that needs moving to give you an accurate quote. The removalists will look after your possessions and wrap them up in blankets as not to cause damage to them or any property. I highly recommend Nuss Removals and will only use them from now on.

Devastated after non arrival – We haven’t been given an answer about the non arrival of an inherited mid-century sideboard that was supposed to be transported from Sydney to Brisbane. It’s been many weeks now, and it seems we may never see it again.

Excellent communication and care – Bureaucracy was easy and a quote provided. I also needed 5 day storage between relocation, from Balgowlah to Sydney CBD. Very good communication throughout and care to detail and items. Prompt and punctual. A shuttle was required to reach truck on upper carpark level making for a long day. Perhaps more training for a heavy fireproof safe, but experienced Andrew came to the rescue. (safe been moved OK at least 7 times in prior house moves).

Excellent service – Excellent service from all points of view. A move from 2 bedroom apartment into storage seamlessly carried out in good time with paperwork all in order and on time pick up. Efficient and polite, very helpful crew.

Moving – From an apartment in Sydney to a house in the Hunter. The move was completed in the day. Both the sales and actual moving process was very well handled. Happy to recommend them on my experience.

Best Removalists – Moved from Blue Mountains to Gosford. Extremely pleasant and helpful Company to deal with from first phone call to unloaded truck at the end. Only gave them 5 stars because that was the upper limit. Took care of our things like they owned them themselves. Not one breakage including glass chimneys on old oil lamps. Amazing. Excellent door to door service – 2 bed relocation from Australia to Dublin. Excellent door to door service. Arrived on time and safely. No damages. Excellent customer service in Australia and on arrival in Dublin. Would highly recommend.

Great service, all good – RJ Nuss coordinated the inbound leg of our relocation from Hanoi to Melbourne. Everything worked, they were very communicative and helpful. We would recommend them and use them again.

exceptionally professional, efficient and took great care in the packing of our household goods. Although English wasn't their native language, they understood our concerns and requests perfectly and complied very well and with a very good attitude. My wife inadvertently left her jewelry unsecured in a case in the 2nd bedroom where one of them worked all day; and to her relief, it was not disturbed with nothing missing, a real testimony to their honestly. Upon receipt of our household goods in the Philippines, not one item was missing or broken, to include delicate crystal and wine glasses. On the receiving end, I was VERY IMPRESSED as to how well each item was wrapped/packed. Excellent packing on their part !!

young men who performed the uplift - not only were they efficient and courteous on the day of uplift, but their care and expertise in packing the container paid off with not one breakage or damage to be seen during unloading (as well as household furniture, this also included two motorbikes and some reasonably heavy workshop equipment).

I would happily recommend Nuss to friends, family and associates should the opportunity ever present itself.

Very Satisfied Customer – Extremely satisfied with this company. Admin team was more than helpful with quotes and advice on packing. Received confirmation about the move prior day. Team arrived as stipulated on the morning and the whole move was completed after midday although we had planned for an entire day. No damage to furniture and the team did a great job. Well done [names removed] from NUSS – Couldn't have asked for more helpful guys to help us move our Mums furniture. Only a short distance but all our goods were treated with respect and all arrived safely and were moved into the Unit for us with a minimum of fuss. The process was handled efficiently from the office staff to the helpful removalist guys on the day all in a timely manner from start to finish.

when packing certain items. My brand new TV was packed on its side at the bottom of a huge box!! Surprisingly, it didn't get damaged....the rest of the process went without a hiccup and i would probably use Nuss again.

Discusting followup on stolen items – We too have had a nightmare with this company. Very nice to your face, but complain about missing items and see their true colours. We were moved by them last year, when we complained about valuable trinkets missing they said call the police and hung up, but that was a dead end with no witnesses and evidence, and this company knows it, Keep clear

Missing items – Staff seemed very plesant, BUT on checking contents noticed crystal ware and an assortment of small valuable items missing. Do Not get these guys to pack your box's. Obvious thief in the company

Not cheap, but worth every cent – I must say I am very happy with Nuss service and would use them again if needed. The movers were great, very efficient and very polite. They took extra care in protecting my furniture and they were well equipped and prepared. Nuss was recommended to me by a friend who used them recently for his move. Not cheap, but as the saying goes - you always get what you've paid for.

Valuables stolen – First appeared very sincere in their motives On the day of packing us up they were all smoking, the leading hand did nothing but walk around to and from his ute. Once our move was finnished we noticed items missing. All our irreplacable small cyristal ware was gone, along with grand fathers war medals. No prize guessing who it was. Keep well clear of this thieving bunch

Bad Exerience – Our initial consultation was professional & efficient, thought we have chosen well! Not so! the crew that removed & packed our furniure was a great disappointment , no care, some items not wrapped, basically just thrown into container, consequently have damaged items, could not recommend, office staff were polite, but really were not interested after the event!

Avoid and save yourself the headache – Please avoid this company if you value your property. While the management and admin staff are pleasant enough, their crew have little regard for your home. Furthermore, their interstate partner who unloaded our furniture at our new home made an unsolicited comment that two major pieces of furniture incl our dining table were not packed appropriately. Their interstate partner is independent from us and supposedly a company that Nuss trusts, so their comment is quite alarming. The result is we have to get our dining table repaired and it will cost $000s.

One crew member also started to light up a cigarette and only stopped when he saw that I was around. He wasn't on a break, he was waiting for another crew member. Totally inappropriate. I also saw them dragging expensive chairs from one side of the container to the other, rather than lifting them. I noticed both incidents by chance, as I was busy doing other things on the day.

Find another company who is truly interested in family moving families and save yourself the headache.

Broken Goods – They promised the world but smashed valuable china and broke furniture as well stole a box with expensive items in it. Never use them!!! A lady called [Personal Name Removed] came to my home to quote and told me they only use family packers and movers. That was a complete lie. Same thing happened to my daughter!!

arranged, we had clear communication from them and the boys on the day, Craig and Josh, were fantastic as was Chanelle in the office.

Our belongings were in very safe hands and we felt very confident about the whole process throughout. Even though we decided to add a king size bed at the last minute,they came up with an easy and elegant solution and did not charge us any extra. Nuss is an excellent company! – It is the best company. We had to move to USA from Australia, and on 05.04.2012 in Waverton two very good gays from this company (NUSS) did very good work for us. stored our goods for few days due to settlement issue and everything arrived at scheduled time without any damages or loss. Their administrative procedures are also excellent which help me not to worry too much or keep calling them about what’s next. Worth every cent! I would never think moving could be this simple.
