Ordered and never got my Products – Ordered in Dec 2019 and never got my order. Followed up a few times but now company website is gone and the email is being blocked. It is an utter disgrace, very unhappy and disappointed. Utter waste of money.

Store is closed – Placed an order in December. Not received. Website has been shut down. I believe they continued to take orders and payment while having no intention of supplying. Could have been a successful business if it hadn't been badly mismanaged.

Embezzlement & Fraud – I purchased an order from this company in December 2019. This company went bankrupt in August 2019 and were taken over by Premium Health Group Pty Ltd on the 16th of October and who appear to not be honoring the orders made on their website. Call Nicholas Chan at Cor Cordis (he was working on the liquidation and the new company taking over) for further data.

Alert - Company is out of business – I have sumitted a complaint with tribunal/ACCC for non delivery of goods. The purchase was made on 29/11 and until now there is no sign of delivery. They have removed their phone number from their website and won’t reply to my emails either. They did some good business before, but now they are just scammers. Update on my complaint as of 21/01/20 -------------------------------------------- Fair Trading contacted the merchant. No reply, hence out of Fair Trading's jurisdiction. They advised me to go to Tribunal. Upon filling out the online complaint form on Tribunal site, I got below message, "The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear matters under these conditions but you can proceed to lodge an application if one of the respondents are not bankrupt or in liquidation". Fair Trading then advised to seek legal assistance (to recover $200?) ASIC website pointed back to Fair Trading. Still waiting on my bank for an update. I know that will be negative too. The owner of Premium Powders [name removed] has put significant efforts erasing himself from internet. I am letting go of it.

Great product. Faultless service – Recently placed second order with Premium Powders for GABA. Prescribed by my GP last year when I was in an active phase of anxiety to assist with sleep. November 6th 2018 Update: Immediate improvements to my training!

protein selling companies in Australia, the flavors are spot on and delicious whilst the prices are very competitive against much lesser quality products sold elsewhere.

I've tried all the flavors except banana and every one I'd rate 10/10, though the salted caramel flavour is my favourite, it's hands down the best salted caramel whey protein I've tasted and I've tried plenty, including all the Australian bulk nutrient suppliers and a ton of US brand name imports, Premium Powders beats them all!!

Shipping is always fast and the company good to deal with.

Absolute scam – These guys are either out of business or are a pure scam now. Received full money, and not delivering the orders or responding to emails and messages. Watch-out and do not ever buy anything from them!

Watch out - not sure if this company is trading or if it's postage systems suck – Their advertising and social media program appear to be up and running but my product hasn't been delivered and there is no response from email, phone or facebook page. Be warned at the lack of customer service. Aus Post even think their could be something fishy with them as paperwork is lodged but no physical parcel was ever received.

Everything here seems to be of very high quality and the prices are very reasonable.

Two things I avoid, however. - Whey protein concentrate ( Too much lactose - it gives me bloating and heaps of gas, apparently 75% of people have some degree of lactose intolerance) - Pea protein isolate. (It tastes terrible - This isn't Premium Powders fault. Apparently all pea protein is like this)

What's good. - Whey protein isolate (naturals) - this gives me little trouble (compared to concentrate). - Creatine monohydrate.

Was a customer – Premium Powders had a range of supplements available. I had a good experience over a few years until December 2019 placeing a order then requiring my bank to assist with recovering reimbursement for a unforfilled order. I have not been a customer since.

Creatine monohydrate – Bang on for your buck mixes up without leaving any residue which you want in a good creatine. Value for money and super fast delivery. Definitely shopping with premium powders again 5 stars

Excellent product for an excellent price – I am very happy with the massgainer, good macros and tastes great. Convenient to keep me fueled pre and post workout as well as when I am busy at work.

My go-to brand – I've bought from this brand many times. Great price and doesn't taste bad. Quick delivery. Particularly recommend the Choc honeycomb and Salted Caramel flavours. They often throws in free samples with orders which is a bonus.

Making mad gains – Heard about the site from a mate and It’s been a blessing. Website is easy to use and they have great tasting protein powder, awesome delivery times and good prices.

Delivery time frames is too slow. Need to do something – Order said shipped 24/6/19, received 04/07/19. Not good enough to compete with other stores. I also had to chase up order with 2 emails. Poor service. Could have received order from OS quicker.

Never received my product, poor customer service – Still waiting on my 5kg protein from 2 weeks back. Tried getting in touch with someone but haven’t received any reply. Not sure what is happening with my order. Frustrating service

No response to emails, no protein delivered – Ordered two bags of protein on the 23rd of June. It’s now the 3rd of July and I still haven’t received any tracking information or an answer as to where my protein is. The only response I got was one saying the tracking information will be solved soon. Terrible service, and will be going to the ombudsmen to sort out a refund.

Can't be bothered replying to customers – No response to a simple question about where my package is on an order made over a week ago. "hi, yep here's the tracking for that", "hi, sorry there was a mistake and it wasn't shipped, we'll get that to you now". ANYTHING is better than silence... oh well, there's plenty of other places offering the some thing. Ignore your customers, lose them. Pretty simple.

Really happy with Premium Powders – Premium Powders was the only company I found who had samples so I could try flavours before purchasing a bulk amount. They replied thoroughly to my queries about where they source ingredients from and I love the taste and consistency of their Chocolate and Strawberry WPI, creamy and mix well without that fake or overly sweet flavour. Still a few to try but will definitely be buying from Premium Powders in the future.

L-Tyrosine – I read where it said it was good for the skin. So I bought some. I take it and also add it to my DIY cream. The product was easy to find and good value!

No joke, the best supplement store around! – These guys provide quality products at very reasonable prices. Great range of supplements without the pointless gimmicks. I couldn't believe how quickly the order was prosessed, packaged and delivered. Thumbs up.

Exactly what I wanted to find – I wouldn't say the website was super easy to navigate the first time I used it but you soon get used to it and it becomes pretty good to get around and I have always found what I needed. I have not looked at the entire range but have so far always found what I was looking for and must say that so far everything that I have purchased seems to be of excellent quality. I will continue to use Premium Powders for my supplementary needs.
