explaining from the power torque team at all. Roadside assistance is very poor, they not 24/7, my incident happen on Sunday and I have to call around for an available towing company for my car. Very frustrating on my claim and roadside assistance experience and disappointed of my insurance experience with power torque. I will definitely not recommended use them.

The repairs took longer than quoted , no loan car offered , Main rant , My Premium doubled without being informed .Making the claim I personally felt like a criminal. Show details

Purchased my brand new Toyota and got insurance same day. They had my rego down wrong so ive been paying insurance for someone elses car for the passed 3 years. Had someone break into our car through the front window when parked at home and still had to pay a $750 excess for a window and some door repairs. What’s the point of having comprehensive insurance when you have to pay an excess this high for something that’s completely not your fault? Show details

I have been with Power Torque Insurance and Finance since 2021, loyal customer, pay a substantial amount of money on my car each month, have never submitted a claim until the day a hails storm came through. gave me no information about what was going to be repaired, only that they may not be able to fix it without paint damage, and if there was paint damage, they will only paint the damaged panel, leaving the panels uneven in colour. When I expressed my concern, Power Torque said there is nothing they can do address this but that my car would restored to pre-accident condition... yet I didn't have uneven paint pre-accident?

There has been no communication on what is getting repaired, who to pay excess to etc. Absolutely poor service for an insurance company that has received thousands of dollars from me already. I have never had to submit a claim before, so as a first time customer doing so, you would think customer service would be less rude, and more helpful.

Power Torque has absolutely lost another customer.

Waited 2.5 months to get my minor damaged car back! – This company is connected with Toyota so please don’t let their name deceive you. The staff had no idea what they were doing from the beginning. had to find a repairman because they apparently couldn’t find one in Perth WA where there are more than enough companies around. They didn’t care that I needed my car to get to work as a nurse. Even talking with the repair shop they said Toyota or power torque are very difficult to work with and have no idea what they’re doing. Please don’t waste your time and money! If you live in Perth get RAC!
