fail in simply supplying a dwelling. They are so freak'in lazy that they take the word of the worst Property manager (SF) who fabricates issues to claim bond money. These issues existed before we moved in and the recalcitrant and selfish goes along with it because they have no respect to their tenants. Of the 3 years we tenanted the house I had to push and pull to get them to fix seriously dangerous situations. They ended our lease due to sour grapes for being made to comply with the law. The place was a run-down dump that we moved into and the owner was required to fix the collapsing, rotten shelves. But that is as far as the lazy morons would go until I took action. The property manager stone-walled me at every turn to follow the miserable owners evasion behaviour. They still hadn't fixed the broken vanity. They allowed me to seal the gaps around the doors to keep out ants, roaches and crickets but not a single word of appreciation. Just a threat that if it wasn't of high standard then i would be required to pay for damage. That is when I knew we had a special type of C%&T on our hands. Professionals Cannington have had the Senior Property Manager's behaviour bought to their attention many times and continue to employ this psychopathic bully with a serious personality problem. We all know that the entire property management industry attracts people of this nature but The Unprofessionals Cannington persist with this toxic influence on tenants. Clearly they have no respect for tenants also. I accidently left an expensive belt and pair of trousers on a hook but she dumped then in the recycle bin and it was scavenged by the next day. No respect for personal property. I also got a threat from the property manager via text for me to comply with allowing tradies in while we were packing to leave. She said she would damage my record for applications to rent. The tenants in the front house complained to me about the unreasonable and bullying coming from the property manager. She would try to make the women be at the property during inspections. She would say nasty things which made our women feel insecure and of low value. To try to get anything done by email was a nightmare. She would respond in two word replies and would be online like this at 10pm. For me, that time was to get problems solved before bed to be read the next day. This moron would lie awake at night trying to counter her responsibility. Sure, it is noble of Unprofessionals to supply a job to a mentally ill woman but do they really need to make this woman a "Senior" in her title? Should she be given so much power over tenants? Shame on you Backhouse. Your license should be revoked. There is a ton of other things to mention but I'm gone and better for it.

hadn't gotten in contact with them regarding various issues. Some of these issues were potentially dangerous, yet were left unattended. However they would fib about having gotten in touch with them when in fact they hadn't, as if they couldn't be bothered. They also no longer had sent back inspection reports to renters, as if, again, they couldn't be bothered. They would show up in very casual black T-shirts and black jeans as if it were some signature uniform, calling themselves "Professionals"; I think not. They would do a 5-minute sweep and then leave, ripping off the landlord for the lousy service they would charge them an arm and a leg for. Service contractors would show up, do their assessments and advise us of any repairs or replacements that needed to be done, yet the reps insisted that they had been told otherwise; obviously it was simpler and easier to do nothing and lie about it. And this information came from an insider. Absolutely rubbish and despicable. Rents skyrocket yet very little maintenance had gotten done. And we were not alone with our critique, apparently. We are glad to be out of their hands and are now into the care and integrity of responsible leasing agents. It is advisable to avoid this agency at all costs.

Appraisal by Khush – Kush was rude. Putting my husband down to me. Saying that my husband was very negative and she couldn't speak to him. She said our house would sell at about $470.000 when 2 other agents had rated mid $500.000's it sold for $563.000 so if we had gone with the professionals we would have missed out on $93.000

Thief – Took deposit in a offer we made.. Than showed our offer to other parties ... While we were reviewing the contract(we even didn't took 1 day) they given another contract to another party who offered 200 more on buying a unit. They sold to them without letting us know .... Unethical foolishness – Disgustingly unethical. They send brochures in the mail gloating over their contribution to the national housing crisis. "The good news is... Highly unprofessional service – Takes weeks/months to process repair and maintenance requests. Even for the basic necessities, we need to wait for months to get them fixed. They will always have some or other reason to delay the fix. Very poor condition unit. Every 5 months or so one or the other thing breaks and they again take months to fix the same.

much difficulty. That's where it stopped. Come the 2nd year of the lease that's when the house decided that a number of things would go wrong. I.e taps leaking and flooding the kitchen, door handles breaking and trapping us in the room, 3/6 security shutters not working either being stuck open or closed. Not saying this is the real estates fault, but after sending several emails and trying to contact them to no avail, it fell on us to fix these issues (bar the security shutters). We would get no notice of when maintenance would be carried out i.e smoke alarms and gutters. Just a call from the service saying that they are coming that day. Even remote house inspections became difficult for them where we were due say March for one, sent through all the photos even had a reply from the property manager. Yet 4 months later we were accused of not doing it and that we're overdue 4 months? Tenant transfers were made difficult also, no communication saying that it was received. Obviously never processed as the little communication we had with them was still going to the previous tenant. Unbeknownst to us turns out we'd had 4 different property managers across the year? The end of lease was probably the worst experience out of them all. Absolutely no communication, advised the property manager we were moving out the 14th of the next month (28 days notice) didn't get a reply until 2 weeks later addressing another email but not addressing the notice to vacate?? Had to follow up again, was then told we didn't give enough notice since we had said we were not renewing the lease as opposed to saying we're vacating the premises they would take the notice to vacate 2 weeks after we had originally emailed them? We then called to discuss it where it instantly turned heated as the property manager just flat out refused to negotiate, asked if there was someone higher up we could talk to which she replied "no there's no one else you can speak to, take it to VCAT they won't do anything!" Surely enough when we returned the keys we were told that there were infact two directors we could talk to. Contacted the property manager multiple times to tell her that the end of lease clean was done and asked if she could do it within a few days as that was the guarantee the cleaners had. No reply. Told her several times that we were going to be interstate, no reply. The only communication we had that we were getting our bond back was from the RTBA. That was about the only positive things from the whole experience. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN

dealing with, Mr Simon Backhouse, was actually the Seller’s agent as we were the buyers, however, he gave us the same Silver Service that he would have given the Seller’s. He was very professional and upfront at the negotiating stage, didn’t play any sales games with us, liaised with multiple trade services when we were at the renovation stage, was in constant communication at the settlement stage and even gave us flowers, wine and chocolates as a thank you at the ‘Handing over the keys’ stage. Great to deal with from start to finish. Would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to purchase/sell in the Canning Shire and surrounding suburbs. I can see why the Professionals have won the ‘Property Now’ award for the last 3 years consecutively. 'the agency could not get access' and that was why they had to cancel. When I said the house looked in poor condition and would anything be done to improve it I was told 'well if you don't like go somewhere else.' Each time reception or agent I was shut down and treated like a second class person because I want to rent. I actually own 2 of my own houses that rent for much more than this. I want to buy another but like to rent in the area first to get a feel. I will not be using these agents. Call them the Un-Professionals.

Unprofessional – The agents gave us a hard time. Our first agent gave us wrong information thru email. And the second was very greedy to bond to the point that she gave untrue reviews that is based on the inspection when we move just for the sake of the bond. Honestly, we don’t if she hate us personally. Very unprofessional agents.

Terrible – They have fake ads on realestate and domain. When I called them they just say those properties are not available or have been rented. I still see those properties advertised on the websites. Other thing is within themselves they don't know which agent is dealing in which property. Highly unprofessional, big risk if you have rented with them.
