Could not buy a $10 chicken at RR Kingaroy unless I spent $15 or more. I can not find advertising where this is mentioned plus the chips packet was 3/4 full and to top it off the female manager was so rude. Never again and would not recommend them at all

I went in to order there was one person in front of me he got served then the young ass hole just went back to stocking the fridge with drinks and totally ignored me I left I rang up and explained what had happened and basically got the same treatment bunch of arrogant people so im glad they never took my order and I'll never go back if they treat there customers like that and then you got a wonder what the foods like

Woeful. The new cheeseburger is dreadful. Slapped together with a couple of strips a piece of cheese and sauces. The bun is the same as Maccas fillet o fish. It was tasteless. So disappointed. cheese was disgusting, an orage colour like you see in American movies. The whole meal was just awful and the staff looked bored and were unhelpful. Such a shame to see this once good takeaway provider go downhill like they have.

At Augustine heights, the workers there during around 6 pm on a Tuesday night, were phenomenal. The food was great and my family liked it a ton. The service was great and the workers were extremely kind. Will 100% visit again in the near future.

meal for me. It actively puts me off visiting Red Rooster regularly, and I am choosing to go elsewhere instead. While I understand that corporate made this switch to get cheaper wholesale pricing, the customer is the one paying the retail cost for the food and drinks anyway. Removing our freedom of choice makes no sense when the costs are passed to us. I strongly urge management to return Coca-Cola brands to the shelves so that paying loyal customers can actually get the iconic Red Rooster experience they expect.

I went to the same Red Rooster 12 months ago with the same result: Incredibly rude staff. I asked for a receipt and was met by eyeball rolling and my order being slammed on the bench. That's enough for me.

Just ordered from Bennett Springs we didn't get the roll we ordered and the one we received was put in the microwave for so long it was mush, inedible. The chips weren't cooked, still hard and the drink hot. Needless to say it went in the bin and we won't go there again.

He tried to blame the situation on me and when I told him that she had it turned off he tried to lie to my face and dismiss me and so I made it very clear that she even showed me that it was turned off. He then raised his voice, spoke over me and dismissed me again rudely. I waited for another 3min and my food was cold! Don't waste your time!!! No wonder why Red Rooster is such a small chain. Maybe if you hired workers smart enough to turn on a device or managers skilled enough to handle their staff and a situation, you would possibly gain more clientele.

Fairfield store, bought a Hawaiian pack , the chips were minimal and the chicken was the size of a quarter of a quail. The meal was cold and greasy. Disappointed that will have to buy more food on the way home. Will not be returning as much as I like it more, KFC is far better value for money.

Farout if I wanted that I would off went across the dam road As the chicken was plain and the chips were scabby all for $11.00 . Red rooster is known for chicken chips potatoes peas gravy. But not anymore as Red rooster is trash now as I will never go there again. Horrible chicken.

I visited the store and spoke with Monica to request a refund, but this was declined. While I was offered a replacement chicken roll and mashed potato/gravy, I chose not to accept this, as I had concerns about the quality of the food provided. I was advised that a refund could not be processed.

Based on this experience, I will not be returning to the Woodvale Red Rooster, as I found the food to be overpriced and of poor quality.

cold.I drove back to the store and asked for a full refund.They refused my request stating that some of the chicken was missing.So i asked for half my money back and was again refused.Then i asked for the chicken back so i could take photos and take the matter further but was ignored.The manager was rude and the owner ignored me.I will be taking this further.
