SCAMMERS – I ordered 6 replacements filters and never received them. Sent plenty of emails. Today after I reported them as a fraud and disputed the charges did I receive an email that they are out of business and cannot return any money. No product to be found – Asked for a refund after almost 3 weeks of nothing and they claimed high volume. I said I just want my money back and they claimed to have issued a refund. No they did not. I decided to refute with my c.c. company and going to take it wherever I can. Wish I would've looked it up prior.

dying inside and we have the absolute worst replacement/return policy and nonsense customer service reps that don't actually want to help you because deep down they know their product sucks." I've never had a company not even attempt to replace a broken unit when it's so far from what it's supposed to be. When contacted, they never did anything to address my actual questions or concerns, only repeated the same nonsense line in a different way with each response. Also, the time it took to actually receive the product from the date of purchase was ridiculous as well.

Beyond horrible – Biggest scam...phone number is Oklahoma but order says from out of the united states...you email or call they do not respond back at all..you get an automated message saying they will respond in 48 hours and it's been 2 weeks now and nothing. email to watch a video & id get an authorization. Watched the video, filled out the request & hit send. Instead of an authorization I received an email saying they’d let me know. Less than 24 hours later I received a “we can’t approve your request” with no reason why. They send a link to leave a review, but when I click on it it says page not found and there’s nowhere to leave a review on the website. I’ve sent another email telling them I want to know why. If I’m able to update this review I will after I hear back from them.
