only supplied not fitted, tray sides were second hand and from a different model tray and had been poorly jerry rigged to the vehicle with visible damage and holes. Finally the ladder rack was a second hand bent mangled mess that could only be described as scrap metal. I raised my concerns when picking up the car and the seller agreed to mend it in the following weeks. He lied and took payment with no intention of keeping his word. I had to purchase my own ladder rack and tray sides and fit them myself. I might also add the seller became extremely aggressive and rude when I asked him to start the transfer of owner ship with VICROADS like he said he would do. When I asked him what can be done about the ladder rack, steering wheel and tray sides his response was "That's your problem not mine"
Terrible customer service and zero respect

to last a hell of a lot longer than 2 years under the Consumer Guarantees. PS4x4 did not accept any responsibility at all and argued with us about how the damage occurred. Our local mechanic advised that the quality of the steel is inferior hence why it fell off the ute. Don't bother wasting your time dealing with this company. They are selling cheap rubbish and aren't willing to accept any liability at all.

install them as apparently it’s a 2 piece kit and for some reason they need more money which is nonsense. I booked in a day to get them done and and still had to wait 3 hours just for them to start on my car which was a joke in itself , they got half way through installing and then told me that they won’t look perfect and will have big gaps between the flares and the bumper due to them being a “clearance “ item. So they sold me a faulty product and claimed I should have known because it was a clearance item. I proceeded to tell them to take them off and refund me everything which they did. I then get home and find they have slipped while screwing the flares in and left a gauge in my panel which is extremely obvious and will need to be fixed. They won’t reply to my email about rectifying it which is very poor from them. say they were good for replying but they are telling me to remove this support bar as you don’t need it. I explained to them how it holds the grill in place etc but was told just zip tie if it worries you as that’s all we would do and we fit 3-4 bars a day for the last 5 years. I tried to explain there must be a design fault as if I space the winch/bar cradle out from the chassis 5mm it would clear it but even then not sure if the winch would fit with it in anyway. I suggest you look better than I did but I also expected a bit better quality. Not happy.
Very happy with roof rack for Jeep Wrangler – Purchased a roof rack, that requires no drilling or cutting to fit. Decided to fit it myself and took all parts home, upon arriving home the kit was missing some clamps, I called Taz who said come down anytime and he will sort it out, which he did. Rattling tail light replaced – Since I wrote a review on a damaged tail light I can now say it has been resolved. After my review I was contacted & was told my replies from them weren’t that great. I returned the light with instructions thinking it would take ages. Today a fully functioning light turned up. I was pretty happy with all the help offered & Omar’s emails today. Changed my opinion completely on the company. The lights look great as well. Thanks very much.
received my bullbar order from ps4x4 on Friday was packed well and secured to a pallet – i did most of what I was looking for over the phone,the website is easy to navigate,staff were friendly and polite haven't been able to fit yet due to very inclement weather. ordered bullbar on ebay and paid freight through ps4x4 found the staff very helpful and courteous will recommend to anyone wanting quality 4x4 products

missing the plate for safety chains. They have ignored all messages, I tried calling via phone and got an extremely rude male on the phone. Stating he has no idea what I’m talking about nor do the installers. If I want to tow a trailer to attach my safety chains to a recovery point under the vehicle. The rear bar needed a few modifications to make it ok. It’s not that bad of a bar, if this company spend that little bit longer on their bars and paid attention to detail this product would be decent. It’s a real shame they flog things off half finished.
Bullbar,steps and brush rails – I bought a bullbar,sidesteps and brush rails through Ps4x4,once attempting to install the gear found that it did not fit my landcruiser. Spoke to guys on the phone and was told it should fit. Ask for the items to be returned and refund like their website states that if unhappy or wrong it can be returned,still waiting. Each time I call the guys up there always another excuse or they will get back to me but don’t.

When in fact I am a single parent of 3 children struggling to make ends meet. This person I spoke to is just a foul mouth who does not have a care in the world regarding customer service and I would strongly recommend to buy somewhere else as customer service is so important for many reasons. Never would I recommend or use this company again for these reasons.
False Advertising – Ordered a Nudge Bar Advertised Free Parcel Post within Australia Delivery ,after placing order they asked for $75 delivery after contacting them by Email they responded by saying it was some remote areas were charged postage. We do not live in a remote area furthermore they refunded our money without any compromise for their false advertising. I would be wary about purchasing from this company.
78 Series flares for troopie – Worst product ever bought. Poor quality material (split when trying to install. didn't fit snugly onto body of vehicle and no anchor points to secure product. Tried for more than 2 hours with expert assistance and gave up. Binned the product and wasted $390. My advice - DON'T buy this product.
