Ordered item, paid to return, that was two weeks ago, still sitting In their warehouse. Oh and if you buy on sale you won't get your money back, you get a credit note, so that you're forced to buy from.them . Will never shop with them again
Online ordering system is EXTREMELY slow and this company shouldn't be offering express mail as a delivery option when they certainly can't deliver items in a timely manner. I ordered and paid $18 for express mail and 4 days later there is still no tracking number or evidence of my items being in the mail and on their way. I'm expecting they will be offering me a refund of $18 at the least. I won't be ordering online from this place again!

01/36644). I requested a store credit on the return form I included in the parcel as per Princess Highway’s return policy which specifies items on sale are not eligible for a return. Now 21 days later I still have not received the credit (close to $100) owed to me by this company. Since the 24/11 I have checked now and then the progress of my return parcel via the tracking number provided by Australia post. It took an unusually long time for Australia Post to advise the parcel had been delivered, even though the parcel seems to have reached its destination in Abbotsford Victoria more than 10 days ago. I only got notification yesterday the parcel had reached 65 Victoria’s crescent in Abbotsford Victoria. I am not clear whether Princess Highway did not acknowledge my return when it arrived possibly because it is inundated by returns and orders at the moment or whether the parcel was stuck at an Australia Post sorting center in Abbotsford. What I do know is that 21 days is a fairly long time to receive an acknowledgment of return and issue a store credit, and I still have received neither. Today I decided to contact Princess Highway to find out when my credit will be issued. I then realised, to my dismay, that the company’s website does not feature any contact number or email address. The only recourse a customer has to contact Princess Highway is via the chat function which of course is not operated by a human and cannot address any issue slightly outside a standard query. The chat informed me that support would be provided in relation to not receiving the credit due to me and that someone would “reach out”. But I was not asked to provide any information about myself or details of my order and of course no one did contact me. Customers, be aware when you purchase an item from Princess Highway that you may be waiting a long, long, time to receive your store credit and, that if you do not , you will have no avenue to contact the company to sort out the issue.
Spent almost $400 on a full suit set up. Ordered it in my usual size but it was too small when trying it on. So I returned it for a refund. They refused the refund stating that I bought it on sale. couldn't refund. I asked them what sale and when it started. They couldn't confirm the date it started. Buyers beware, they put everything on sale by as little as $3 to hide behind their refund policy. Which is actually illegal based on the ACCC website. Very Very frustrating & a waste of money. Now they've just stopped responding as I made it clear the fault was the sizing. They used to be great, now it's just fast fashion garbage.

Ordered the olivia jacket. Love the material and the colour. Great quality. I ordered a 10 as I'm usually a 10, but in hindsight I should have ordered an 8 which is what the size guide recommended. It took 2 weeks for item to be dispatched but once it left the warehouse, it arrived 3 days later. Just gotta be patient.
While the clothes are pretty the customer support is non existent. 2 garments I recently purchased have fallen apart. ago that these garments are not available in store anymore. They’re only available online. Will not be buying from them again. Mass produced crap with no customer support behind their products.
I bought a shirt from Princess Highway and I couldn't be happier. The shirt is gorgeous and even nicer than I expected, very well made and good quality fabric. give you a voucher. So then when using the voucher I got charged another $15 postage. Yes that’s $45 on postage. I won’t be buying online from them again much as I love their designs.
I became a regular – I purchased a jumpsuit and a pair of shoes, and loved them. I ended up ordering shoes and clothing for my family for Xmas presents, all beautiful. Then I ordered a pair of boots and a vest. I found them to ship ultra fast, good price and quality.

Will not give refunds on returned discounted items! – Warning - this online shop will not refund any item which is on sale! So if the clothing doesn't fit you, you will not get your money back. Only a store refund! Right now they have a "Store-wide" sale so if you order anything and it is not suitable you will not get a refund. This is so wrong for an online clothing shop!
Poor quality – Bought two blouses and was looking forward to receiving them. However upon receipt the material of both was a lot thinner than they looked online. I emailed again, sent photos etc and received no reply, and no reply to the numerous follow up emails I have sent. I don't understand how their customer service can be so bad? waiting for customer service to apply on Australian time. So basically no good will for customers. I was excited to make a first order, but obviously not anymore.
Disappointing – Really disappointing customer service - I would even go as far as saying there is none. No response to emails for help. I am now out of pocket $160 and after six weeks, I still cannot contact anyone to process a full refund as originally requested when the item was shipped back. I received a bizarre email in response to my return, that it was rejected due to excess hair and they are sending them back. The fabric of the pants was the kind of fabric that collects dust and hair pretty easily and I can only assume they already had hair on them when they were sent to me or possibly got hair on them during the transit and return.
I am not someone who orders clothing, wears it, and returns it so I was insulted by the accusation. I don't even want the pants back as they just do not fit me. The email came from an unmonitored account so I couldn't respond directly and had to create a customer support ticket and, by that stage, I already received a notification from Australia Post that the pants were being shipped back to me. I have also not had a response to my support ticket 2 days after submitting it.
What a waste of time, money, and resources. I am a very unhappy customer and I will definitely not be shopping with Princess Highway any longer. I can only warn others that their returns process and customer support is very lacking so buyer beware.
Dangerfield shops – I have half a dozen dresses from Dangerfield all with the Princess highway label. They wash like ranks are comfortable and versatile. I love that I don’t look like everyone else. Show details

I'm in the minority but I had a good experience – I saw 3 cute smock dresses (Harvest Smock Dress, Enid Smock Mini Dress, Koala Smock Dress) on their website and was hesitant to order them based on the reviews here and Trust Pilot. Maybe it was because I paid for express shipping but they all shipped together quickly and arrived about 3 days after ordering. I will say that the fabric of the dresses feels thinner than the older smock dresses of theirs that I own. Show details

MANY cute animal or flower prints for girls and adults which are so so so adorable! Their housewares especially made me smile as they're perfect for decoration and function. Highly recommend as long as you find the right prices :)

time, I have sent two emails to follow up, and both times received automated generated responses. Was hoping to have the items for a special event, but they have not arrived.
This experience has been a stark contrast to the in store experience in QLD, where staff show kindness and care in their approach to customer service.
To be honest, I have found the online experience to be very disappointing, owing to poor communication (once the order has been placed) from ONLINE Princess Highway, (once the order has been placed).
