We recently moved interstate. Melinda was friendly and very helpful over the phone in the beginning of the process with any questions we had. The removal duo Roni & Fadi were fantastic. Packed a full 65m3 truck in great time and with care. Also took care when manoeuvring items out/into house. Fair pricing in relation to other quotes.
I have never been so relaxed on move day! We moved from the Blue Mountains to Taree, we had alot of items to move including some heavy machinery, which took 2 x 45 SQM trucks. damaged, and delivered the next day. Again they unloaded the trucks and placed everything in the correct space, and were always checking in with us and asking questions about placement of items. They also then went and picked up another large item for us which required some creative thinking to move! All in all, a great service for a very reasonable price, their quote was almost 50% less than some others we got quotes from (saying that the other quotes were just astronomical and were ripping us off), their quote was reasonable and was a fair price for the service they provided. I would not hesitate using them again, should the need arise, but will definitely be recommending them to friends etc.

Quick and Easy; the best of the best. I’ve never moved before let alone interstate but made the process extremely easy between Melbourne to Sydney. Fantastic and extremely competitive pricing. booking, I obtained four quotes to compare options and found your pricing to be very reasonable for the size of the load. More importantly, the communication throughout the process was excellent. Both Jo and Fay were incredibly responsive and explained everything clearly, so I always understood the plan and timing from start to finish.
I requested a 7:00am start on a Saturday morning and, true to your word, the team called 30 minutes before arrival and pulled up exactly on time. Vahid and Sebastian immediately took control of the move and worked efficiently and professionally while still making sure I felt relaxed and confident that everything was being handled properly. They listened to my concerns and adapted appropriately. At the other end, the team again called ahead about 40 minutes before arrival. Everything had been packed and organised thoughtfully, which made unloading into the apartment smooth and stress-free. The whole process was handled with a great balance of efficiency and care.
Overall, your team made what could have been a very stressful interstate move feel organised, professional and easy. I truly appreciated the clear communication, punctuality and the attitude of the moving crew throughout the entire process.

We felt incredibly comfortable and safe with these experts! They knew exactly what they were doing (they seemed like veterans in removals) and they loved doing their job.. and the added bonus is that they were incredibly kind and courteous people! Quick and Easy removals ruined my TV and refused responsibility – **Avoid Quick and Easy Removal – Extremely Unprofessional and Careless** We hired Quick and Easy Removals for our move from Melbourne to Sydney, and the experience was deeply disappointing. needed to check the condition of our TV before packing it. The company’s executive assured me that it wasn’t necessary and told us to have it packed and ready. Since it was a brand-new TV, we packed it very carefully in its original packaging. When the movers arrived, I asked them again if they wanted to inspect the TV before loading it. They brushed off my concern, insisting that it wasn’t necessary and that they knew what they were doing and have been doing it for a very long time. Two days later, after receiving our belongings in Sydney, we set up the TV, only to find that it wouldn’t turn on, showing nothing but a red power light. Closer inspection revealed cracks on the bottom corners of the screen. We immediately filed a complaint with Quick and Easy Removals, but the response from [Name Removed], who handled our case, was shockingly rude. He accused us of trying to [Content Removed] the company and outright refused to take responsibility. Despite multiple opportunities to ensure the safe transport of our TV, the company failed at every turn. The TV was not even wrapped or secured properly in their container, despite our suggestions. When unloading, one of their workers mishandled the TV by lifting the 65-inch screen single-handedly. Now, the company's MD is refusing to help, claiming that because the packaging box isn’t "externally damaged", the insurance won’t cover it. We even made him aware of the TV not bein secured as needed on the container with proof and did explain to him that the packaging box is of a sturdy material that the TV. But they only seem to care about whether the box is externally damaged or not. This logic is ridiculous, as the damage to the TV is clearly due to mishandling which can also be seen around the bottom corners of the box. But they only seem to care whether the box is visibly damaged, which is a ridiculous standard given the evident mishandling that caused damage to the TV.
We paid nearly 6,000 AUD for this TV, and now it’s ruined because of their negligence. The company has been unhelpful, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. If you care about your belongings and don’t want to deal with a company that refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes, do not hire Quick and Easy Removal. They will guide you into doing things their way, only to abandon you when things go wrong. This company is a [Content Removed] – stay away.

I dealt with Ayman over the phone and organised removal for the following week in Collaroy for a 2 bed unit. Two removalists, John and Joe turned up on time, and packed our stuff caredully and in and organised way. They are now storing it for 2 months and then delivering it to Ballina. Excellent job all round.
Movers did a fabulous job, hired 4.5T truck for our warehouse move. The 2 movers were professional, arrived in allocated time and finished on time. We luckily got in a last minute on Friday, thanks to the booking staff and highly recommended
Under-quoted by $16,000 and arrived with one small truck despite clear information and photographs re: size of load. Promised to move 5 bedroom home and business office interstate in two days and took a week until the last load arrived having been unpacked and reloaded due to availability of trucks. I recently moved the house by quick and easy, they are very fast and easy. Prices are not cheap but they are taking care of your gome stuff and worth it, very happy with three man in my home and handle my project, they are real mover company and know the things,i highly recommended them.
Twice use the services and both 100 percent satisfied. The staff are so professional And friendly especially Melinda who is an asset and a gem . The drivers who make sure the boxes are in safe state before they leave . Thanks a lot Show reply

like removing screws. The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is that at times, the pace of moving items to the truck felt a little slow. However, the overall service was excellent, and I am thoroughly satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

I moved a two bedroom townhouse in Blacktown to storage in West Gosford. Mo and Sam arrived promptly on time. Very efficient workers. My friend that met them at West Gosford couldn’t stay until they had finished packing so they took a photo of the unit packed and then locked. I would recommend this company to anybody who is considering moving.
