First time purchaser and ordered an all-in-one laser colour printer online recently from Printer Supermarket. I was pleasantly surprised that it was delivered quickly by courier just a few days later. Competitive pricing too. Can recommend.

Very impressed with this company – Ordered an OKI laser/led printer from them and was very happy with the overall experience. In addition to having the best price, shipping was very fast and communication was exemplary. Highly recommended.

Poor advertising and hold on funds that was a huge issue – Unprofessional, did not notify item was out of stock, funds had to be refunded and there was a huge wait time for notification and refund. Please be weary of printerspuermarket.com.au Very disappointing and frustrating.

Excellent delivery time with a quality product – I researched a product and this company had the most competitive pricing. I was very pleasantly surprised by the faster than expected delivery. I ordered another scanner and it similarly arrived very promptly. A very positive interaction.

Order to delivery in 20 hours – I placed an on-line order for ink cartridges at 1:50 pm on Thursday, and they arrived at my door around 9:30 on Friday. Most other suppliers are struggling to make timely deliveries due to COVID-19, so it was a great surprise to have the cartridges arrive so quickly. Thank you!

Totally unreliable and disreputable – Bought a toner cartridge from their website and it is the wrong one and does not match the picture on their website. They are going to a different page on their website for the same product that looks different but are not interested in following the same path that I used to make the purchase. Since product is opened, not interested in a refund.

Crap return policy! – Purchased after a confusing web description after putting in my printer model number. Sent the unit which was incorrect, phoned up Echo-1, they said if it is un-opened they will accept it back. The model number on the package was suspicious as it appeared too small to fit. I sent it back in October the day i received it, and received an email today 14 December 2021 from the same person to whom the package was addresses to. I sent it to Melbourne via express post and requested a full refund only to be offered a 40% refund on re-purchase of another product. This is not good enough, it is not in accordance with the Consumer Code and these guys are Mongrels. I paid $158.00 for this item and they want to offer me $64.00 in return! They are required by law to refund me the full amount against my Credit card. So be wary of dealing with these people as they have no conscience what so ever. Never again! Off to the ombudsman!

Stay Away At All Costs – I had ordered the incorrect cartridge for my printer. I was told to pay for the postage to return it and they would hold it in credit (less 30%). to confirm that it was delivered and on what date. Then apparently, I had sent it to the wrong address which was the address on all of the correspondence from Printers Supermarket. I should have been able to get a refund for the incorrect product rather than it being placed into credit. The return address was very unclear. I should have been notified that the return was not received. I am now out of pocket about $70 and have nothing to show for this. The company definitely received the return but are now not replying to my emails. I would recommend purchasing from other reputable companies.

Totally dissatisfied – I bought a printer that was inoperable on delivery. It took 2 months, and many e-mails, to get a refund of 85% of what I paid them, and I had to return the faulty item at my own expense. I don't know whether the stonewalling was an attempt to defraud me or just general incompetence, but either way I'll never do business with them again.

Very disappointing Advice, service and support! – Recommendation on a buying a new Printer, explained quantity, volume and quality required. PSM -Recommended the Lexmark CX431. The printer is not useable. Very disappointing, Advice, service and Support from Printer Supermarket and Lexmark. I will now have to purchase a new printer that works, total waste of money and time.

I think its fraud or a scam – i made a order, got a email saying they need a credit check, called them emailed them no response but still managed to bill my card. called the credit card company, in there hands now.

Speedy Delivery! – Cost of scanner? Very competitive. Delivery cost? A little more expensive than standard post. Delivery time? 25 hrs from ordering to delivery (25 hours from VIC to ACT. WOW!) Am I impressed? You betcha! Even if the scanner is not as good as I hope, I CANNOT complain about the service. I will be using them again for future printer needs.

very fast response & Refund – Ordered Brother MFC-J6530DW A3 Colour Multifunction Inkjet, but was advised by Staff that it was not available. Received email within 12 hours, and refund processed within 24 hours via Paypal. Price was very competitive. Will shop again next time

Best online service – Ordered a printer on the afternoon of Monday holiday of the long weekend. Received it Wednesday morning in the Hunter Valley. Price was very competitive with 6 other companies compared online. Spoke with their Customer Service, was connected quickly and received the same excellent service as their delivery. Will buy from them again.

Great buying experience with prompt delivery to front door – Brought some Brother printer ink in the afternoon, and by the next morning, I had it delivered to my door. Exceptional turn around and great website to use. And best price on google I could find (including shipping)

SUPER SERVICE – 1 - HP CF400X Toner Cartridge, ordered 4.12 pm Friday 22 May, delivered Miranda NSW, 9.00 am Monday 25 May. And it was a good price for a genuine high capacity HP cartridge.

I did this and was advised that the printer would arrive at their warehouse on 8 May and then be delivered in the week commencing 11 May, and to contact them again on 11 May to be advised of the specific date and time for delivery in that week. Contacted them early on 11 May to be advised that the printer would not be arriving at their warehouse until 30 May with no explanation or apology as to why there was an approx. 3 week blow out to their previous ETA (I did ask for an explanation). Since then I have heard nothing from this company. I note that quite a number of other retailers (including Officeworks) now all have this printer in stock. I sent another email on 24 May to them asking to be advised of the exact time on 30 May (a Saturday) that the printer (& the toner I also ordered) will be delivered. Just before I got a response that the ETA was now 5 June 2020, so I sent the following email to them "The ETA keeps changing on me and no explanation is being provided as to why this is going on. I have previously asked for an explanation and not got a response back. I note that it is me who is constantly chasing your organisation, rather than your company getting on the front foot and keeping me advised on where my order is at. It is now a month after when I was assured that this MFD would be delivered. This has caused a lot of hassle for us and I'm really disappointed. I note that a number of other retailers have this MFD in stock at the moment. The change to the ETA is absolutely unacceptable".

The guy I spoke to was knowledgeable and suggested an Oki printer, which was a good price and also had a 3 year warranty vs the 1 year warranty on the HP printer I’d been looking at at Officeworks. What’s best is that the printer then turned up the day after I ordered it, which was an absolute godsend. In contrast, it’s taken another company ten days and counting to deliver something of much less value. So, full marks for customer service.

Very efficient and well priced – We were in a bit of a situation and called to see if I could get a ink cartridge as soon as possible, it arrived the next day. Very grateful for the efficiency and service thank you.

Fast. Good – Unbelievably quick turnaround. Ordered toners for my OKI in the morning, received just after lunch. Cheapest I could find too. 10 out of 10. Would definitely buy from them again. Also bought the actual printer from them, again best price I could find.

I'll be a repeat customer – Purchased an HP LaserJet Pro M477fdw. Great price. Was a small issue with not receiving shipping notification/tracking, however the printer did arrive in good time. Spoke with Pauline in the Printer Supermarket office and she tracked down the shipping details for me. Shipping cost me about $32 including insurance which was much cheaper than what other companies wanted to charge (>$80).

Great Service – The website was easy to navigate to select the correct laser printer for my use. After ordering I was emailed with a projected delivery date. The printer was delivered safely and quickly and works very well. Thank you.

So far so good. I refuse to buy ink jets after throwing three away and spending more time on cleaning than printing – As explained title, ink jets are not suited to occasional printing. Quality of photos is better than I expected as I print my own landscape photos as reference for painting. If the printer offered the poster feature for Mac it would be even better, but nonethelesss, so far a very good printer.

I had to take them to Fair Trading to get a refund after the item did not work – They sold a printer which never worked. It took multiple attempts to get it returned and then when I did that they refused to refund the item. 6 weeks and after contacting fair trading, they have no refunded it. However it took me several hours to achieve that and they should pay for my time to do that.
