Service exactly how it should be – After attempting (unsuccessfully believe it or not) to just get quotes from three popular blinds suppliers who advertise a lot on TV, we finally found QB&A. No problems getting a measure and quote with very helpful advice. It took about 6 weeks for our order to arrive (10 roller blinds and one big panel blind). blind being supplied from the manufacturer too short. This was rectified, but due to Covid-related shortages, it took a while, but we were kept very well informed. There were a couple of very minor hiccups with the roller blinds. These were fixed quickly and without fuss. Great service. Good price. Good follow-up. Good product quality. Can't ask for more. We're very happy customers.
ProwlerProof Sliding screen doors – After a disastrous attempt by a CrimSafe supplier to make and fit our security sliding doors we contacted Queensland Blinds and Awnings for a ProwlerProof quote. professionally. We were able to have the doors keyed alike, our door handles all line up and everything looks as good as it should. Paul and his team of installers couldn't be faulted and are an absolute asset to the company. The ProwlerProof product is very well made, looks great and has a 10 year, no fuss warranty which is much better than the previous brand we used on other doors. My only regret is that we didn't use ProwlerProof and Queensland Blinds and Awnings the first time around; it would have saved a lot of stress and heartbreak with the competitors product.

Great Product - prompt service -Highly recommended – Had the team out to install four roller security/storm shutters. They attend a couple of weeks ago for quote, turned up on time. price has always been better than comparable other companies. In the past a couple of minor issues came up and they quickly attended to resolve the issue and at no cost. Love these guys!!!
