Found just the bed I needed, without all the marketing hype of some of the bed-in-a-box brands. Easy to tell these are quality products - made in Melbourne. Sue was terrific.

Absolute worst after sale service I have ever received. Never in my life will I recommend Regal to anybody.
Buying the product was easy. In store sales person was great. After sale service was the utmost worst. If i could, i would purchase elsewhere.

I want to love it, but I don't.
Our experience at the South Morang store was amazing. The two staff on that Sunday were helpful, knowledgeable, and [name removed] even sat with our three kids and played cards while [name removed] helped my husband and I choose a mattress. Purchased Feb, 2020.
I had high excitement about getting a Regal Sleep Solutions mattress. My osteopath had strongly recommended we get one, as I suffer headaches and back problems. I read all the reviews and it sounded great. We ended up choosing the Wellness Indulgence Firm.
The first issue we noticed on...ce it was delivered is that was a lot higher when we put it on our existing base. Then we tried to put our existing sheets on - they don't fit. We have beautiful Sheridan sheets that we have only had for a year or two, and we have tried to use them and it's just not working. I can't see anyone else complaining about this, which is think is really strange. The standard fitted sheet just does not fit. It is not deep enough. We ripped one trying to get it on. Same goes for the flat sheet - it is just not long enough to tuck under the bed and stay put, so it comes loose and we end up swimming in sheets. It is not making for a good night's sleep. We have to remake the bed every single morning. I notice it doesn't mention mattress height on RSS's website at all - just the length and width. Secondly, we aren't even sure if we like the mattress. I'm not sleeping well, I don't love my bed. I used to love getting into bed and settling in for a good sleep, and now I dislike it. I'm waking with headaches. We rang [name removed] to try and organise a replacement - we thought maybe it's too firm, maybe we should try to next model down in softness? But it is now a requirement to get the mattress steam cleaned prior to exchanging it (I understand, because COVID) and it's all too complicated trying to work out how to get that done in Melbourne lockdown. [name removed] was really surprised we even wanted to try.
Purchased queen mattress from Frankston where I had a wonderful experience! Less than 12 months in and it started to sag, we did all the correct car and turning every two weeks for 3 months, slats 7cm apart etc. the mattress cannot sleep two people as you both role into the middle sag. As a direct result of this lack of support, I’m now seeing a physio twice a week. I would like to understand the 15 year warranty better and on top of that the new protocol as everything is closed in Melbourne, including all non essential cleaning/dry cleaning.

Best sleep in years!
Kay was so patient helpful and a wealth of knowledge. We were not rushed but instead encouraged to linger and make sure we made the right choice both for the mattress and our new pillows. Great service, not so great mattress.
I purchased a Queen Indulgence Plus last month. Wonderful service from Sue in the Malvern store. On the day of delivery (very helpful delivery drivers) after unwrapping the mattress had a very strong chemical smell, I didn't think much of it and expected the off-gassing to dissipate in a day or so. Two weeks on and both the mattress and my entire apartment still smelled. Sue kindly arranged a replacement for me (albeit with some resistance at Head Office I think) A month on the issue still remains. Just to make sure I wasn't going crazy - or be...ing precious- I had a friend come over and she said she could smell it straight away. I am sleeping on it because full-time on the sofa is not an option but I wake every morning with my sheets, clothes and hair smelling. I don't know if I've received a "bad batch" of foam or composition of the Indulgence Plush model, but the spend was a lot of money to me and i'm really disappointed because service and comfort wise everything was great but my bedroom and bedding constantly smell. There is definitely a fault. It's taken the shine off the experience for me unfortunately.

From the moment we walked in the Highpoint store, Aidah Green provided us with excellent customer service. Aidah was very knowledgeable making sure we chose the best mattress that met our needs. Delivery was made within a week and now that we have been sleeping on the bed for a few weeks it has been so supportive and comfortable. So glad we chose Regal!

Fantastic service and enjoying the mattress
Visited the Croydon store, and Julia was wonderful, friendly and informative, she greeted us on arrival and didn't push us to purchase anything, just was there whenever we had questions. Purchased our mattress, it was delivered within a week, and we are both thoroughly enjoying sleeping on a quality mattress now. Such a difference. We really wanted to purchase a mattress that was completely Australian made, so glad we went to Regal Sleep. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a new mattress
12mth return policy! That’s how good.
Customer service in satire was second to none, we were advised of 3 mattresses that would suit and then left to our own devices. After an hour or so we finally choose “the one” and 2 weeks in we are still over the moon with our bed every time we lay down.
I wish we had of known about Regal sooner.

FOUR (4) FAILED Regal KS Mattresses thru our front door to date –
2 delivered with manufacturers faults (wonder if we were being given 2nds?) & 2 replacement mattresses (along with delays in delivery).
BIG FAILURES with both mattresses dipping badly in a very short time (as if they were 10yo!) .
Our dealings with REGAL have been EXHAUSTING! & having to put up with sleeping on yet another failed regal mattress dipping severely along with a hard crest between us!...

The worst bed and service I’ve ever experienced
Have had constant issues with a sinking bed for over 2 years and I have been told on numerous occasions that the bed would be replaced, then I speak with them again and they say we never issued a request to change the bed. Misinformation and lies with the whole team.
