DON'T BUY! – Wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing instead of their fake website reviews, I didn't receive my product or get a response from them from multiple emails sent. Luckily purchased on credit card so was able to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund. Terrible company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID – Would do 0 stars. Been 6 months since ordering, the took my money and never sent product. Have contacted them almost every week for the past 6 months with no response. Do not buy from here! They stole my money.

Please boycott! They are a scam company – Wouldn’t even give them one star. Ordered a pregnancy pillow in my 2nd trimester. My son is now 3 months old and I’ve not received it. Had several communications with them via email and after a while they just stopped replying. I reported them and disputed transaction with my bank months ago with no success. It’s disgusting that they can continue trading and stealing from people with no consequences.

Great Pillow with Decent Delivery Service! – I had purchased one unit of a pregnancy pillow (brown U-shaped) early April and seeing some nice pillow images from the merchant. The delivery came in within the expected time (3 days) and was of good quality. I once had second thoughts about making a purchase due to the overall rating of the product here but after over a month of usage, I can say I am loving my pillows and would highly recommend.

The best pillow ever ! really comfy – Literally the best one I’ve ever used, spent lots of money bought other expensive brands, none of them is better than this one, my kids also love it, released my back pain.

Fantastic pillow!! – Bought as a gift. Very comfortable pillow. It gives such perfect cuddly support and a cosy relaxing night. Highly recommend it. Thank you!!

Such a ripoff – Received a gift card for $50 off a product from them. Picked out a $44.95 nursing pillow, opted out of shipping protection and when I make it to the final checkout- they wanted to charge me $22.97 in shipping costs. That is absolutely ridiculous. You give someone what they think is an awesome gift and then you charge them an astronomical shipping rate. So, the gift card really is not a gift. It is just a ploy to get you onto their website.

Worst company – I returned my item back in May as it took a month to arrive and they still haven't refunded me. They ignore all my emails too! So unprofessional, don't buy from them.

I returned the product at my cost, they would refund me. I wanted to drop into their place of business as it had an Applecross PO BOx but they said it has posted.

I then asked for my 30% back as clearly I wasn't getting anywhere. It was been 2 weeks and I havent heard from them

Do not order - it’s a scam – I ordered and a month later, still hadn’t received a shipping notification. I sent email after email, only to get an automated email response that states they are experiencing delivery delays due to COVID-19 (no longer applicable in 2023). I had to launch a dispute with my bank. Buy elsewhere!!

Scam! – SCAM! I purchased this pillow over a month ago and have not received my order. I have contacted support 3 times, with no response. Each time I get an automated response that says “we will contact you in 36-72 hours” and I never hear anything. Don’t waste your money!

SCAM!!!!!! – DO NOT ORDER FROM PREGNANCY PILLOW CO It is a scam. They have not sent my order, or replied to any of my emails. I asked to cancel my order and process my refund numerous times through email. I have not received a response and i placed the order months ago.

the pillow is quite small, and there is not nearly enough filling. I am using it sometimes while on the couch so it's not the worst thing ever. But this seller is not being honest in what they are selling. Their location is nowhere near where it says on the website, their pillows are cheaply made and dropshipped from elsewhere, and their shipping times are wildly optimistic.

AVOID!!!!!! – Same story as everyone else… -Purchased a belly band due to having PGP. -Just get auto replies about product being delayed. -Requested refund multiple times. -Emailed their parent company Manikinn Group sales@manikinngroup.com Still nothing. SCAMMERS – Wish I’d stumbled upon these reviews before hand. Placed an order for express shipping over a month ago and still nothing. Absolute disgrace scamming of pregnant people especially in this current economy.

here & requested that my order be cancelled & refunded prior to shipping (this email went unanswered). The order arrived less than a week later as it had been shipped prior to me being told they were unable to ship it due to supplier issues (???). I emailed to say I would be returning the order & again requested a refund (this email went unanswered). By this stage I had contacted consumer affairs & lodged a formal complaint. I’ve just been informed that the company has not responded to any of the ACCC’s attempts to make contact & resolve the issue (am still yet to receive a refund), so the case will be closed & I will have to take them to court (unless I can lodge a transaction dispute with my bank). excuse of “we are so sorry we will make sure that this doesn’t happen again”. Finally asked for a refund and I am told that my order will be shipped in a few days. I am still waiting on my order - a week later. I have sent further emails to try and get a refund for this as I no longer need the pillow I got one from another website.

I would not recommend this company, their customer service, email response and shipping information is ridiculous.

I ordered my pillow 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it!! – this is a joke and clearly a scam… I have the proof from my bank that I payed, and I got an email from them… yet it’s been 3 weeks and still nothing.
