the product (which for me I didn't need, but would be great for those unfamiliar with the Sanden) before and after I accepted the quote. On the day, the plumber was spot on time, polite, neat and did a very good job with good attention to detail, which is vital for a high precision system like Sanden. There was one extra on top of the original quoted price, but this was a necessary extra electical circuit that needed to be run and this was also flagged as a possible extra cost in the original quote. The plumber checked with me and got my go ahead before doing this small bit of necessary extra work. Very very happy and highly recommend this company!!

an electricity bill, and when I do its usually for strategic reasons (ie discounts.) I ordered the largest Sanden hot water unit, and I have never run out of hot water. The insulation on the unit means that I don't need to continually reheat the water during the day, so it saves on electricity costs. The Daikin split systems are 7 star energy efficient, so are very cheap to run, and they also include a humidifier, which is important to me in keeping my skin hydrated. And my previous shower head was billowing out the water, so changing it over to the 4.5 litre/minute Methven has seen a significant drop in water consumption at my place. Pure Electric are absolute experts at reviewing a house for energy efficiency improvements. I am about to move house, and I will definitely be hiring them again to upgrade the facilities in my new residence.

Had a Sanden heat pump hot water system installed years ago by Pure Electric, recently started giving us cold water so I contacted Matthew and he walked me through resetting the system as a power spike (we're rural, this is common) must have confused the thing. Hot water again now, thanks Matt you're the best!

Assistance – I had a problem with the clock settings on my Sanden Heat pump. I called Pure Electric to get a serviceman to visit me. I spoke with Paul Szuster who said he could help me do it myself. Sanden Eco Heat Pump helps us get off gas – Bought Sanden Eco Heat Heat Hot Water heater in December 2021. Six months of use mostly on solar, only 400kWh increase in imports.
