I ordered from Rashays today via Door Dash. Have ordered plenty of items before with no problems. In today's $102 order, an item was missing (chips), but because I didn't take a photo of the order, I couldn't submit feedback. (I was just going to forget about the missing item, but then changed my mind). Rest of order was as expected and delivery on time. Not everyone lies about missing items.

Rashays has always been our favourite until we visited Campbelltown Rashyas . It’s kept as unhygienic as possible with sticky floor and poorly maintained ambience taking away the name and fame of rashays I knew …

Really nice food, the workers who looked after us were Lachy and Lani. They were both respectable and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Thankyou Lachy and Lani.

I had such a fantastic experience at Rashays Wetherill Park! The service was absolutely outstanding — every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The food was unbelievable! Everything came out fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. It’s rare to find a place that nails both service and food, but Rashays really delivered. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Beef ribs were so meaty and plenty of them. My meat loving husband had to ask for a container to take the last one home. Pity there were no lamb ribs tho. My corn cobs hit the spot perfectly! Drink was sweet and delicious. Got aervice with a smile. Pleasant experience.

the table and a cockroach was running around the table told the waiting and manager the waiter killed it like it was it was normal I said sorry I'm leaving they put our food in take away containers, when I got home we chucked them in the bin the manager gave us drinks on the house, never going back, we were the for nearly 2 hours for that horrible experience

Past few months, standard at Rashays Lidcombe have dropped a lot. We are at the moment having a hot choc, which tastes like water, TERRIBLE (28/10/25 1pm). Two staff members working here seem inexperienced. PITY. We used to love coming here.

I requested French toast with bacon from Rashays Cafe & they instantly refused my request & said they ONLY cater halal foods. actually makes thick cut French toast with bacon . Also the coffee ☕ club offered to make me French toast & vine & grind cafe opposite the big W in the Westfield makes French toast. Eat your heart ❤️ out Rashays Cafe. I can't believe a man ♂️ that has an annual turnover of $250 million doesn't employ a customer service advisor to respond to negative reviews.

Rashays narellan!! Terrible food. Dry and inedible. The prawn hotpot was a couple of prawns in thick gooey mushroom sauce. The chicken parmy was dry and looked like it had been reheated several Time. The rice looked like it was out of a packet.

bills beware all the customers. Mondays member discounts she was dishonest telling me my discounts not applied for my takeaway order and infant terms and conditions says only for online orders. staff members needs couching for customer service.

membership details. There is a 10% surcharge for dining on Sundays and kids no longer eat free (moved to Mondays with limited menu selection). Avoid unless there are no other options available.

schnitzel, and it was one of the best I’ve had. The crumb coating was golden and crispy, and the chicken inside was juicy and tender. It came with a side of chips and salad, both fresh and well-prepared. But what really stood out was the creamy mushroom sauce – rich, savory, and full of flavor. It complemented the schnitzel perfectly.

The portion sizes were generous, and everything came out hot and beautifully presented. You can tell that the kitchen takes pride in their food.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was casual but clean and comfortable – perfect for families, groups, or even a casual dinner date. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience. Great food, friendly service, and good value. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We were given a gift card for Rashays as a Christmas gift and even though the terms say the gift cards last 3 years, they wouldn’t even honour it after a year. I got told to contact head office and never got a reply. Avoid purchasing gift cards at all costs.

Good food. Went to Rhodes yesterday. Very welcoming staff. Reema and Riya were attentive without being intrusive and made great recommendations. Definitely worth a visit!

Food was absolutely disgraceful at Wetherill Park. A family of 10 people and every meal was crap. Waste of money and time. We all left mist of it. Was also so hot in there. Waiting for drinks, and they were just talking away with each other. NEVER AGAIN.

can eat out of the pizza tray. No cuttlery was provided, had to go get them myself. Asked for some chilli sauce which was served in a tiny plate and was charged $2.95 for it. The pizza's toppings was so so, onion rings were thin and the salad mostly salad leaves and few shreds of carrots. Both onion rings and salad size were small. The chilli sauce was more like sweet and sour sauce. Don't think will visit again.

Not Coming Here Again – Rashays I Went There On Sunday And The Tables Were Dirty So As The Floor And Seats. It Took 20 Minutes For Me And My Family To Get Seated. Did not honour gift card and food quality was low – Did not honour gift card and food quality was very average for the price. I had a $50 gift card, stated as valid to 2030. The Rashays manager said the card value was only $25 and then 2 minutes later said the card was not valid at all. Did not let me use their own gift card. Don't trust these guys.

Amazing – Rashays in Broadmeadows is the best. Seriously they are awesome, always smiling, always happy, always respectful. The best team. Thank you guys fir your service ❤️

Beyond expectations – Great staff great service loved it... popped in as a ladt minute .. staff where happy smiling and made a great atmosphere food was just right amount hot and full of flavour...... thanks love to visit again

Costly Food and Cunning customer service – 2 weeks ago we went on MacArthur Square Rashays as there is always Kids free meal but staff didn't inform us that its free meal not Sundays anymore knowing we have 4 kids. Pathetic service. Costly food as I ended up $128 instead of 70. will never go again. comparing food quality with price, its not worth it. Used to go every month or two.

Decieveing the community .....Not fair – Disgusting.....Overpriced.......Pre cooked coles or woolies food ....Sold as fresh made......Should be closed down or sued.....Hopefully goes broke and looses everything....Disgusting to deceive aust families and the community selling this low quality food and overpriced rubbish.
