Felipe Ferraz & Leo did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Ready Movers and these two gentlemen specifically. We were so impressed at the way they conducted our move and the care they took in getting everything packed and moved. Friendly helpful admin staff. The two men who turned up to remove my furniture were friendly and listened carefully to my requirements. The job took about 5 hours and needed expert placement in the storage space. Overall the service was excellent! Show reply

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Ready Movers. We had a 4-bedroom house moved using two trucks, and while both trucks did turn up on time, that is about where the positives end. After the move, damage to some of our furniture was noticed by one of the movers himself, who alerted us to it and told us that the claims process was relatively… Read more
straightforward. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely incorrect.
What followed was multiple emails back and forth, delays and a lack of response from Ready Movers. When we finally received a response from their claims department, they simply claimed that the damage had occurred before the move.
This is despite the fact that the photos clearly show the damage at the new residence, including marks on the walls that were caused during the move.
Even more concerning is the checklist we were pressured to sign. The checklist was not properly gone through with us at all, yet it was subsequently edited to place the damage into the pre-move column, effectively making it appear as though the damage was already there.
That is completely unacceptable.
The way the claim was handled was extremely disappointing, and the claims department showed very little willingness to properly investigate or take responsibility for damage that occurred during the move.
I would not recommend Ready Movers to anyone. If something goes wrong during your move, don’t expect the claims process to be easy or reasonable based on our experience.
Moving house is stressful enough without having to fight a company afterwards over damage their own movers identified.

Ready Movers, and they absolutely saved the day.
I called at 8:00am and was greeted by a lovely, friendly receptionist who was able to fit me in for an 11:00am pickup. I honestly couldn’t believe it.
Alex and Diego arrived on time and were fantastic. They were friendly, efficient, incredibly polite, and handled everything with care and professionalism. What started as one of the most stressful mornings turned into a smooth and positive experience thanks to their hard work.

Super super friendly and efficient. You reassembled our furniture with ease and placed it where we wanted it. We didn’t have to do a thing.
