Happy customer – Medik8 products at good prices and fast delivery. Very happy.

Waiting for a month for an “in stock” product that never came – “In stock” products aren’t in stock and may never come. Perhaps an(poor) attempt at drop shipping…

Waited a month for product, never arrived – Waited a month for the product, contacted them (no reply), log in to emails after 6 weeks and entire orders been cancelled. Sooooo slow – Products tend to be discounted for more than other retailers but you'll pay for the time it takes to ship. Constantly late and delayed.

Terrible service – Can't get through on phones. Have to deal with them on email only which is annoying. They overpromise and under-deliver on delivery timeframes. And if you're really lucky like me, you'll find that you are missing items in your order even after waiting longer than expected for it to arrive. Cannot and will not recommend this company. Love this retailer so much – Customer service is really prompt and helpful, the website regularly has great sales that are very competitive, and you always get more than you pay for because of their freebies. It’s the only place I buy skincare now! Never had a bad experience.

an email requesting an update. I received a response back with no explanation as to the delay and a refund. I went back on to the website and the product is still listed as available but $10 dearer. I can only infer from this outcome that the store was no longer willing to honour their original price and therefore refunded me the money. I feel this is extremely dishonest and my estimation of this as an ethical business is very low. It's also an extremely poor customer experience having held my funds for a month without communication and product.

Happy to report that I've since purchased the collagen product I was after from another business for the price that this business originally listed and had a much better customer experience.

Avoiding this business in future.

Essential oils, 360oil diffuser – Great company to purchase from. Had a faulty diffuser, contacted them sent a replacement out within a few weeks. Also bought my favourite essentials oils half price received quite fast. Will be ordering again and love the little samples they put in. Show details

Live chat was useless, no one actually responds to you. No email follow ups and the only time I got a response was when I commented on a post on IG that I had sent them a DM. All I got was a generic answer which you can tell they didn't bother to look into my order.

Maybe if they spent less time on socials posting stories and reels where they’re pretending to pack orders and actually pack customer’s orders and provide some level of customer service, things might actually get done over there.

Their prices may seem great, but spend the extra and shop elsewhere.

Can't unsubscribe – Purchased a product from this company and now receiving regular unwanted spam emails from them, with no working UN-SUBSCRIBE function to get them to stop. Forwarding every email from Prodermal to "SPAM Reports" but they still persist. Filling up my junk folder - any way to get them blocked? Show details

Very Poor Customer Service – 2 weeks on and order still isn’t shipped. No communication as to why order isn’t shipped. When you advertise as ship same day. Appalling customer service – Placed an order with them as they claimed they ship items the same day. Nearly 2 weeks and just get an email with no explanation other than a refund of my purchase. Don't ship your items until you follow up with them – I have ordered twice from them in the last 3 months both times I have had to contact them to get my item shipped - even though I paid for express postage. No email or call to explain and apologise....... buying elsewhere now.

before it was released, and Prodermal sent it to me as promised on the release date. You can also request a particular sample of something else to try it you want to just put it in the comments and they send it to you. Prompt, Efficient and Fresh Products I couldn't ask for better.

Fast and Efficient – I shopped with Prodermal online for the first time this week and live in a rural area. My order arrived within the week, very impressed. The process of payment was easy, They also included samples for me which were relevant to my skin type. Will definitely purchase from the company again.

on already reduced prices was just fantastic. The only downside was the payment. A lot of other cosmetic websites offer AfterPay or something similar which means I don't have to pay all at once. Super useful when you're spending over $300 sometimes. But that's really a luxury. Overall I'm incredibly happy I stumbled upon them!
