Can I give ZERO stars? The bouncing pig zipper broke off within minutes of play and it does not stay charged. Also ordered the pull toy that charges and moves and it works for maybe 10 minutes then dies. Terrible items, quality is so poor it would never stand up to an animal. DO NOT BUY!!

I bought 2 of these and the zipper broke on both after 5 minutes. This company should be put out of business. I sent them an email immediately after the first one broke and they refuse to stand behind their product. Do not buy anything from them. Expensive garbage.

Fabric was ripped by dog in less than 2 minutes. The mechanic ball stop working one day after first use. When contacted customer service they said they weren't responsible for dog damage. Very bad product.

Don't do it – Would give zero stars if I could. Took over a month for my order of the bouncing pig and walking crab to arrive. My 12 lb dog broke the pig in 5 minutes and the walking crab does not walk well at all. Not too mention it is pretty creepy. I emailed Puptex and was told as long as the item arrived undamaged I was not going to receive a refund or replacement. For the price of these toys I would expect better quality.

Don’t do it – Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered product months ago and still yet to receive it. Starting to think it’s not coming. Wish I would have read the reviews first. So disappointing.

Breathing otter toy was defective and not the model I ordered. Five emails and 1 month later, I have no response – Defective toy, not what I ordered, no customer response. Useless Toy and little customer support – Breathing Otter anxiety dog toy ok for strong chewers! ordered on 20th Nov and had still not arrived by 4th Dec it took weeks to arrive and I had ordered a bundle of products! I contacted customer support who responded with if the toy is damaged the toy is out of warranty? Dogs chew and the toy is not durable material as advertised, also the review page only shows reviews with 5 stars! Don’t buy this product it’s a waste of money!

a fake. On-forwarded ETSY emails showing confirmations of purchase and despatch. They then advised that it was an ETSY problem! They have since cut communication with me although I have continually sent emails requesting refund or goods to be delivered but nothing has eventuated. Total SHAM and total SCAM!! Take people's hard earnt money and provide no items. Never again and I am advising friends and others to stay away from this site! I don't believe that they ever were going to send the goods. If I was able to give them a zero review I would have.

Never again – Complete scammers! Paid $77 for a product which was never delivered. They sent me a fake tracking number and tracking info. Should be an option for zero stars.

Very poor and I am nearly $60 out of pocket - Definitely not delivered – The tracking from Aramex says the package has been delivered and despite trying to contact Aramex they will not answer. I went on Puptex website and you cannot contact them either using their Customer Services option. It does not exist. So waste of my money please do not waste yours.

Scam! Scam! Scam!! – Scam!!! Do not fall for this!! I ordered two toys they still haven’t been delivered to Australia but show delivery in Germany. I have emailed and there is radio silence! Do not throw your money away this is not a legit business!

Great interactive dog toys! – Our dog toys arrived fairly quickly (5 business days) and have lasted quite a while so far - I'd certainly recommend them if you're looking for interactive dog toys.

A SCAM, they will never send your goods! – Ordered goods at the beginning of February, sent an email on the 3rd of March seeking an ETA. They responded the next day saying they were checking with a logistics company for an update. After this they went completely silent and did not respond to any email (I have sent 3 further emails requesting a refund). There is no phone number and no ABN to report these people. They are a scam and should be shut down.

Do not buy from Puptex – I would give zero stars if I could. Item not received within 2 months, asked for a refund, they told me I have to chase the courier company myself. Item is showing its in America and I live in Australia. I paid $30 for the delivery alone, and Puptexshop is not willing to assist. Will not recommend to buy from here. Customer service is poor.

Unsafe for dogs – Ordered the Puptex crab and within 5 minutes my small to medium size dog chewed through the plastic. This dog toy is very unsafe for dogs. Asked to return it, with explanation, and they refused. Don’t waste your money on a 5 minute, unsafe dog toy.

Selling Kids Toys as Dog Toys – I purchased a toy on Puptex that I saw on social media. I was very excited to give it to my dog however when it was arrived, it was clearly marked as a children's toy not a dog toy. opening the toy and seeing it was not in fact a dog toy, and they responded within 24 hours letting me know I could exchange the toy for any other toy on their site.

I informed them of why I would like a refund and not an exchange, highlighting all of the pieces of the toy that clearly indicated I was misold. It's been 4 days since that email, I've followed up twice, and they have yet to respond.

I recommend you avoid this company at all costs.

Poor Product and Customer Service – I purchased one of these pools and in was delivered in a unrelated address in another state after having to investigate this issue myself. After numerous non answered emails/ calls and going to Consumer Affairs did i get my pool but almost 10 days (no apology) after it was supposed to be delivered. The pool itself is poor quality and over priced ($94) only lasted just over 30 days.
