Obvious this ARROGANCE represented from the "top" being ceo Ms [Name Removed] which reflects GREED. For this "[Content Removed]" negligence SUBSTANDARD for these would be a step UP from this at best BEST [Content Removed] STANDARD. Interesting to know how long they put up with such abhorrent conditions expect anyone. ALL TALK just double talk or ignore all together. Zero stars if that was possible – Talk a good game but any used car salesman does that. No substance, lack of basic knowledge, untrained staff, lack of supervision of staff. Slow to respond if they respond at all after numerous follow ups, resulted in declinature of an insurance claim. One or two back office staff who at least try to help do not make this lot any better. contractor management and supervision, contractors utilised by Premium lack adequate insurances. Strata managers are to act in the interest of the OC, the only thing this company does is put every effort into making up excuses and dodging responsibility for their own action or lack thereof. The CEO seem to spend most of her time fending off and discrediting negative reviews. Same experience reported by my agent on other properties where they are involved. Avoid at all cost.

Pathetic and useless. Strata managers are not willing to do the basics of their job – As a property manager, we have a few apartments under our management in the South West and Western Sydney suburbs that Premium Strata looks after. My experience with them so far has been horrid. We requested a Fob swipe / keys, however they forced me to drive in peak hour, paying toll, struggling to find parking to just pick up a set of keys… Read more

Forcing someone to travel 2 hours, paying for toll and parking, when a simple postage would have sufficed is frustrating. This is despite explicitly asking for beforehand if there was any other options available and us offering to pay for postage.

If you are looking for a Strata company, give this one a miss. Service is subpar or abysmal. Reliability is non-existent.

Their “pod system”, which assigns us two senior managers supported by a dedicated administrative team member, means we work with a tight, highly responsive group and never feel lost within a large organisation. No more floods in our building thanks to Premium Strata – I am so happy that our building made the move to Premium Strata 7 months ago. In those short months we have already seen major improvements with a complete review of all assets to ensure that preventative maintenance schedules were put into place especially the plumbing as our building had been subjected to constant flooding every time it rained!
