Bought a Crunch Box. 2 pieces of chicken was dry and the coating looked like it was close to its holding time. Chips were cold. I was disappointed with my meal today. As previous vists to Waun Ponds have been really good. Not sure if i will be back.

Bought whole chicken at upper coomera red rooster,it was dry not very warm at all ,so guessing been sitting there for awhile,won’t buy here again,people like hot fresh food not Dry and Luke warm food. ….

Woeful. The new cheeseburger is dreadful. Slapped together with a couple of strips a piece of cheese and sauces. The bun is the same as Maccas fillet o fish. It was tasteless. So disappointed. Red Rooster - Hoppers Crossing 7pm-ish shift, young man was extremely polite and helpful, delivered fresh hot chips and juicy chicken (thanks to the kitchen), I love this store, the quality and service is always great.

We love returning to this branch because of Khush. She is one of the best staff members here—always incredibly polite and nice to all the customers. We love her!

So little chip. 15 in a small chips. Last few times we have bought the chip containers are 2/3 full or even half like today. Pity, as we live the taste of red rooster. The chicken cut is smaller also each time we come.

Bought from Mandurah 2 hot chicken Rolls and took them home and both of them had no Mayonnaise in them they were so dry tried calling the store but no answer the same issue happened around a month ago will definitely not be using this store again

have a 10 minute drive home. Always oblige but not tonight was worried when my order came out quickly so I repeated to her (Are the chips freshly cooked she said yes)but chips cold and soggy when I arrived home. Very disappointing didn’t bother ringing the shop as they do not have any training in customer service and treat you like your lying. As a Gold Member think it’s not too much to ask. Red Rooster promoting "Giant Drumsticks". 11am in Byford WA 6122 "dont have any drumsticks" Pathetic..last time I went there at 10am they couldn't serve me till 10 past 10 as they were late to open . Consistent if nothing else

Red Rooster are now acting like insurance & telecommunication companies where they offer deals to new customers & that deal is not available to long term customers/members. Deal is chicken & large chips for newest customer/member for $15 but long term customers pay about $22-23 for same product. Guess I will be having takeaway from restaurants other than Red Rooster for a while

she said yes its coming in a few minutes. Never came then the other girl told me it never went through and I had to buy another chook! It would be credited to my account. Then I had to wait till nearly everyone else got their orders then I got mine. Paid $26.95 for a whole chook. Guess its better then the other night cost me $20.95 for a rooster roll. Ordered a whole chook but had a 20minute wait. At a chicken shop. Also when did red rooster stop taking orders online you now have to go thru uber eats or door dash.

Could not buy a $10 chicken at RR Kingaroy unless I spent $15 or more. I can not find advertising where this is mentioned plus the chips packet was 3/4 full and to top it off the female manager was so rude. Never again and would not recommend them at all

I went in to order there was one person in front of me he got served then the young ass hole just went back to stocking the fridge with drinks and totally ignored me I left I rang up and explained what had happened and basically got the same treatment bunch of arrogant people so im glad they never took my order and I'll never go back if they treat there customers like that and then you got a wonder what the foods like

The switch to Pepsi has completely ruined the iconic Red Rooster experience. meal for me. It actively puts me off visiting Red Rooster regularly, and I am choosing to go elsewhere instead. While I understand that corporate made this switch to get cheaper wholesale pricing, the customer is the one paying the retail cost for the food and drinks anyway. Removing our freedom of choice makes no sense when the costs are passed to us. I strongly urge management to return Coca-Cola brands to the shelves so that paying loyal customers can actually get the iconic Red Rooster experience they expect.
