stay away from there false advertising of quality homes – were do i start with this company tell you its a fixed price and contract in 48 hours , was a little longer which was ok, from the start after signing the extras start with every stage, stages were left unfinished and demanding payment, quality of work is absolutely disgraceful, frames were not installed properly with broken chipped wood, plastering has already started to crack & sealer, painting looks like it was done with watered down cheap paint, cracking and house is only lived in for 5 months , electrical issues power points fitted upside down and shorting out , fans don't work and make noises, air conditioning isn't working properly, flooding issues with tanks, dug and placed in a hole damaged tanks and not no warrenty , water plant not working as the power points were shorting out, no functioning water to the properly, got the house signed off with electrical and plumbing issues, tilers put concrete down the drains, and they got blocked DUE TO NO WATER TO THE PROPERTY, meter box damaged by trades as they would crack it as they had no water or power to do their jobs, site managers aggressive and abusive saying we don't own our house and have no rights to it but spend 2 days cutting up poles to keep us out instead of addressing defective work , didn't give us a final walk thus, now dealing with court for our rights for a house that is one of the worse houses i have ever seen ..... dreams defiantly didn't come true with apparently Queensland most trusted builder, at hand over asked for an extra 14 k for frames WAS MEANT TO BE AN EXCITING TIME ..RUN WHILE YOU CAN, the most stressful experience we have ever had, now left with a house not even 6 months old and the house had to be painted all again and fix all the defective poor-quality work.

We terminated the contract this house is full of cracks flooding around the tanks breeeding ground for insects , I have all text messages photos emails of all these issues before we moved in , your site mangers verbal & physical assaulted the owner of the house and had disclosed his shoulder and bruises as the site manger rammed him in his own door saying that he did not own his own house he pays a mortgage for spent the day cutting up poles to close windows & doors then drilled holes in the door handles so we couldn’t ever open the doors you sent us a invoice for extra 14,000 that we did not agree too do I need to put more photos

Joelene, the first part of this review is “where do I start”. You can start by telling the truth. These are the facts • You have not paid your final invoice of $61,825.00 which is over 12 months ago. • You broke into the home and took occupancy illegally. • You have tried every avenue to avoid paying the final account. • You lodged two complaints with the QBCC and on both occasions Q Coast Homes were not given any directions to rectify any item. • Q Coast Homes took you to QCAT to recover the amount owed to us. You did not take us to QCAT. The recover of the $61,825.00 debt is currently in front of the courts. • On 26 April 2023, we had all our trades on site so we could go through the home and inspect each alleged defect and attend to it immediately if necessary. • Your response to this was that when we arrived, you decided to leave the house and went and hid in the shed. • The first thing we noticed was that the home was not in the same pristine state that we last left it when you broke in. We would never leave a house in this condition. • QBCC had two inspectors on site on 1 August 2023 to go through your alleged defects and spent over 3 hours going over every item you listed. • None of the items shown in the photos you have attached were present at the time of the inspection. • We had noted a significant crack in the ceiling and cornice outside of the Master Bedroom door which was obviously done by the installation of the satellite dish on the roof. • The other items in the photos are damages caused by you.
