Delivered faulty product but finally resolved.
My elderly parents purchased an exercise bike to do some home exercise. For a bike in stock there was a week long wait for delivery (OK, we'll accept that), and my parents also paid additional for home assembly. On delivery and assembly, the product was found to be not working, and the delivery guys placed a warranty call? On a brand new product?? And left the faulty product at my parent's place?. They should have taken it back with them! How long would one expect 'repairs' to take? As we haven't been told. Yet another example of companies taking advantage of the good graces of senior citizen customers.
Rebel table tennis table - no spare parts!!
Bought a dragonfly outdoor table tennis table which was going fine for 12 months. Then the net broke and Rebel didn't sell them. As they are a unique design, I sent customer care an email and they suggested I contact the store. I then went into the store and guess what? They had no idea how to help. After 18 months the plastic fittings all broke as they were not designed for outdoor use. This means the table is no longer usable as the top doesn't lock into place. So how do I get spare parts to fix the table or do they just sell and not care abo...ut after sales?? Very poor indeed. After contacting customer care they again told me to contact the store. This was after the store told me they couldn't help... 8/2 Update: Rebel confirm they no longer carry spare parts and are probably in breach of ACCC consumer guarantees. What a mess.

Excellent Customer Service
Rebel Sport packed and dispatched my order promptly and when Australia Post (incorrectly) returned my package (instead of leaving my item at a post office) I received a phone call from Rebel seeking information on how I would like to proceed with the item. I discussed the issue I had experienced with Australia Post and the Customer Service representative at Rebel was more than willing to resend my package. Unfortunately it doesn't appear to have been resent, which resulted in me contact customer support via email. The team responded within 24 h...ours apologising for the outcome and refunded my money within hours. Although I never received my item Rebel was more than helpful along the way, even with the Customer Service hiccup. After reading the reviews that others have experienced I'm thankful I had a positive experience.
Lots of mistakes and poor customer service
I ordered a Toddler Manchester United soccer outfit from Rebel Sports online for my son for Christmas.
My son opened the present on Christmas Day to find the shorts still had the security tag attached.
Frustrating, but mistakes happen.
I decided to visit the store to get the tag removed.
Before arriving at my local Rebel store I placed another order so I could pick-up more items whilst I visited the store.
One of the items I had chosen and paid for was no longer available at the store.
I was offered a refund in the form of a gift voucher.
Poor Customer Service
Ordered an item and supposed to pick up @ Joondalup. Was then offered an option to deliver to my place as the item was not available. Patiently waited for three weeks without any update. Emailed them and the shop manager told me it was not his concern now and asked me to call the hot line and find the hotline number yourself on the website.
If you want customer service, go somewhere!
NEVER SHOPPING FROM THEM ONLINE
Wishing that I read the reviews before I purchased. Who would’ve thought a large Australian company could have such a disorganised and incompetent online order system. Me neither. I placed a $400 order on the 19th of December last year it’s now the new year and my order still hasn’t been shipped nor have I received any updates. I’ve reached out to their customer service on multiple platforms and all the responses have been either non-existent or very slow and irresponsive. Apparently there was a mix up with my order but still no responses. I still have received any updates ... like this is honestly a joke.
Unbelievably poor service
I ordered this FID bench from rebel a month ago. I still haven’t received it. I emailed them couple of times but there is no response. I call them, i never get to talk to a customer service agent.
Frustrated, i posted review of the item two days back. Yesterday i get a response that the review couldnt be published because its not suitable. What was wrong about the review? me telling the truth? I said exact same thing that i did here so why shouldnt other people know what kind of service they provide.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from them. You can do ao much better than rebel
Where is my orde?
I had placed an order with Rebel on the 7th December 2020 via their website. I am still waiting for the delivery nearly a month after placing the order. I cannot get onto the help line at Rebel and also their transport company Couriers Please will not answer my call. If I could give it a negative review I would. It has upset my wife as the order is for Christmas presents for our grandchildren. A very annoying problem for us both.
Ordered a gift voucher online as a present for someone over a month ago. It hasn't even been dispatched. I emailed to explain the situation amd ask for a refund, took the company 2 weeks to reply to my email and they denied the request. Will NEVER shop there again. I don't know if they'll ever fill the order $100 wasted. I will be going to consumer affairs in a few weeks if I recieve no order or further communication from them.

I put an order online for a Garmin watch (click and collect) and when I went to the store, I was told that they aren't able to find the watch even though the system shows that the watch is in stock. I was offered two options: To get a full refund or get another watch (more expensive) for the same price. Needless to say that I was a happy customer because they made sure I was satisfied with my shopping experience. Will definitely be my go to store in the future!

Sent the wrong socks twice!
Do not order these women's socks. I ordered the socks shown in the photos below with colors. They sent the gray socks. I wrote and asked for the correct socks to be sent. They sent the same wrong socks a second time. I then bothered to go in to a store and waited for over 30 minutes for help. I saw the girl they asked to get the correct socks wandering around the store for ages, and clearly not looking for socks. I finally got upset and a man appeared to say the socks I ordered do not exist. The sku number online goes to the gray socks ...and they do not have any colored socks. I see the online store still sells the colored socks that supposedly don't exist. I made a review on Rebels website, they refuse to post it saying they have the right to delete any review for any reason. So they only accept positive reviews online, that is not a democracy, and that is not the type of store I want to shop in. I have bought many things from Rebel over the years, and now they have lost a customer. So easy to get the same products from many other stores!!
Forget ordering on line
Put in an on line order for 2 x $100 Gift Cards 2 weeks ago & still waiting on delivery. Currently on hold for the last 40 minutes trying to talk to someone. I’m not holding my breath though.
Poor customer service
Purchased 4 items from Rebel online store - received in parcel satchel with no protective wrapping. Two of the items were scuffed or dirty. Sent through photos and offered a refund for items and delivery.
Still waiting for a refund two weeks after Rebel received items back. Told they are about a month behind in processing online returns.

It is your responsibility to follow up your customers orders until they receive it.
It's not a excuse to point Aus post for your fault when there is some other websites out there who deliver their customer's orders in less than a week.
I'll lodge a complaint with PayPal to get refund.

Very difficult to resolve problem with online delivery
Short story: Be prepared for long waits if trying to call their helpline. Be prepared to be disconnected repeatedly. Be prepared to wait for up to a week for a response to an email query (and a not well thought out one either). Lastly, get in line with everyone else buying regular stuff even if you are doing a "click and collect", and the signs suggest that there is a separate line for click and collect customers.
Long story: I bought two items online (single purchase) on November 16 - one item arrived fairly promptly but the other one hadn't ...arrived after two weeks, so I sent an email query. It took a week for a response, and the person replying said that it was fine - they had tracking and could see the parcel was in the mail, and if I had any other questions I should call. They didn't bother to consider that the last tracking update was on Nov 17 ... Which meant that my parcel hadn't moved for 3 weeks. I sent an email stating this straight away, but after waiting almost another week and still no reply, I realised they really did require a phone call. The first three times I tried to call I was cut off around the 15-20 min waiting mark. Interesting to note that the automated message at the beginning of the call suggests that you contact them online if you want an immediate response and want to chat to a live person. I couldn't find this online chat option for the life of me. So in desperation I contacted Australia Post and a very polite person got back to me immediately to say there had been "no physical scans on your parcel through our network" and that they'd need more info from Rebel. Finally, fourth time lucky, I managed to get through to Rebel customer service on the phone after another extended wait, and they organised a click and collect for me (so in all fairness - good service from this lady when I got through. This is the reason I'm giving two stars instead of one). Today I went into the store to pick up the item. I saw that there was a nice brightly painted "click and collect" counter, with a star painted/stuck on the floor labelled "click and collect" for click and collect customers to stand on while waiting. I stood there, only to have the check out operator very deliberately ignore me standing directly in front of her on that stupid star, and call people over from the regular line. So I asked a member of floor staff who indicated that I should go into the regular line. I don't have an issue lining up with everyone else at all, but it was just the rotten cherry on top of my almost completely frustrating shopping experience with Rebel - why bother with all this misleading flashy paint detail that just resulted in more time wasting? And why was it too hard for the cashier to tell me to join the other queue? I won't buy from Rebel online again. If I can help it I won't be walking into any of their physical stores again for a long time again either.
Slow click & collect service, but good customer service (Ordered Online, Pick-up in store)
Ordered at 10:03am on Friday. The Website stated "1hr click & collect" and that "Within 2 trading hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS advising that your order is ready for collection".
This seemed to be false advertising...
Three hours later and there was still no confirmation email stating that my order was ready to be collected.

Two weeks later and no parcel
The worst customer service ever!!! They don’t answer emails or calls. I have contacted customer service three times with no reply and sat on the phone for 40 min with no answer.

Ordered 4 pair of Under Armour Boxers 6 inch.
Took from Nov 27th till Dec 8th to be sent just 55km to where I live. They sent the wrong ones too.
Sent an email, no response. Rang the store and was told to bring them in to exchange. So im supposed to travel 110 k round trip to finally get what I ordered? I said why should I be traveling all that way it was Rebels fault. Was told theyd call back but haven't.

Dear Rebel, I was thrilled to receive great service at Warringah store to find a football jersey at their Chatswood store, which I drove over today to get. Very disappointed to find it $50 more expensive and not on sale as per Warringah. This seems very poor to me. I assumed that sale stock across major retailers
