sacked, the whole RAC insurance side of things is a freaking joke! Eventually they dropped the accusations. ( main reason because it was nonsense!!! )

We took our business elsewhere. Screw this company now.

UPDATE: we pursued RAC insurance and the two morons that abused me and my partner have now been sacked. Eat a big bag of wheenies.

Awful – Why do I pay for insurance if RAC is just going to reject my claim? this was a horrible first experience with car insurance and i would not recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely Dreadful! – Terrible! Don't waste your time. They just transfer you from department to department and do absolutely nothing to settle a claim. If I could give them negative stars I would!!!! Show details

Zero stars. After car accident over six weeks ago RAC has not even given a quote. No communication from them – No fault car accident. RAC is the insurer. No communication, nothing happening. Easiest insurance ever to deal with- Very Helpful! – I got into a slight incident. Called the RAC insurance line and they sorted it all out very easily. It was great. thank you. they gave me a claim number and asked me to just pass it on. I got a comprehensive insurance on my new car now. Show details
