I made a claim on 4th of april, called several times in the last two weeks and was told it would take 10 business days to conclude as its complicated. On the first call i was asked for the details of where about of the car so that they can organise assessment. After 10 working days i was told this was complicated and they would orgnanise an assessment of the car. I dont know what my rights are and am stuck in Sydney longer than i am suppose to. What....

Not with it – The RAA will rip you off I had a lot of problem with the them I got a new bank account and when I updated my card details they did take the money because they didn't change it and I had to go into RAA Elizabeth and do it in person they still didn't take the money instead they lied about trying to take the money saying I had insufficient funds I checked for the last 3 months at my bank they told me they never try to take any money the RAA told me my bank was lying yet they took two payments out the same bank account that they was telling me that they couldn't take money out of and this was only after I asked to cancel my policy which they told me I was not allowed to until I made payments the problem is after 3 months of no payment there is no policy then they told me I couldn't have my money back because in their policy it's written they can only extender for two weeks after non-payment

Rude customer service, Website & the App doesn't show renewal period – This is so weird. If you log-in to RAA website and download App, it does not show any information on the insurance period. As a customer of an insurance company, this is what I want to know. This app and Customer AC gives all stupid info (e.g. discount) except this key info. When you pay to renew insurance, they don't send any confirmation email. You pay and you do receive a confirmation email, isn't it a standard practice?

You need to call them to request a confirmation email,,,so weird!!!

Today I call their customer service to check if there is any way I can see my insurance renewal period and payment confirmation in RAA App or Customer Log-in page, they reply I need to call and make a request for this. I ask the customer service guy why it is so difficult to show this info in App or website? He suddenly feels offended and become rude.

No doubt RAA failed to prove a simple standard customer service.
