Poor experience with this business. *Devices not sent within quoted time *Descriptions nowhere near accurate *Return process needlessly complicated *Management non existent - hiding upstairs and forcing young and inexperienced employees to deal with customer issues while they hide in their offices upstairs. Really poor form Reboot IT. Stick to reputable resellers for IT such as ACT or Harris Tech. Show details

Happy customer – Visited premises and asked them to attempt to fix my old laptop, rang me a few hours later telling me it wasn't financially viable to upgrade but gave me options on new & refurbished. I took the refurbished & the next day collected a great laptop that had the whole drive of my old laptop cloned. Great service by all staff & would recommend to anyone

Don't waste your time! – Didn't process my order, didn't communicate with me, didn't attempt to explain the delay. Neither apologized nor put any effort into resolving the issue. "I've got other things to do" was what the person in the shop told me with a shrug. Show details

Outstanding service – I could not copy my data from the fully loaded 500GB external hard drive to a new 1TB extension disk due to a faulty disk. Took it to ReBoot IT Kirwan late Friday, and they called to say it was ready early Saturday morning. Great service. Have used this business many times over the years and they have never let me down with any PC, laptop or iPhone problems I have. They are really on the ball, highly recommended AAA+++

All good at this business – Have used Re-Boot several times after the last 2-3 times, including home visits and have always found then to be courteous, friendly, efficient and detailed in their work. Trips to the shop are always polite and efficient, nothing is to much effort for them and their advice seems to remedy the issues. Cost effective. Show details

I would give them a quarter of a star if i could – I bought a laptop from these people on 3rd January. they had better refund me pronto , in early February. It is now 20th February and still no refund. as it stands, if I get refunded ,I am $60.00 down for purchasing from them. $20.00 postage to me, $20.00 postage back and $20.00 from the purchase price, just cause they can. I am contacting Office of Fair trading on Monday and let them go through these crooks like a dose of salts

Disrespectful Receptionist – Today i ordered a computer from reboot-it and little while before completing the order a person came down and pointed at me and asked is he here to pick up and the receptionist said “he is doing something!!”. Really? Thats how you talk to customers? I was browsing my product on the website to make sure i’m buying the right product. Please train your staff before you hire. Happy repeat customer – I have purchased twice from the physical store. HP desktop PC in 2016, Lenovo Laptop in 2020. Both working fine and much cheaper than a new machine (Laptop 3 years old almost new condition. I paid $629, new price was $2700+). sales, the physical store is not a showroom for browsing. Their competitor Budget PC had a showroom I bought a monitor from there 10 years ago still working fine. Do your research, spend a bit more and get something with better specs. You'll get more use out of it, the cheapies are basically e-waste. I cannot comment about their warranty/returns service.

received an email saying it wouldn't be dispatched until Thursday. I replied to this email to try to confirm when I'd receive the laptop but got no response so I called on the Wednesday. I was advised I should definitely receive it on the Friday as it was next day delivery. The laptop did not arrive until the Saturday. More than 2 weeks after the order was placed. In addition to this, the laptop is difficult to use as it has out of date anti virus software on it that blocks the majority of websites and cannot be uninstalled. Basically, a waste of time, effort, and money all in an attempt to give my son access to education.
