Excellent delivery time with a quality product
I researched a product and this company had the most competitive pricing. I was very pleasantly surprised by the faster than expected delivery. I ordered another scanner and it similarly arrived very promptly. A very positive interaction.
I bought a printer that was inoperable on delivery. It took 2 months, and many e-mails, to get a refund of 85% of what I paid them, and I had to return the faulty item at my own expense. I don't know whether the stonewalling was an attempt to defraud me or just general incompetence, but either way I'll never do business with them again.
Very disappointing Advice, service and support!
Recommendation on a buying a new Printer, explained quantity, volume and quality required. PSM -Recommended the Lexmark CX431. This printer is sub-standard. Tried to return to PSM, talk to Lenmark. Lenmark said it was the Black ink, replaced black ink, print quality is so bad cannot use for client reports. Tried to get a refund from Lenmark no go. The printer is not useable. Very disappointing, Advice, service and Support from Printer Supermarket and Lexmark. I will now have to purchase a new printer that works, total waste of money and time.
I think its fraud or a scam
i made a order, got a email saying they need a credit check, called them emailed them no response but still managed to bill my card. called the credit card company, in there hands now.
Order to delivery in 20 hours
I placed an on-line order for ink cartridges at 1:50 pm on Thursday, and they arrived at my door around 9:30 on Friday. Most other suppliers are struggling to make timely deliveries due to COVID-19, so it was a great surprise to have the cartridges arrive so quickly. Thank you!
Cost of scanner? Very competitive. Delivery cost? A little more expensive than standard post. Delivery time? 25 hrs from ordering to delivery (25 hours from VIC to ACT. WOW!) Am I impressed? You betcha! Even if the scanner is not as good as I hope, I CANNOT complain about the service. I will be using them again for future printer needs.

Ordered Brother MFC-J6530DW A3 Colour Multifunction Inkjet, but was advised by Staff that it was not available. Received email within 12 hours, and refund processed within 24 hours via Paypal.
Price was very competitive.

A family member said his experience was amazing with printer supermarket. I then placed an order then received a call to confirm delivery instructions then literally 10 hours later the goods were delivered as instructed to a rural address with no issues. Guys i am impressed Wow!Excellent service ... I sent an email to confirm was it the goods delivered and the PS rep Ben replied in 3 minutes with the con note confirming delivery... You guys set the benchmark for the best online experience and yes its verified purchase. its the first time i have used this company and definitely not the last . Excellent work
Best online service
Ordered a printer on the afternoon of Monday holiday of the long weekend. Received it Wednesday morning in the Hunter Valley. Price was very competitive with 6 other companies compared online. Spoke with their Customer Service, was connected quickly and received the same excellent service as their delivery. Will buy from them again.
Great buying experience with prompt delivery to front door
Brought some Brother printer ink in the afternoon, and by the next morning, I had it delivered to my door.
Exceptional turn around and great website to use.

1 - HP CF400X Toner Cartridge, ordered 4.12 pm Friday 22 May, delivered Miranda NSW, 9.00 am Monday 25 May.
And it was a good price for a genuine high capacity HP cartridge.
Really Concerning and an Appalling Lack of Communication
I ordered from this organisation on 22 April, as the Brother printer I specifically wanted had sold out everywhere else. Printer Supermarket stated on their website that the printer would be available in early May. I got an email and a phone call straight afterwards acknowledging the purchase, and was advised to call them on 1 or 4 May to be advised of when they could deliver soon after. I did this and was advised that the printer would arrive at their warehouse on 8 May and then be delivered in the week commencing 11 May, and to contact them a...gain on 11 May to be advised of the specific date and time for delivery in that week. Contacted them early on 11 May to be advised that the printer would not be arriving at their warehouse until 30 May with no explanation or apology as to why there was an approx. 3 week blow out to their previous ETA (I did ask for an explanation). Since then I have heard nothing from this company. I note that quite a number of other retailers (including Officeworks) now all have this printer in stock. I sent another email on 24 May to them asking to be advised of the exact time on 30 May (a Saturday) that the printer (& the toner I also ordered) will be delivered. Just before I got a response that the ETA was now 5 June 2020, so I sent the following email to them "The ETA keeps changing on me and no explanation is being provided as to why this is going on. I have previously asked for an explanation and not got a response back. I note that it is me who is constantly chasing your organisation, rather than your company getting on the front foot and keeping me advised on where my order is at. It is now a month after when I was assured that this MFD would be delivered. This has caused a lot of hassle for us and I'm really disappointed. I note that a number of other retailers have this MFD in stock at the moment. The change to the ETA is absolutely unacceptable".

Next day delivery - really, really quick delivery
I needed a home printer because of coronavirus and it needed to be faster and better quality than our existing printer. I checked Officeworks online and in store re laser printers and they were both sold out and no staff had any particular expertise or could provide any real advice. I went online and found that Printer Supermarket had the same printers, so I rang them to discuss best options. The guy I spoke to was knowledgeable and suggested an Oki printer, which was a good price and also had a 3 year warranty vs the 1 year warranty on the ...HP printer I’d been looking at at Officeworks. What’s best is that the printer then turned up the day after I ordered it, which was an absolute godsend. In contrast, it’s taken another company ten days and counting to deliver something of much less value. So, full marks for customer service.
