builder to supply the sliding robes, shower screens and mirrors we thought they would be well positioned to build the robe and pantry (see their website). Initial contact was made in October 2024. Communication was poor even at this point with slow responses to emails and phone calls not returned. Despite this, we decided to continue with Regency, and a substantial deposit was paid in March 2025. We were told at this time that the installation would happen during the build. This did not occur, but we were too busy with the sale of our old home to follow up at this time. We moved into our new home in early June and immediately contacted Regency re the installation of the robe/shelving. Response to multiple phone calls was patchy and emails were not responded to. Finally, our installation was scheduled (date changed several times) and payment was made in full on the basis that installation would commence within 2 days. This did not occur and after more follow up phone calls by us, we were given multiple excuses as to why this did not happen, such as initially the order was lost, then the materials took longer to obtain and the build was more complex than what they thought. When installation finally began, many weeks later, it was evident parts of the robe and shelving had been manufactured incorrectly. Quality control from the factory was poor with basic construction errors. This meant the installer was working with a product that was not fit for purpose. More delays followed as no- one at Regency was prepared to make a call on the required solutions. Finally, we asked for the State Manager to attend our property to view the problems firsthand. He agreed it was substandard and assured us it would be fixed. After a wait of another three more weeks the installation was completed, we have compromised by accepting some basic construction issues and there are some minor issues still to be resolved. From the date we moved into our house it took 9 weeks until the WIR robe and pantry cabinetry was completed. Needless to say, the disruption to our household, with a half-installed product was significant. There was also considerable time and effort expended on our part in order to gain traction to fix the issues. Apologies were made frequently but no offers of compensation for our inconvenience and dissatisfaction were made. The installer worked hard to make the best of a flawed product, and the installation scheduler improved the communication issues however we will not be using Regency again for any future projects.
Follow-up · The construction issues remaining were: Regency did not have suitable timber veneer caps to cover screw holes. Many of the caps originally installed did not stick and fell off. This was because they were the same diameter as the hole and there was nothing for them to stick to. It took another three weeks for larger diameter veneer caps to be made… Read more

Ryan- who was the installer,was a good hard worker. He started quite early in the morning to get the final two cupboards completed in the time I needed. He was helpful and polite and careful with my newly polished wood floors. All 'round- a great job. They look amazing. I have super classy wardrobes and linen cupboard now. They are not the cheapest but I expect to pay a fair price for quality and that's what I got.
New Bath/Shower Screen – Thanks Tim and Pasi for my new shower screen! My old bathroom had a shower curtain (yuck) over the bath/shower and when renovating I knew I didn’t want that again. A smooth experience with no hassles – We ordered a set of robe doors with Haydn who was very helpful with the process. We received these doors in less than a week which was awesome! Disappointing – Very disappointing service and poor communication. There was an obvious issue with the mirror install. They accepted respond and I was assured it would be rectified. After several weeks and numerous follow ups, I was given a date to have it fixed. That day, I was advised that the more senior manager overrode their decision and they wouldn’t be fixing my issue. I asked for that person to call me. Nobody ever called me.

Poor installation and warranty – Had a shower screen and mirrors installed in a new bathroom. I noticed the mirror above the basin was discolouring. Regency returned to inspect, the owner later called me to advise that they will not be replacing the mirror as it should have been caulked. She also advised me that this is not the job of Regency installers to caulk it nor is it their responsibility to advise the client of this. Terrible customer service. Show details
Poor service and quality – I wouldn’t trust the quality of their screens as they are known to shatter without cause. They also provide you with poor customer service and attitude when you contact them about the issue.

Shower screen – I deal with Regency Albury fairly often for shower screen installs and can't recommend Rob the sales agent and Damo the installer more. They are always quick and reliable with great install quality.

Shower door repairs – I contacted John about an ongoing problem and we discussed options, he decided that the best course was for him to attend and fix the problem. Now I live about 110k's from John, but for very little over and above his standard fee he came and fixed my shower door, money well spent, thank you John

Sales Rep was excellent, confirmed requirements, check measured, colour confirmation on time as well. He made himself available for any queries. Not honouring warranty under expectation of reasonable durability – This is what they claim: With decades of expertise, our products and services come with an industry-leading warranty. My experience is terrible & would not recommend. They don’t honour warranty’s due to their rigid date policy. Not sure how a wardrobe that has been installed 2 years ago & then only used for 12 months & the product fails stands up to honouring a warranty. Regency Showerscreens need a "decent shower" – Paid 50% deposit with remainder at installation. Then told it must be full payment b4 commencement due to "Policy Change". Declined saying I will honour our agreement. They said ok to only then seek payment b4 installation.
