PosterFactory

Excellent service. Easy to use website and very prompt production and delivery. Communication was very good, updated regularly so I knew where the process was up to at all times. Drop ship so I didn’t see the actual print, but the client was happy.

Cannot contact them – I sent an email with an enquiry I never heard back. Called their phone number and got an automated message asking to send an email. Going around in circles it seems.

I ordered a framed print 600x900 at 9am Monday, it was delivered to my door by 10 am Tuesday. Remarkable! Print quality and framing both excellent. Good advice on site re: making your print ready to print. I lightened it up as advised and it printed excellently.

Every time I have ordered Art prints from Poster Factory I have received them in a short space of time, and have been so happy with the quality! Customer service is also outstanding, with a team member taking the initiative to clarify my needs if, first example, I have uploaded a file with the wrong aspect ratio.

Very pleased with the service provided by Poster Factory. Clear, vivid, high quality prints, 24hr turnaround, reasonable price. Took them to the framer after printing - even he admired the work and asked me where I had it done.

Incredibly helpful through the process, amazing quality pictures. I keep coming back for more :)

Best photo printing website I found. Could print photos to the frame size we already had and very clear information on photo resolution. Prints arrived quickly, safely wrapped and looked beautiful in the frame. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a poster from a photo from the UK for my grandson in Sydney. So easy to order and delivered so quickly. The quality is great and my grandson absolutely loves it. Thank you so much.

Poster Factory are fantastic, every single time. They print fast, deliver fast and most importantly print a fantastic job. Thanks again.

Perfect every time. Quick delivery, easy website, and beautiful product.

I have just received my posters - they are perfect. So efficient, so carefully wrapped. I will be ordering more!

I have used poster factory a few times for prints and just recently gift cards and I am always impressed by how prompt and beautiful the quality is. I will definitely keep using them.

Extremely professional from start to finish — from excellent communication to careful packaging and shipping of the order. The quality of the final product is fantastic! Also to note, Tessa was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. All in all, a top-notch place for printing. Highly recommended!

Very quick service and the product was exactly as described.

First time using Poster Factory. Very happy with the whole experience. Tessa was very helpful and quick to answer all my questions. It was a very quick turn around from uploading my design to receiving a email to say that my poster was printed and ready for posting. The poster arrived in perfect condition due to exceptional packaging. I don't often get things printed, but I will using Poster Factory from now on.
