The Prosolar Global team was great start to finish. Things got organised quite quickly, when there was a question of where the battery might be installed they had their installer come out an do a site assessment at no extra charge (and the installation team themselves were very professional and friendly) Spencer and Mathew were very helpful over the phone. Avoid this company based on my experience. Very poor and inconsistent communication throughout the process, with multiple staff members and changing contact details involved at different stages. A later proposed third-party installation arrangement was also withdrawn, and the contract was ultimately cancelled by the company. The entire process caused significant time waste, stress, and disruption.

Awful communication post sale. When trying to book our system install, they changed the date three times. Then on the install day they made changes to the layout without consulting us. signed a contract with pro-solar January, paid initial payment, got all govt rebate approval and all neccessary documents signed. No initiative to contact me on when they expect to complete the job, not until I started contacting them. instllation before the Solar Rebate approval expires which was May 22 and told me they will try to give my job priority. April 7 I recieved email not a courtesy call, and won't be able to fullfill their commitment. It has left me this late to seek another quote, which I would definitely won't be able to maximise battery rebate which will end of April. And if I'm lucky enough to secure another quote, I will definitely be back at the end if the queue. I have managed to secure a loan to pay for the project and now I'm facing another application for another loan. I could have given them zero star but at least they refunded my initial payment in full. I believe this is a case of over commitment and no forward project management. To consumers planning to signed a contract with them, get themto commit a completion date before closing a deal.

Sandy from Prosolar was very helpful. I managed to fasttack the quote and agreement before rebate conditions changed with the Prosolar team guiding me through each stage. The installation happened within a week, with only a few extra charges to remove a tree stump and fix some roof tiles.
