Think when you get an email scroll down at bottom should be unsubscribe button so youl get no more emails , l get none at all !
If there’s no unsubscribe button press the 3 dots ... on think top right corner of email And BLOCK other than that perhaps email or ring and cancel your card ? Personally l think it’s not a good club l bought so many things over the years no staff at Priceline knew anything about the club and l lost all my points as there’s an expiry ! Cheaper at chemist warehouse anyway , l think l may have blocked the emails just ridiculous system they have

I had 190 points accumulated on 12.02.01.i haven't received any vouchers thru the mail, nothing. I purchased merchandise today at Priceline and it says i only have 30 bonus points which i couldn't even recoupe because the card was 'frozen' unquote. Sales assistant said i can unfreeze by contacting Priceline rewards. Priceline always has some weak excuse for customers not being able to claim bonus points. It seems we are always paying out for a few measily points which half the time we are unable to claim. Would appreciate your response and no feeble excuses please. Sick of hearing them.

I signed up years ago and don't remember anyone telling me that at the time nor did i see any written material to that effect. Also i recently noticed on Priceline's site that they send out birthday vouchers etc. Haven't seen one in the whole time i have been a member
Also no mention of what i am to do to retrieve the points i have. Card did not credit me when i recently made a purchase. Sales assistant advised card was frozen as it happened to her. Sounds strange. What do i need to do to 'UNFREEZE' it.
Judy Lewis thanks for your response. Pity Priceline doesn't respond to our concerns. If i knew i only had a limited time in which to spend my points, it makes sense that i would have cashed in on my 190 points asap. Priceline has not been transparent at all!!
Also the rewards program is not worth the small reward you receive for the amount you spend. You are better off going to Chemist Warehouse as you end up saving more money overall.
Birthday vouchers ! Wow been in this club since it started , never had a birthday voucher and l too didn’t know points expire so l complained to rewards via email , l bought everything from there spent thousands ! Said they added a reward to my card so nxt time l was in Priceline l actually had to ask the cashier after she scanned my card oh you have $2 or may have been $5 at most credit ! Waste of time , ridiculous system shop at chemist warehouse now
my husband bought sustagen from there and was told there was $9.00 on my card was not told it was about to run out we thought it was on going. I went there last week bought sustagen perfume and a voucher spent $92.00 and told I did not have any money on my card. why? J Lewis Tomakin. I will not shop there if I cannot collect my rewards. If they were about to run out my husband should have been told.
why was my husband not told if he did not take the $9.00 of then we would lose them. That amount of money of a $32.00 tin of sustagen is a lot for us as pensioners and my husband needs this as he has lung cancer.

Waste of time ! The rewards are not good you have to spend a lot to get points and the whole system is ridiculous, not even Priceline staff can Tell you anything about the club ! Had one since they started when asked what’s my rewards after all these years was l don’t know ring Priceline regards , l emailed them and put in a complaint wow got $2 off my next purchase so points don’t rollover l go chemist warehouse now
