WARRANTY IS A SHAM
We purchased an expensive mattress in Dec 2018 from the Highpoint retail store. We now have issues and the ONE time I could get anyone on the phone from the Springvale telephone number, I was told to submit an online warranty. I did exactly that and have emailed and tried numerous times to call, all with NO RESPONSE. I attempted again today and no response from the listed number.Our next step is to refer this company to Consumer Affairs Vic. We do not recommend this company for their after sales or warranty service. Show details
Regal Sleep Warranty - doesnt exist
Like everyone else who complains on here about the mattress being soft I totally agreeThe mattress was extremely firm from new, then deteriorated to super soft, the foam lost
its tensile strength over 6 months, this mattress was religiously rotated weekly as well.
My mattress has a 200mm pillow top, its advertised at super firm, I can push my fist into the pillow top to a depth of 160/170mm, and this bed is supposedly firm.
Upon questioning Regal Sleep about what is a super firm mattress, this is their response.

Worst mattress ever!!!
We bought the healthy life mattress and after 6 months it’s unbearable we have constant back pain and they will not do anything unless there is a measured 40mm dip in it. If you lay across it you would think you are lying on a speed hump. Don’t waste your money! Poor quality and no service. Shame on you Regal Sleep. Bought a few years ago, just haven’t gotten around to writing a review.The mattress sleeps extremely hot, impacting my ability to get comfortable.
It is also very lumpy and sags, despite turning the mattress frequently as instructed. This has ended up causing me a lot of back pain, just adding to the continued discomfort.
Too bad the store has now close as I feel there is no recourse. I spent around $3500 on this queen size mattress, and it is disappointing. Show details

Shoddy quality and very dodgy
I bought a mattress after significant research conducted because I needed a new mattress and had (have) little spare cash. For the first week or so it was brilliant. Then it began to sag and became soft in the middle. Upon contacting Regal I was advised to shift position on the bed to even out the pressure. I did try but kept rolling towards the middle (even with a bolster in place). Eventually, I contacted the company and was given a long spiel about how it must be a manufacturing defect and they would fix it, but it was all terribly complicat... My husband and I bought 2 top of the range mattresses 7 yrs ago now from Cranbourne and have loved sleeping on them and found them to be very comfortable and great support. We bought the Healthy life plush. My 94 yr old mum has just purchased an ultra plush in the middle of the range because we loved them so much. Thanks Kay from Pakenham store for the great service!! Purchased a Wellness Luxury Super Firm King Mattress back in April 2021,had sent it back through warranty claim.. The staff at store were always good. We purchased through these guys due to there change over promise in the first 12 months and 10 year warranty on mattress sag . We changed mattress from soft to firm in luxury range but continued to wake in pain . We had nowhere to go as we had tried both so put up with it. We were promised no partner disturbance and we were shown physically how much they allowed in sag before offering a replacement and it was very very small. 2 years later and we’re rolling into each other . I purchased the top of the range mattress after my old dodgy chiropractor recommended me to Regel. I unfortunately have been in so much pain and have no energy due to this, I missed the offer to return the mattress so I’m stuck with it. I wake up every morning in pain in my neck and hips, I’ve never slept on a mattress so uncomfortable which has this effect! I purchased your chiropractic suggested mattresses due to a recommendation by my son-in-law Dr Mike Haworth. I visited the Frankston store as my mattress sagged in the sides with a large centre lump. It was recommended that I contact HO to have the mattress returned to the factory. Bearing in mind there was a lifelong guarantee, this was to take place after the mattress was sanitised, Covid happened and no return date was offered. This mattress is no longer comfortable as of the large body indentations. Please suggest a solution

We also offered you to replace the mattress with a new one, if you have made the wrong mattress choice at a discounted price. As the manufacturer we always fulfil our warranty obligations, but sometimes those obligation to meet the expectations of customers. We have tried to fill the gap as best we can, and apologise that in this instance we have not been able to help.
