when I just did it 500 klms ago I will be taking my bike to Bike biz for future servicing . As I stated it’s my bike over 10 years old and wanted it reset so I know to bring it in for a service and nothing else I was happy to pay to have the light reset for my own reminder and stated to put it on the invoice no warranty or recall should something happen and they still refused An absolute typical dealer response Riding with several motorcycle groups I will not be recommending pro cycles in general

I purchased a brand new Motorcycle from a lying salesman (surprise, surprise) at ProCycles late last year. The reason I went there was that I saw one on line for a competitive price, upon speaking to the salesman, he informed me that the motorcycle just sold. He pointed to a new motorcycle and said that it was a 2025 model. I purchased the new… Read more
motorcycle and upon picking it up saw on the contract of sale that it was a 2024 model. When I confronted the salesman, he said, "well, it's basically a 2025 model.", despite the 2025 model recieving a significant upgrade to the display. A few months later the motorcycle wouldn't start. The motorcycle was always on a trickle charger. I called the service desk and spoke with man, who said, it's your battery, "just attached some leads to your car and jump start it" (really poor advice). He then told me that they could pick it up at a cost of $88 to me which they did four days later. Two days later, the same person called me and said, "it was your battery, there's obviously something wrong with your trickle charger. (I have several motorcycles and use the same trickle charger on each one with no issues.) Then, while I was talking to him, he rudely, interrupts me by saying, "listen, listen, listen." I was upset at him and said, "don't Fu......ing interrpt me, I'm the customer. He said, "We have a zero abusive tolerance policy" and hung up. What a coward. I picked up the bike the next day and was charged for the pick up and labour. This motorcycle was purchased six months ago brand new and only has 400kms on it. You have to wonder why KTM is offering over $10,000 off new motorcycles now.
Please don't purchase a new KTM from ProCycles who have had a bad reputation for many years, I believe that there is more than a battery issue and that KTM can't afford warranty claims.
Owner is rude, arrogant and abusive. Made threats he would sue us for $20k even though we're the victim! Had to take legal action (and won). But shouldn't have had to. Overcharged to fix the bike they damaged ! and would not accept fault even with photographic and video evidence. Show details

Blew up my motorcycle – Updated with 4 page checklist and invoice from their workshop. 1-Star Review for Procycles St Peters I’ve been a loyal customer of Procycles St Peters and have purchased a few bikes from them over the years. Recently, I took my 2022 KTM EXC 300 in for new tyres and requested a full service and check-up, as I needed the bike running at 100% for… Read more
a camping trip in the state forest. After receiving a 4-page list of items they claimed to have fixed and replaced, I paid the $1,600 bill without hesitation.
However, the problems started as soon as I arrived at my destination, two hours away. An hour into the ride, the bike shut off and wouldn’t start again. It turned out Procycles failed to fill the TPI oil reservoir.
When I returned the bike, the mechanic explained they don’t fill the oil because it’s “personal preference” on what type of oil customers want to use. This was never mentioned during the service. They didn’t ask what oil I use, yet had no problem checking other details like tyre PSI and brake pads. If they had told me it needed oil, I would have purchased it on the spot. Instead, I was left stranded and now have a blown top end.
Procycles management refuses to take responsibility, claiming I should have checked the oil myself. This is despite the fact that I trusted them to perform a comprehensive service, and they provided no warning about the oil level. The lack of communication, negligence, and refusal to stand behind their work is unacceptable.
As someone who has spent a significant amount of money with this business, I’m extremely disappointed. I now have to take my bike to a professional mechanic to fix the damage caused by their oversight. Do yourself a favor—take your motorcycle to someone who actually cares about their work and their customers. I wouldn’t trust Procycles with a bicycle, let alone a motorcycle.
Procycles delivers – Got a few thing looked at on my 2022 KLR650. They were thorough & not to hard on the pocket. I lost my only key, the same day ironically, they straight away ordered a blank key & less than 24hrs to be delivered. The staff were all friendly & polite.I'd highly recommend procycles. "Bloody good mob!" Thank you to all the team. Show details
Refuse Warranty claim as they don't want to deal with me – Purchased $1,650 BMW Jacket. Zip coming unstiched. Dealer Principal refuses to exchange or put in warranty claim from me as I previously complained to BMW about their behaviour when I bought a new bike from them (They lied and abused me. broke promises). Super service !! – Bought 3 bikes there and the service level is more then great. I guess they service thousands of bikes a year and I am sure sometimes things happen. But that is the time you realize what the real service level is because they will make it right for you. Had to deal with a insurance claim before and Damian and Scott took care of it all for me. I will definitely buy my next bike at Procycles again ! Thanks to the whole team ! Show details

restart for a second then stop. On this ride I managed to limp the bike to Pro cycles. While the bike had done very few Km’s it was due a twelve-month service so along with asking Pro Cycles to fix this problem, I had Pro cycles perform the service. When collecting the bike from the service centre. I was told that no problem could be identified and the bike was running well following the service. The bike literally broke down on the way home with the same problem. I then called Pro Cycles and explained the problem; arrangements were made to pick up the bike. After a few days I was told that the problem was due to the bash plate having taken a knock and a harness plug (CPU) had become dislodged, and this was the cause of the problem. The bike was returned to me (at my expense) , the cost of these repairs was $500 as well as me buying a new bash plate however I now wonder if this was really necessary. The next time I rode the bike it broke down again with the same issue. After calling Pro Cycles from the side of the road, they picked up the bike and took it back to their service centre. As I hadn’t heard anything from Pro Cycles for over a week, I called them, I was horrified to hear that they had done nothing with the bike, and they would not do any further work on it and to contact KTM. This really did take me back as this was the first I had heard of this, and they were the ones that picked the bike up and took it to their service centre. Once I collected myself, I then asked that they at least refund the $500 I had paid them to fix the problem as I feel they had not provided the service I paid for, they said no and to come and collect the bike as they would do nothing else. To add insult to injury they even demanded payment of the transportation fee to take the bike back to their service centre before they would release the bike. They then accused me of being disrespectful and abusive to their staff, nothing could be further from the truth. I did make contact with the dealer Principal regarding this however his care factor was zero. I cannot understand how companies like this continue to operate.
Follow-up · I would drive across the country to avoid Procycles. It was the worst customer experience I have ever had anywhere. Absolutely terrible, be warned.

This dealership blacklisted me after numerous different issues after I stood up to them and called them out on them.. had with them were warranty issues, other issues included a scratch to my bike's tank during servicing and also telling me things are in stock over the phone only to arrive there after a long ride to say oh... we meant in stock at our warehouse or other store at Hornsby. Procycles St Peters - STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I have purchased a used Suzuki GSXR750 bike from them. The bike is over priced for it's age and condition. delivery of the bike which I thought was very considerate of them at that time. He also double checked it with Finance Manager and she agreed for 3 months rego extension. I agreed with the deal so I have put a deposit. But when I received the papers I've asked why the extension is not noted in the invoice? Salesman told me they will only do it after the bike purchase, and to leave it to him assuring me that there is nothing to worry about as he already mentioned it to the Finance Manager, so I believed him.
On the day of pick up, it did not come with the previously agreed additional 3 months rego extension. When I asked the salesman, he just pointed me straight to the Finance Manager. I have asked nicely, why it did not come with what we have agreed which is an additional 3 month rego extension? She started to become rude to me saying nonsense things 'dealer is unable to extend the registration'. Clearly the one who processed it made a mistake or wasn't informed about the deal and they didn't want to fix it. This dealership has no word of honor. They let the customer suffer for their mistakes. I can't believe how these people are allowed to operate.

not working. The 3 hrs in that time is repair time. It has not worked at all. I spoke to the dealer principle at the time and he washed his hands of it stating that even KTM could not work it out but refused to reduce his bill and charged me all that money for no fix. To add insult to injury, I then find out 2 years later my name has a star next to it so I can't go to the Hornsby or St Peters store. Firstly Procycles have been the absolute worst to deal with as they didn't fix the problem and charged me all that money for the pleasure of it and then because I complained, they thought the appropriate action was to ban me. KTM have a part to play in this story as they too washed it seemed were not interested in a solution but we know where they are now. I strongly advise anyone interested in buying a bike to steer well clear of procycles. They get a negative review from me.

Avoid Procycles - Overcharging and unprofessional business – Went there this month for the second service. Consistent instances of overcharging and the inclusion of unnecessary services. Not contacted for clarification or approval before these services are added. BMW Motorrad provides clear guidelines on required maintenance on their website, based on the mileage. adjustment. Plus pointed out that there was a loose bold on the side stand extension and what did I want to do about it! Treated me like an idiot, I contacted my dealer at Worthingtons on the central coast and they confirmed they would have adjusted and lubed the chain and tightened a loose bolt as part of there servicing . I call back to procycles and asked to speak with the dealer manager. He was equally as disinterested and it seems the attitude is across the business. I called Motorad but await feedback to my complaint. The attitude is totally opposite to my experiencce with Worthington BMW on the central coast. I am distrustful that Procycles completed the items recorded on the job sheet; the mechanic said he changed oil and filter only. The job details claims change break fluid on the entire system at 6800 klm.....the mechanic did not say he had done that! The fact this bike has a service pack is probably an advantage to the dealer as they can charge to the max. I will definately not recomend to any rider Procycles . Unfortuately they do not seem to be keeping a standard as expected from Motorad.

which is what I asked for. Anthony without my permission racked up a bill of $2,600 on many faults he apparently found - leaking forks and cam cover - neither leaking when I dropped off the bike.
He said he cleaned out the tank and carbs, which I paid for, but three weeks and two rides later the bike wouldn’t start. I called Anthony - he sent someone straight awAy to collect the bike (of course) next day calls me to say 9 hours of work done - again without a diagnostic courtesy call/estimate. Charges 9 hours labour for cleaning two of four carbs - including 6 hours in sonic bath at $120/hour.
Had he actually cleaned the tank and carbs on the initial service like he charged me for the carbs would not have needed cleaning three weeks later. But he had no recollection of servicing the bike a few weeks before - even though it’s a distinctive vintage bike.
When I complained he refused to discount the bill at all (over $1,000) was very rude and taunted me with “you know your bike has a flat spot between 7,000 to 9,000 revs”. So he thrashed my 31 year old bike without my permission.
He then had his sales manager Matthew Palmer call me, pretend to be the owner of the business and said the head technician test rides all bikes but sometimes Anthony does as well. So I asked why don’t you trust your head technician? Matthew had no coherent response.
Matthew does not understand motorcycle mechanics and was unable to explain why I was charged 6 hours labour to clean two carbs, although steadfastly refused to discount the bill.
They refused to return my bike unless I paid the ridiculously over inflated bill, which in the end I had to to get my bike back. Total shysters. Avoid them like the plague!!

Procycles to collect my bike, however was informed that there was an issue with a technician that went home sick, so the bikes service was incomplete and to call back after lunch the next day (might I mention that my bike was still in the exact same spot that I parked it that morning). No phone call or text was provided, which I explained was frustrating as I travelled all the way in from Belrose with my wife to be dropped off. It was then that I was told by (you know his name) I had no idea what was involved in the service, nobody appreciates the work I do, how little money he was making from the service and how many bills and overheads were involved with running a motorcycle service centre. The next day at 2pm, I called Procycles to see if my bike was ready for collection as I did not want a repeat from the previous day. I was told that it would be ready by close of business. At 5pm, I again arrived at Procycles only to be greeted by a man (you know his name) whom was extremely agitated and deep in debate, arguing with another customer that was disputing an invoice on the service of his KTM. This went on for a while until the man was ejected from the premises, was haggled and made fun of, called every name under the sun (including a nazi). Then told if he wanted his bike back he must pay his bill in full. I do not know the specifics, but assume it must have been excessive. From there, he stormed straight past me not making any eye contact went back to the workshop where he was throwing tools around and yelling at some very nervous looking staff within his workshop. When he finally came back to the service desk, he sat down and ignored me, at this time I felt quite nervous and threatened. After a few moments, he stood up, walked over to me and slammed down 6 sheets of A4 paper which was the itemised invoice. I felt sick in the stomach. The bill came in at $3500, I was got smacked This is where things got ugly, no hello how are you, just started going through the invoice page by page, which included new tires, brake pads, rotors etc, which I never authorised. When I tried to challenge the situation, he threatened to take my bike as security till I paid. I paid the invoice in the end and took my bike home, only to discover a number of issues. The bike ran rough, brakes were soft and the front wheel was out of alignment. I ended up getting another mechanic to correct the issues whom identified that Procycles used the incorrect engine oil as well. Later after speaking with a number of people from the NSW BMW touring club, I found out that Procycles Hornsby was to be avoided at all costs as they do not have licensed mechanics in the workshop, only “technicians”.
I do not usually go on like this, but must warn others against this workshop as I cannot believe they are still in business.
