the day. Had to put a mattress topper on top and it still sags. This was the choice for my husband by Return to Work for my husbands spinal injuries (13 fractured vertebrae) he couldn't sleep on it at all. Not only that it's so high that you would need a king size sheet set for the queen size. For $3,000 it's disgraceful. Would not recommend this mattress in a mad fit. We wanted Koala but WC would not accept as they're not certified by physiotherapists. My daughter has a Koala and rates it the best thing she's ever bought including her new car. I do not work for nor do I have any affiliation with Koala mattresses, I just wish I had one which by the way is a third of the price and has not one bad review. Extremely disappointed with this product.

sleep. (as well as can be expected) so good I bought another one for the caravan. queen one cost around $800. caravan cost around $400 ( made to size).. a thing worth noting is it takes a few weeks to settle the mattress and feel comfortable so give it a chance...... no complaints and great customer service. (mt barker store) the only complaint was the smell of the glues when I first bought it. learnt my lesson and put the caravan mattress outside for few days to air first. 4 years on and I have a warranty issue... Was dealt with very easily.. Recommend this company

Service and quality of bed – Went into Collonades store on a whim. Met Heather whom we found very helpful and delightful. 2017 Update: Look forward to going to bed now

I’ve had my new bed for a month now. With my old mattress I used to wake up in the night and would spin around for at least two hours trying to get comfortable. My back and my hips would hurt. When I wake up now, I’m so comfortable I just roll over and I’m straight back to sleep. I also need to mention the delivery guys were awesome. They were fast and efficient…and cleaned up after themselves.

Great staff & customer service – Wonderful service from David the other day (22/08/17). Wonderful service again today from the two lovely ladies (24/08/17). They went above and beyond to help me find out if my child's Epilepsy alert mat would work on a pocket spring mattress. No hard sell easy to deal with – We are now into our second week with the Macro XD ultimate and are cautiously optimistic we have found the perfect mattress for us. memory foam pillow which I have been now using for about 4 weeks is not a success very hot and takes a long time for foam to spring back. Given we ordered the mattress with a bamboo topper because I am such a hot sleeper I wish I had been advised on the gel memory foam option. Apart from this disappointment I can highly recommend Regal Sleep Solutions.
