Constant unsolicited emails – I have never dealt with Regal Sleep Solutions or Serenity Bedding. For the last week I receive almost daily unsolicited marketing emails from them. I would never engage with a company that is willing to buy email addresses from unscrupulous sources and then bombard me constantly with such junk. How would anyone think that sending emails every day would possibly convince anyone to buy their products?

speaking with their representative in Melbourne and was committed that the product would be delivered to my Adelaide address in 10 working days and this was over a month ago.

Now here I am, without a mattress before Christmas and holidays, with no formal communication around were my mattress is. I called them a few times and the first two times I called I could not get through to the person who looks after the logistics. Finally, I spoke to him (I think Nick) only to be told that he’s not sure when my product would be delivered as there are some problems and he could not commit if the product would be delivered before Christmas.

This conversation was done about two weeks ago and still no formal, proactive communication or update on the product delivery. This is NOT how professional retailers and organisations operate.

To be honest, I don’t think they care, else someone would have called me, at the least to tell me that I won’t have my product before Christmas or atleast share an update. I would NEVER go with them again.

Avoid them at all cost if you are in Adelaide and trying to order online

Despite some typo's due to computer systems we happily got around the glitches, and our lead-time for made-to-order plus delivery date, plus extra assistance by Delivery Personnel, our large King Bed needed to be moved across hall to another room before new beds were brought in, and it seemed effortless, the extra help they gave us. We were humbled and very grateful. The housefull of interstate visitors arrived next day and now a month after delivery I find time to give 5 stars of appreciation to the staff and Regal Sleep Solutions. The 12 month comfort factor guarantee is quite lovely to know about, because previously the bed 'toppers' have compressed quickly and that became major problem for joint pressure. The worst bed and service I’ve ever experienced – Have had constant issues with a sinking bed for over 2 years and I have been told on numerous occasions that the bed would be replaced, then I speak with them again and they say we never issued a request to change the bed. Misinformation and lies with the whole team.

Great mattress, very smooth process of purchasing and receiving – I purchased the mattress online after checking them out in store myself. The whole process was very straight forward and when it came to delivery date, the guys were punctual.
