Spoke on the phone to consultant, and after 30 minutes would not approve travel insurance --flight from adelaide to goldcoast without medical certificates. Absolute rubbish after giving all relevant information over phone. Would not give me approx price. Not good customer service Show details

the Insurance Ombudsman if they do not accept the claim. Never forget your rights to this independent review of the validity of your claim, as I have helped patients use it to achieve payment from other less reputable insurers.

Take Advantage of the Elderly – My mother 76. She booked a flight from Adelaide to Brisbane and insurance with RAA. wasn’t given any service just spoke down to. And i rang and they did exactly the same thing to me. I would book any travel with these people go to a place gives you time and listens.

Expensive – Very inflated costs, website breaks when trying to do anything. Then takes so long on phone. Not good value and recommend to jump ship, much better products out there. Last annual report they reported almost $10 million loss. Can’t just rely on the “RAA” brand, definitely going downhill. Shameful. Show details
