It's appalling that such high prices are charged for these uniforms, which are likely made in Chinese sweatshops, possibly even by prison labor. The dresses can only be altered by shortening them, which is difficult due to the box pleats. Since no other manufacturer supplies uniforms to most Catholic schools in the state, and the material isn't available for purchase, it feels like a complete racket.

Poor service at Glen Waverley store – Glen Waverley PSW customer service is very poor. I only wanted to buy a pair of socks and was told to stand behind someone else in queue who was waiting to buy something from behind counter as well. After she was served I had to wait about 10mins to be served while there were about 3 out of 5 people behind the counter not doing anything. I had to… Read more

go up to them and ask. glen Waverley store purchasing process is terrible and does not work. They really need to sort it out. It was much better before they moved to this location from Mt Waverley.

Extremely poor customer experience – PSW changed the Polo shirts at our child's school from embossed logos to embroidered, not sure why they had to change the logo as they were perfect with the embossed logos. Due to the need to go to a larger size we ordered 8 new polos. When we received them, we noticed that the embordered logos did not have a backing on the polos. Our child wore… Read more

one to school and complained when they got home that it was scratching and did not want to wear them. We contacted PSW and were advised to put backings on the shirts ourselves which we declined, and we informed the school of the defective items. Once the school got involved, PSW asked us to send the items back and they would fix the issue, which they did (Tick). Unfortunately, that was not the end of the story and would have resolved the matter and we would have walked away satisfied...... PSW contacted us and advised that we could pick the polo's up from the store we purchased them from, when we went in to pick them up, the store manager was very quick to tell us that we had ripped the backing off all 8 shirts.... well, I was shocked to say the least. They had rectified the situation which head office advised was an issue on their side and instead of walking away satisfied I landed up getting told we damaged all 8 items that we had in our possession for 3 days? Something that would have given PSW a positive rating completely turned into a negative one. What a disgrace and what a shame. When I contacted head office customer service to advise them of what had occurred, I was asked to send an email which I have decided to not do as the phone call should have been sufficient to rectify the issue. (Minus Stars).

Don't deal with them – The supplier's website www.psw.com.au is very bad and does not accept completing the purchase process when using the the online voucher code for School uniform. They have no solutions and there are no solutions from Department of Education, SCHOOL SAVING BONUS.

Excellent customer service! – We went into PSW yesterday and got served by a very helpful person named Vera. We received excellent service, Vera is incredibly knowledgeable and was extremely helpful with sizing and showing us everything that we needed to buy for our sons first year in high school. Thank you Vera, you were amazing!

If I could rate zero stars I would - terrible quality – We have had to endure this company for many many years with 3 of my children at a primary school using their uniforms. Normally children aren't too bothered by clothing however when you hear them saying "I feel like I am wearing a plastic bag" year in year out it starts to bother you. Unfortunately our school mandates that we use this company. … Read more

They deliver the worst quality uniforms I have ever seen. Everything is polyester and costs A LOT. I cannot even begin to imagine how much profit they make from the imported garbage they sell. Furthermore every single parent complains that their plastic print comes off after a few washes. One parent I spoke to said they complained to the company and they just bush them off. I feel so sorry for all the children having to wear their bad quality and horrendous clothing for their entire primary school years.

Horrendous customer service – Extremely arrogant and rude customer service(Glen Waverley branch). If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The first time I came to purchase my child’s uniforms, the lady at the payment counter was extremely rude. It was a busy time, but you do not need to show that you hate your job. I don’t know what is wrong with this place. the only… Read more

people that are professional and show good customer service are those that aren’t at the front counters and are helping you pick the uniforms.

To the management: PLEASE, If your staff cannot handle stress or do not have a kind or calm nature, and if they don’t like to deal with customers or people in general. please do not put them as your frontliners! Today’s experience was at the front counter with uniform coordinator-K*****h.Google reviews reveal that this name has been mentioned twice now for rudeness. I came in to return some uniforms and instead of looking through all the uniforms, K* chose to only look at the one that was on the top of my pile and rudely said “tags been removed!” and proceeded to shove the rest of the pile towards me. So I said the tag is there but only the plastic ring for it is not attached. So i said ok, that is fine. I was going to ask what the process for returns were and if the rest of the uniforms with tags could be returned. instead of explaining it to me nicely, she said in a very exasperated and annoyed tone “the tags been removed!” and proceeded to lift the tag to my face like I was an imbecile. I said to her the rest of the uniforms still have their tags on (which she did not bother to check) and I had to unravel the uniforms to show her. She rudely and with much displeasure grabbed these back from me. It was at this point that I told her that she was being very rude. She said that she wasn’t being rude and proceeded to tell me to calm down. please note, the whole entire time she was the one talking down at me, talking over me and waving the tag to my face. So, I told her that she was the one who needed to calm down because she was the one who was being extremely rude in the first place when she could have explained things nicely. My advice to you lady, is to find another job. You clearly hate your job and hate people. Treat people with respect and please go back to school and learn some manners.

Extortion prices for crap quality – The fact that we are forced to buy school uniforms off these conartists is astounding. Their prices are flat out extortion, $40-$60 for a damn T-Shirt which are cheaply made material and thinner then cheap stuff sold at Kmart. But because we are forced to buy off these horrible stains on humanity because this is the only place you can buy the… Read more

Flat out SCUM and the staff in store are always horrible rude monsters to deal with.

Not be able to contact to know where is my click and collect order – Click and collect order is a joke, pay an order online and expected to hear back soon. Nothing for a week, try to email few times and call the numbers in the email and website, no one pick the phone. What a joke! So maybe I have to go to the shop then. Why schools go to them for their uniforms?

Bad service all round because they can get away with it – They can’t get in what they have displayed on website. Stock unavailable.Waited longer than there standard timeframe of 6 to 8 weeks to get item still not arrived. Winter item to now arrive by summer. Total wait time 5 months? Good luck to me if it comes at all? Is China running this company? PSW service was always bad now worse. Zero Stars if I could.

Worst quality ever! – Purchased PSW polos. My daughter wore two polos for 5 weeks that were rotated between unbaged polos from Target and worn a total of 10 times each. The polos purchased from PSW now have pilling, threads coming loose and dark patches which can not be removed in the wash despite following all wash instructions. They are absolutely rubbish quality!!!… Read more

I do not have this problem with the $6 polos purchased from Target that hold up better.

Contacted the store who said there is nothing they can do. Contacted home office who kept saying because they are worn and outside the 30 days time period nothing can be done.

Of course they are bloody worn! The time period however I believe is within a reasonable time frame according to ACCC, given they have only been worn 10 times!

PdW are refusing a replacement.... despite there actually being a serious quality issue!

Rubish, rubish, rubish quality and terrible customer service!

Would never purchase from there again!

At these extortionist prices I expect made in Australia not china – $54 for a basic low quality fleece jumper, for public school child, you are making it unattainable for families to dress their children. How can you sell an item of clothing that we know cost 50 cents to manufacture in China for $54 the fabric becomes dry and scratchy and the logo washes off. $54 is a made in Australia price not cheap made in China. IT SHOULDN'T BE A LUXURY TO DRESS KIDS IN SCHOOL UNIFORM.

Update your website! – You should inform your customers by updating your website that bookings are essential and in-store shopping is still not available at your store in Cheltenham. OMG horrible customer service! – Called them to enquire about the difference between the stock shown in the website and the one I received as it was different, you cannot believe how rude the staff could be. Looks like there has been no improvement despite the multiple poor feedback here.

RUDE because they can – When you are the only place that uniforms can be purchased from apparently that means you can be ridiculously rude, speak over customers and yell on the phone. And this is both the head office and two stores. INSANE, none of these staff would be employed elsewhere. Not even the basics of human interaction seemed to be understood by staff. I am blown away by it all. zero stars if I could

Double knee track pants – I purchased 2 double knee tracksuit pants from PSW carrum downs and within a month 1of the track pants have hole and the other one is starting to get a hole in the knees. I have 3 other pairs from target that have no holes. Psw pants are triple the price and yet they do not last. Their quality is not up to the standard that they say.

Horrible customer service – What horrible customer service! Their staff do not show courtesy to customers. Very unfriendly. I agree with the reviews here, PSW is a monopolist company and so they think they can treat people like rubbish. And they get away with their super high prices.

Terrible customer service and scandalous prices – PSW has a captive market selling school uniforms. Their prices are ridiculous and they show they don’t care about service. In general their staff don’t show minimum courtesy when dealing customers. In June 2020 they restricted the access to the store not allowing people to enter the aisles of the store; causing unnecessary queues of hours.

Monopolist chooses prices that will maximise profits – $60 for a secondary college sport polo top is Disgraceful. That is factual and objective as a consumer of 30 years , price gouging on families who have no choice and for no justifying reason can be layed on this other than it’s produced in Australia for higher costs yet I could have these produced at any manufacturer for a 1/4 of the price .

Rude customer service and bad attitude – I think this is what happens in a monopoly... Customer service is a thing of the past and clearly not as priority... Upon entering, the only staff member was doing stocktake which was fine if they gave us any acknowledgement. The sizes we wanted weren't in floor nor was some things priced.. Every question was a challenge and the passive aggressive… Read more

nature did nothing other than inflame. Rude rude rude... Just because we HAVE TO buy our children's uniforms from you (and by the way, we have five children), doesnt mean you get the right to treat us like rubbish...

Very unhappy..

We run a retail store and if this was way our staff treated the ONLY customer, I would be disgusted and they would be fired..

Good range of Options, Good Quality and Amazing Service ! – I purchased a pair of school shorts for my son online. I was very happy with the advice I received when I had to phone for advice about the size. It is so pleasing to see there are some businesses who still answer the phone ! When the shorts arrived in the post I was also very happy with the quality. Good Product, good price and good service. I recommend PSW.

Trash quality – Every item of uniform I have bought has ripped. The jacket ripped on the first day of wearing it. For a uniform company, the quality is no where near up to scratch.

Excellent service – Though the place was brimming with people the staff were kind and helpful and did not cave under pressure. I would definitely go back there.
