front strap is too short and forces him to slouch. Thirdly, the footstool is way too low, he can't reach it and has to sit with his feet dangling. Fourth, the surface doesn't suction. This is annoying as my son can pull off plates and bowls easily off creating more mess. And finally the tray is hard to remove. Not impossible, but very fiddly, particularly for something I have to remove everyday. Incredibly disappointed for the price this costs. I had high hopes for a good quality high chair given how much I love the redsbaby carrier, but it's so bad I'm thinking of tossing it and buying a new chair.

Tried them all but this is the best! – With two kids you need something practical, easy to clean, safe and comfortable but let’s be honest with the amount of time we’re at home you also want it to look GOOOOOD. The perfect high chair! – I absolutely love this high chair, it’s stylish and fits so well on our house. I love that it is so easy to clean and that the footrest is adjustable. The frame and seat are excellent quality and I can’t wait to change it into a smaller chair when bubs gets older. namely the foot rest. My daughter is an average height at 15 months old and is still unable to reach the foot rest with her feet. It is so important for children's bodies to be supported while learning to eat, including their feet as they help with balance and keeping their trunk upright when their muscles are still getting used to supporting them in a seated position. For the foot rest to be so low and have no capacity for adjustment makes it almost a completely redundant feature. In our case, by the time my daughter's feet reach firmly on the footrest she will be well and truly not in need of it anymore. I also think the silicone tray insert is a redundant option for several reasons. It doesn't stick down to the highchair tray so most plates and bowls with suction bases will just pull the cover off if your little one is into chucking plates. If I use the silicone mat my daughter will just pull it off now she knows it's not attached. It doesn't make cleaning easier, since food more often than not goes will beyond the perimeter of the silicone mat and just seeps underneath which makes for additional cleaning, not less. If it had suction cups on the bottom I could see it being useful as plates and bowls wouldn't slide around as easily as they do on the tray. But other than that I am not a fan and would have preferred not to spend the money on that addition. I think for the money, there are definitely other, more ergonomic highchairs with better foot support for babies available out there.

2. A shiny finish on the tray so the suction plates would stick to it. The tray is a textured finish so none of our suction plates or bowls will stick
3. A slightly bigger tray or less of a recess would also help with plates. Every brand of plate we’ve tried is too big to fit in the recess of the tray.
4. The legs are uneven. We fixed it with an anti-scratch furniture pad but quite annoying and I’ve seen it as a common issue.
5. There’s a concave section to the baby seat where the legs go through and it is just a food trap. We are constantly digging food out of there. If it was straight down, it wouldn’t hold nearly as much food. Not a functional issue and easy to handle, just a bit annoying for cleaning.
We were fortunate to get the chair gifted and really like it, it just falls short of being the perfect chair. It is a gift we really like and do recommend as a good option for others if they can work around the above caveats. We look forward to using it as a small chair when our baby gets bigger. The silicone food inserts may help with the tray situation but they haven’t been in stock for months and aren’t even listed on the site anymore. I’d also recommend more than one set of covers (we only have the fabric) as although it dries super fast, our baby eats four times a day and nothing dries that fast in winter! We can’t comment on the plastic covers as we don’t have them.

Cons & Suggestions: There was no instructions on how to attach the seat cover however its self explanatory and easy to install. The seat cover seams are stitched with white which gets dirty quickly. Suggest making this in the grey colour. The seat cover works extremely well however it would be great to see the seat cushions made out of a water resistant material (like some car seats on the market), it would the remove the need to use the seat cover 24/7. The harness is white which gets extremely dirty very quickly. Easy to remove and wash. Suggest making the harness in the grey colour or even making it out of a material that does not get dirty so quickly.
Summary: All in all a great product that is affordable. Highly recommended.

Not yet used it as a low toddler chair but I like that I can in the future. The only improvements I'd make would be including the cushion insert, making the tray less textured so that suction plates could maybe stick better and making the foot rest easier to get on and off to clean as food can get trapped there and toddlers are very messy eaters!
The best purchase! – This high chair has been the perfect addition to family meal times. The chair has grown with our family as bub has moved from needing the seatbelt and meal tray to converting into a normal chair high enough for her to join us at the table Can’t recommend enough and would absolutely purchase again (but the quality is so good I doubt I’ll ever need too :D)

safety! We have had the infant cushion since day 1 but this doesn’t seem to help, if anything it encourages more slouching! The ‘adjustable’ foot rest is still out of his reach on the high setting and he is 12 months and tall for his age. The tray is awkward to put on and off. Overall we have been very frustrated by this chair and how it positions our son for eating.

Nice but could be improved – The chair design is nice to look at on first glance, it seems easy to clean. Once in use, we found food would get stuck in between the cracks of the straps which is very difficult to clean. Food would also get stuck in between the cracks of the foot rest.

Looks great – Great and sturdy high chair. It looks beautiful and is neat and easy to clean. My only negatives are that my busy 1 year old can now wriggle out of the straps and wants to stand in the chair. Although this is likely my child and could happen in any chair! The other thing is the straps are hard to clean and don’t seem removable.

Only adjustment I wish we had was the option for the footrest to be more adjustable- it does have two settings but even the shortest one didn’t reach for our bub for quite a while.
Would also be good if so many of the accessories were not added costs like the infant insert- definitely all added up once we got the seat cover and extra toddler legs too.
It’s been great to take the tray off to bring him to the table in recent months and we love that it will keep growing with him.
Multi use and Magnificent!! – We love this high chair! When it's going to be a messy night with starting of foods - we simply remove the padding and strap the little fella in. He gets to sit in his chair to watch us to laundry and cleaning and we suction toys to the table. Its lightweight and the padding is so easily removed. Stable and easy to clean – Chair is stable, easy to clean. The legs are a trip hazard and the tray is a little small. Try is easy to remove and replace. Suction plates don't stick to the tray. Other than that it does the job.
