Print Online were completely dismissive, saying that it was Australia Post's responsibility, not theirs. Such disappointing service and complete abrogation of responsibility. I asked for a refund as I could not use the materials post the date they were printed for and they just ignored me. Appalling. I was trying to support a local small business and I guess that's what you get in return. Don't use them, they don't care about their consumer or accountability or have any interest in the waste they cause to consumers with small budgets.

Absolutely terrible service - I should have checked these reviews. Don't bother, false advertising - it's now been 7 business days (8 since I ordered) and still nothing delivered. Ended up having to go to office works, dont bother with this company.

Do NOT order from them. If I could give them a 0 rating - I would. I ordered 1,200 plus pages for them to be printed in A4 as I use cards to teach kids with a disability. They printed them in A4 paper but with every single image shrank! So non of them were fit for purpose and off to the BIN, along with hundreds of dollars. Extremely poor… Read more

customer service. Out of principle, I have gone to the extend of getting a lawyer involved to get a refund because they decided to ignore my emails to get a resolution. They do not care whether the product they print is fine or not.

Their T&Cs are so VAGUE - that even though they mention A4 printing has a border (which all industrial printing has), they do not mention that the content will be completely shrank. They will try to put it on you, and take 0 accountability.

I have spread the word of this poor customer experience to colleagues who uses them, and also to social media so others can find a better place.

Their cheap price, reflects their service! I prefer to pay more but at least office works will provide me the service I pay for, including respectful customer service.

WORST SERVICE EVER! They promise overnight delivery but instead took them 10 days to deliver my items! They don’t reply to emails, don’t do any refunds, and don’t take any ownership of their lack of clarity. I printed flyers for an event and they arrived 4 days AFTER the event finished. Completely waste of my time and money. I spent over a $100 with them, all for nothing. Extremely disappointed at their service. Couldn’t have been worse.

Quick turnaround but unfortunately the quality was very poor and print was dull.

Wow I utilized this company to print a very large Radio Control model plane plan the Plan PDF had to be split 8 ways to accommodate printing to 8 sheets of large A0 paper to complete the full size plan. process step by step and even recommending completely effective free on line splitter tools etc The cost per sheet was one Tenth of what local printers charge (who by the way wont split files etc) and delivery was incredibly fast. This company afforded by far the best purchase experience and quality product I have ever experienced in some many thousands of online and over counter transactions
