Best value for money on the market – We started with one unit, to try out. Quick supply, excellent after sales support. After that we ordered another 2, same thing, quick supply and very good support when i asked a question. In January we are going to order 2 more, until all the existing old aircons have been replaced with these fantastic PROMA products. Fantastic Deal, Great installation team, Support close by – We just had 2 Units 3.7Kw Heat 3.5Kw cooling installed. They only use about 840 Watts when cooling or heating, so good value for money to run them. The cooling is great. The units use Toshiba compressors, so expect long life. The installers from Micron are the best, very professional and efficient in their work. If it isn't installed by the professionals then say good bye to quality and efficiency. These guys are installing small and large systems around Australia, and have been for around 10 years. I understand that they are installing a really big system for Planet Shakers in Melbourne. PROMA split system for summer or winter, cheaper to run than your so called efficient gas heater. Good deal great investment, yes I am very happy with my PROMA Aircons.

Excellent Value for money - cannot fault it – We bought this from their Sydney store about a year ago and we cannot fault this item. Have been using it non-stop throughout summer and winter (as my wife likes it cold in summer or boilng in the winter) and has worked well with no problems so far. The good thing about them is that they tell you what the compressor is (they use Toshiba compressors) which a lot of companies do not state. I have been told that the compressor is the heart of the air conditioner.

Extremely good value for money in comparison to other brands. We had this system fully installed by one of their contractors for the same money it would have cost us to just buy a "brand name" system and then pay extra for an installer to install it.

Would definitely buy another one for my bedroom this summer! Value for money; reliable; cools and heats really well The internal head is big but I think they all are for that size of air conditioner (7kw)
