Absolutely disappointed with RD Plumbing Solutions. I was charged $159 just for a call-out fee — before any real work was even done. For a simple toilet blockage, they then quoted over $700, which is completely outrageous. I had multiple other plumbers quote around $300 with NO call-out fee at all. Received a quote to have some work done through this place for 1443.50 including GST. Had another Plumber quote the same job for 295.00 including GST. The cheaper quote came from a Plumbing Company with an excellent reputation and plenty of positive reviews online (so it wasn't some handyman type person). Job involved installing a new 75mm pop in box gutter and connecting it to an existing gutter downpipe approximately 50cms away.

I had RD Plumbing Solutions replace 2 tap washers that took less than 1/2 hour. They charged me $299.44. How dare I question the price ! Great Work! Prompt quoting, on time arrivals and clean tidy up – The guys from RD Plumbing Solutions are top notch! They arrived on time, every single day (not like many trades we've required over the years). They showed me our cracked pipes, talked us through the relining of them, showed us the repaired pipes and sent a video clip for later reference. Prompt & Professional – Joel from RD Plumbing was very punctual and really knows his work; he immediately identified the source of my water leakage and within two hours my problem was solved. Great Service – Russell's team installed a new gas hot water service to our property. They were very prompt with their quote and it was very competitive. RD Plumbing were able to commence the works within a few days of quoting. Very professional team and great attention to detail.
