On behalf of my wife Linda and I, we would like to say a big thank you to Dane, Meg, Grace and all the PRD team for the sale of our house during difficult times and circumstances with all the present COVID-19 issues, and difficulties surrounding the showing of properties right now. It's not by chance that Dane and his team have become Port Stephens most trusted and number one selling agent.
All the staff at PRD have a great can do attitude, and it was truly a delight working with everyone from the initial consult right through to final exchan...ge of contracts. Best Company for people with horrible rental history
I handed over the property management of my brand new house to PRD nationwide Bendigo, The agent went through all applications and showed me defaults of all the applications including minor issues, I didn't check the applications believing that they are more experienced than me. I agreed to rent the person they recommended. However, the tenant went to jail for ill legal activity, after damaging my house and without paying rent. When I requested the previous rental history and income checks the reply was just you agreed to give that house to him.... I was told that he was the plumber for the agent and they know him. For my request, they sent me a copy of the application with obvious unreliable details. They had just rung one of the phone numbers that he included in the application. That's all about rental history check. They refused to proceed with my landlord insurance as it takes time and does not worth money as I have already decided to change the property management. Very unprofessional service.

Throw you out of the bus
Very unprofessional no wonder why you're rating is too low. They'll just throw you out of the bus after all the talking, emailing, and negotiation about a broken thing that we didn't even know how it happened. In good faith we have agreed to pay the agreed amount even though we didn't know how it got broken and now after few months, the supplier is chasing is and asking us to pay the whole amount. PRD doesn't even want anything to do with it. Please keep away from them!

The worst! Doesn't obey the Law
Too long to explain! Basically now hold to ransom.. just annoying. What a joke! Some principals need to go back and redo their qualifications as they clearly think that they are above the law. And some of these property managers REALLY need to get a personality check if they think their crap dont stink!
As stated in many other 1 star reviews... Apauling communication, or lack of, in application process of a rental! No direct contact with property manager, staff very young.
The problem was that there was NO communication in letting me know the property had been leased to someone else. I waited a week before I called to find out after the girls had said 'we will contact you'. Deserves 0 stars - most horrible agency for tenants
Agents are very lovely before you sign the contract. Once you sign the contract their true forms are revealed and they refuse to make repairs which they promised to do when you moved in. Consistently rude and disgusting language used in e-mails when they send it to you with excessive attitude and they will always start arguments to not have to do repairs. Most untrustworthy people I have ever met. Even upon vacate using loopholes to show the house was not left clean and then hiring a professional cleaner without letting us know and sending us the bill upon vacate. And not even letting us know that a new tenant was moving in! The only thing they will do is scab Money off you. Beware of this Mackay branch.

Long running issues with a noisy neighbour. Property manager is in the house when music is being played so loud that it vibrates the walls and can be heard anywhere in the house. There doesn’t seem to be a single person in the branch that cares about anything but keeping people in the property. Have made several complaints. Latest suggestion is that I move out rather than the problem being resolved. Behaviour of small children, if you complain about something they have or haven’t done competently then they’ll pretend to listen then just ignore you again. Already submitted feedback, doubt anything will be solved. Seems like if you’re mates with the staff then you can treat your neighbours however you like and there will be no consequences

We cant get hold of our property manager. She never calls back or replies to emails, she has an assistant who says that she has passed on the information, but still no response, you try calling the owner, She is never there either, Really poor, And it doesn't help that you live over 1000km away.

We have been waiting over two weeks and still no hear anything from her. since I had return the keys back to office from that date I got no any update. I even sent an email just for kindly reminder blah blah blah, and still nothing from them. I'd called them today, and the answered was the manger is on annually leave !!
What you only have one manger or ? why she did not pass the message or duty to staff who can take over her job while she is not there. And the worst part is the office makes empty promises with no feedback or call backs. Serious bad service

PRD Nationwide Bexley North
I was renting an apartment for 12 months as per my lease agreement. I handed the keys into the office on a Saturday and asked for the keys to be returned to the property manager Nanza. He didn't bother to confirm he received the keys so on the Tuesday I called to confirm he received the keys and when I should expect the bond money to be returned to me. He told me he had to inspect the property and would advise me the outcome. I heard nothing. I called Friday 8th March and he told me he was in the area and would inspect that day. On that Friday ...he also confirmed I had overpaid rent and he would reimburse me. It took over 2 weeks for me to receive my bond money back after I contacted him again. On the 14th March I received an email saying the overpaid money should come through. Nothing. I have been emailing since and keep getting excuses, landlord needs to return the funds, waiting on new tenants to move in. On the 23rd April I was advised new tenants were secured and I will receive my refund ASAP. It is now 2 weeks later, no refund, no email. Nothing. This is just unprofessional and very poor service.
PRD unorganized business
The PRD in the whitsundays is pretty shocking. Smoke alarms that still aren't sorted (been living here for over 14 months). Emails that were meant for owner end up in my email box. Applications to get people approved on the lease aren't getting sorted even after calling at least 4 times. Had to literally drive over and tell them how to find an email. The customer service is terrible while I confess my struggle with the lack of communication and constant changing of staff and properties managers, nobody takes responsibility and places it at some...one else desk I get transferred to phonenumbers that have a voicemail who doesn't get monitored so I'll have to call again. My request for support and understanding simply literally got ignored. My previous applicant to get on the lease heard from the staff it probably wouldn't get accepted so she searched for another property and when she did she of course got accepted. Now again I'm waiting for an application to be processed for over 6 weeks now. While it didn't took them long (3 days) to email me after I've put up a post up on fb for a housemate saying that the new housemate needs to follow proper papertrail before moving in. Let's just say Super frustrated!

That is a national problem, I am renting through PRD in wagga and my property manager wanted me to sign a contract in winter last year. I am still waiting, she also told me the owner and an independent inspector would attend my last inspection - but only the 1 property manager arrived.
I won’t be using PRD again
