be careful with our belongings? Will they take longer than quoted, blowing out the cost? Will they show up??? All our fears were allayed when we received a call within the specified time, alerting us to their pending arrival - great! Then these two machines went to work. Their efficiency and speed was daunting, all the while being polite, courteous and friendly - brilliant! You can really tell a solid team when they speak highly of management. I have used Quick Pick 3/4 times now and service is always amazing – Amazing experience as always!!! great experience. The boys came on time and moved things effortlessly and as per usual, the way they handle everything helps alleviate that heightened level of stress we all face when moving. Nothing seems at all difficult for them, they simply chuckle when I have my worried face on and get the job done swiftly while adding good conversation that brings about laughter. The men that handled my move were: Aaron & Hasan (well done boys and thank you for the comedic relief from both of you during what is always a stressful time)

They even managed to move my large fridge over the balcony rather than carting it down the stairs and keep in mind, I am on the 2nd floor!

Adam (manager/owner, I believe) is an absolute pleasure to deal with and has always gone beyond the call of duty in every move I have undertaken. He and the team consistently take charge of the move while ensuring to keep my stress levels at bay. After years of dealing with the team I have 100% trust in the work they do.

In a previous review I mentioned I had been burnt terribly by a terrible company that over-promised and under-delivered. You can rest assured this will never occur with Quick Pick. There is no crap, they are realistic, fair and happy to go that extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly.

As mentioned previously, I will never use a different moving company now, they have my loyalty and I hope I can help others to avoid using dodgy companies that promise the world but leave you in tears. The Quick Pick team take their jobs seriously and are clearly looked after by their employer (I always see output as a reflection of how staff are treated).

Terrible! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! – Horrific. We called them as they stated they were pool table specialists, they suggested to combine our furniture & pool table in one truck & that it would need to be a bigger truck to move all of it so the price would be $448 for the first two hours & $32 every 15 minutes after. trip so it should work out ok money wise & I had confidence they would know what they are doing. We sent photos of the pool table to make sure they knew how it was all going to work. On arrival they dismantled our pool table only to tell us that they can’t move that pool table at all because it’s “modern.”so asked if we still want to go ahead with them. ( being one week from Christmas it was to late to organise another company & we needed to move that Day!)

They only gave us $140 off the price despite the fact it costs $340 minimum through them & anyone else to move a pool table.

So we now have to find another way to get it there. The movers weren’t aware there was two stops for the furniture which again is just bad customer service and shows the boss hadn’t even listened to our first conversation & overall we are just so dissapointed that we paid for a bigger truck & much more expensive company for nothing.

The movers did a good job but I would never use the company again for lack of communication and organisation.

Absolutely wonderful – Everything from start to finish was perfect. Booking was easy. Communication prompt and professional from both admin to movers. As good as it gets to move house! – Moving home can be really stressful. This was my third move in 5 years. Great communication skills and some laughs along the way made for a great moving day experience. I can highly recommend them!

Moving house done well – Moving contents of 2 bedroom unit, plus a garage full of 'stuff' around 20kms. Guys arrived right on time, knew their stuff, and wasted no time. They worked well together, and took great care of my belongings, as well as not damaging any areas of the units I was moving from and into. They belong in the wild west – A pack of cowboys.1/12 hours late turning up for a move from Bendigo to Melbourne. Goods had to go in storage and when we got them there was quite a lot of damage. Scratched surfaces and breakages. A thoroughly unprofessional mob!

Poor communication and very late delivery – I purchased a couch off eBay and used quick pick movers to pick up and deliver it from one side of the city to the other. The actual removalist when they finally did arrive were however very pleasant and professional.

Not as good as the reviews suggests – I had a relatively small move (from a small unit with 2 bedrooms to a slightly bigger house a few streets away, both of single level). it up against a roof beam and dented it. Even though I agree the bookcase is heavy for two guys, it's a fact they were not careful enough and had damaged the furniture, but offered no apology. In the end, I still paid them with cash to full amount but was told they didn't carry any coins so couldn't give me any changes back. Overall, I don't think it's the best service you can get.

THE BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE!!!! – I purchased a billiard table and dining table on gumtree and got Quick Pick Movers to pick up and deliver to me. Their quote was the best of 3 obtained. Great experience all round – Set up and comms was easy. The guys on the day were friendly, got stuck in, worked quickly, and were really helpful on the delivery side; asking where I wanted things, pushing appliances into place, giving recommendations on how to install stuff. Outstanding Service – Arrived on time and they didn't muck around. They were respectful of our belongings and completed the job quickly. The boys did such an excellent job of assessing the load, and carefully packing everything into the container in a very organized and careful manner. Not to mention the job was completed fast without breaks in between. Would highly recommend QPM for your move! Keep up the good work guys!

The best move I have ever had!!! – Hasan and Charbel are the best guys to move your house! From the beginning they introduced themselves and proceeded to get to work, they joked around during the time but had a focus on getting the job done! Great hassle free move – The guys were great. Super efficient, punctual, careful, quick and very friendly. Nothing was broken. The office staff were very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend them and would happily use them again if I have to move.
